Hotel in zona Newbrook Shopping village, Sydney

Molto buono soggiorno qui al ibis per quello che avevo bisogno in quel momento. Molto tranquillo soggiorno confortevole per il prezzo e vicino a tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Comfortabile letto e tranquillo spazio pulito. Sulla strada, letteralmente ha alcuni buoni muscoli alimentari rapidi portos harrys pezzi e pesche e il kebab shop altrimenti un minuto o due passi da kfc e maccas se in fisso di un buon pasto e non voglio guidare un'altra macchina di vendita saggia sul terreno se non Molto squisita personale di contatto era fantastico e utile anche quando dovevo controllare un giorno prima a causa di circostanze impreviste anche mi ha detto che il mio caricatore telefonico che ho lasciato indietro in una fretta sarebbe messo fuori la schiena che anche idk quando malato swing da Ancora quest'anno, ma il pensiero e il gesto erano sufficienti per mostrare buona forma dal manager!

Lovely lady booked us into a ground floor room with parking outside the door. Just on a one night stay on trip from Qld to Victoria. Bed very comfortable and shower plenty of pressure which I love. We ate at the Chinese restaurant on site which was excellent food. Took off early in the morning and left my iPad behind in the room. Had a phone call from reception when the cleaner found it and took it to reception. The receptionist said no problems, they would express post it back to me that day, which they did. Good old fashioned service and honesty. Thank you to all concerned.

The executive suite room itself was extremely clean. The kitchen all the utensils and everything needed. Massive king sized bed. Air-con worked well. Shower water pressure was amazing too. The reason for 4 stars, I stayed over the Easter weekend. There was kids constantly running up and down the corridor and shouting loud the whole time I was there. I seen the parents at the end of corridor and asked if there’s a chance they could try keep the noise down, but there was a language barrier and they said they couldn’t speak English. The reception closes at 5pm and reopened at 9am the following morning. I checked out very early, well before they opened so nothing I could do as the number that was left for “after hours” wasn’t answered. Yes I would recommend this place and yes I would stay again but this experience did put a bit of a dampener on it.

È stato un po' tempo fa che siamo rimasti all'hotel Rydges a Campbelltown, non abbiamo avuto la migliore esperienza e non ho pensato di lasciare un recensione immediatamente. Mio figlio mi ha chiesto se volessi unirmi a un carnaval atletico a Campbelltown. È sorpreso che si sia spruzzato e abbia prenotato una stanza che era 299.00 per notte. Ha studiato a Wollongong, quindi mi è sembrato molto speciale spendere un tale importo per un soggiorno di notte. Purtroppo la stanza era pulita, la polvere sul pavimento, le mani sulle pareti e il telefono, i capelli nei tazze, le pareti del bagno non erano pulite. Non c'era niente di pulito dopo aver detto che, quando ci siamo accorti, circa un'ora dopo una signora ci ha chiesto di scusarci. Dice che le stanze erano normalmente completamente pulite e che avrebbe prestato particolare attenzione a questo. Credo di aver aspettato un altro. Forse un buono di sconto per una prossima visita o un sconto. nostro figlio è solo 20 e era deluso che la stanza non rispettasse le sue aspettative. Specialmente perché 300 per notte gli avrebbe dato cibo per una settimana 😅 Come fosse, ho pensato di lasciarlo andare, ma continua a scorrere nella mia testa. Pertanto, la recensione insulta. Per tenere un cliente devi farli sentire apprezzati e speciali. Purtroppo non ci siamo sentiti così dopo la nostra visita.

I had such a good stay there. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were particularly excellent - every person was incredibly kind and friendly. Binay was really lovely and helpful and Jandro, the manager was wonderful and always had an incredibly welcoming smile. I wasn’t expecting such a good experience considering how cheap it was, right in the heart of the city, but the hotel ticks all the boxes. I would definitely recommend this, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Questo è un bel hotel, molto pulite e nuove, camere intelligenti, molto bel personale. Letto è stato confortevole. Vista parziale del porto dalla mia camera al 18° piano - vedo sezioni di acqua tra edifici. La luce nel bagno è terribile se dovete mettere su qualche macchia, e non sono davvero un fan di docce senza porta, ma sembra che sia la tendenza e sono piccoli chibble.

Ho notato un feedback aggressivo qui sotto e voglio sostenere questo posto fantastico. Sono rimasto nella stanza in marzo e poi in giugno con il mio partner.Confirmo che il WiFi richiede attenzione perché è troppo povero, ma sono felice che mentre ero qui, la gestione ha lavorato su questo tema. That’s true that Reception isn’t 24/7 but this is Boutique Hotel for people who are not familiar with term, it does not mean luxury all inclusive Conrad by Hilton hotel that’s why don’t expect room service, 24/7 front desk service, towel swans and etc. Inoltre, le belle e amiche donne alla reception vanno a miglia in più per assicurarsi che si sente comodo e comodo a casa. La stanza non è grande ma elegante se si desidera più spazio per andare in camera con balcone e si può godere di una tazza di caffè o tè, che si può trovare presso la reception complimentare, prima della mattina guardando il Potts Point.
