Hotel in zona Don Ritchie Grove, Sydney

Questa è un'esperienza!!! La stanza era perfetta e grande e comoda. Abbiamo fatto una stanza di vista animale con un grande Koala a piedi da noi. Così cool. La tour del santuario era così divertente e la lunghezza perfetta nel tempo. Il tempo che ci ha portato al zoo è stato bello e abbiamo fatto delle sezioni un po' in un momento in cui siamo venuti e andati. Il colazione era davvero bello per un colazione incluso. Le viste sono eccellenti. Usare l'autobus e la ferrata per tornare a Sydney è stato semplice e facile. Non so se lo rimanderemo a Sydney, ma se lo facciamo, rimarremo assolutamente qui.

E'molto vicino alla spiaggia di Manly e c'è una strada!La posizione è molto conveniente, la nuoto da surf è molto conveniente!Il punto sul lato meridionale è il centro!C'è una strada che va direttamente al porto, e la cena di Mararita è anche fantastica!Le strutture interne sono generalmente simili a hotel commerciali nazionali, che è la posizione buona!

È un'analisi modificata per sottolineare la mancanza di comunicazione da parte dell'hotel, e è giusto dire che l'hotel ha avuto delle cose grandi che andavano avanti, ma purtroppo il supporto al cliente non è uno di loro. La colazione era eccellente e il topo del tetto era un posto per godere di un cocktail e vedere un spettacolo di sole, ma tutto è stato lasciato in sostanza da un sostegno estremamente insufficiente dalla direzione. Mia moglie ha perso i suoi occhiali all'hotel, che sono distinti in un quadro di design e sono in una scatola d'oro brillante. Durante il controllo, abbiamo chiesto al dipartimento se fossero stati trovati e se fossero stati detto che non erano stati consegnati, ma che la ricezione sarebbe stata controllata con il bar Aster, dove crediamo fossero stati lasciati ma era stato chiuso al momento del controllo. Eravamo destinati a essere a Sydney in 4 giorni e il ricevitore ha preso tutti i dettagli e una descrizione dei bicchieri e del caso e ha detto che mi avrebbe mandato un email per darmi un aggiornamento. Quattro giorni dopo, quando siamo tornati a Sydney, abbiamo controllato l'hotel non c'era alcuna nota contro la nostra prenotazione e il receptionista ha detto che non si poteva fare nulla, ma non poteva confermare se un controllo fosse stato fatto nel bar di tetto di Aster. Ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore del servizio e una signora irlandese, il cui nome purtroppo non mi è stato dato, è venuta a parlarmi. Era molto scusata e disse che non era il normale standard che si aspettava dall'hotel e promise di parlare con il personale di Aster e di tornare a me per posta elettronica prima della fine della giornata. Purtroppo non si è proceduto a nessuna ulteriore comunicazione e non è stata risolta alcuna risposta. Sappiamo che la perdita è stata colpa nostra, ma la mancanza di interesse da parte del personale e la mancanza di promesse vuote e vuote da parte della direzione ci dissuaderebbero di rimanere ancora lì. Sembra che la gestione non abbia alcun interesse a promuovere la soddisfazione dei clienti.

Best view in the world , even better customer service and bar much more attentive really enjoy visiting here but feel this year it was even better just a great location , friendly staff from concierge through to the guys at the rear entrance just great

I had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? The space of the expectant “possible” relationship I was expecting from the simple activity of stepping into Farrer Place’s south entryway marked Department of Agriculture, as local stories interpreting colonial history with ancestral elements of the Eora people by Waayni artist Judy Watso unfolded, or the sense of expansive freedom through the bronze Palazzo doors on Loftus Street into the latent quiet luxury of the grand stair was lost when I was met with the contrasting designs and colours of the lift lobby vestibule axminster carpet and that of the corridor carpet to the guest rooms, able to be seen in the same frame. Besides charging me $170 to use the TV in the conference room but then reducing the cost after I complained the Four seasons is always perfect. Proxy vut always well worth the cost when on a business trip. They have all the facilities and go beyond on service.

Quando ho chiesto una stanza specifica, che non era disponibile, Alisa ha offerto una stanza di aggiornamento, che è venuta con accesso al salone esecutivo, che è stato molto apprezzato, poiché il salone al 36° piano è uno dei punti di forza del soggiorno al Hilton. From the first steps in front door of hotel to reception area I felt welcome. This friendly welcoming professional attitude makes you feel like part of the hotel family quickly. My room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and the Dyptique products are tops. The observation lounge was comfortable and the drinks divine. Staff there is very capable. The spa pool and facilities excellent. I wanted to have the Sunday high tea and although the tearoom was full staff was able to arrange for me and my guests to enjoy it in the lounge. And it was perfect. Finally the ginger flower signature scent is relaxing and heightened my experience. I will always chose Langham first whenever I can.

I had booked two 3 BR suites. We have all stayed there before and enjoyed the location, size of the suites etc. However this time we had some serious concerns and none of the 10 people in my party are likely to stay there again. We arrived at 3 pm to check in – the advertised time. Our suites were not ready but we were told it would be 10 minutes until one of them was. It was almost an hour and a half! Then the second one was ready about another 20-30 minutes after that. This was completely unacceptable. We were given a key to the arrivals lounge and assured there would be tea, coffee etc available. It was a small room, with multiple groups squeezed in, and with no access to running water, so the coffee machine etc were not much use. The two units were OK, but very tired looking – especially the couches. For the price we paid, we expected better. There had been some mix up with my credit card when we checked in, and it turned out that I was charged twice for one room, and reception rang TWICE at around 10 pm to talk to me about it. Again, this was unacceptable.

Ho soggiornato in una sala d'opera re con vista sul ponte del porto di Sydney e la casa d'opera di Sydney. La stanza era molto luminosa e bella. Solo la dimensione appropriata per un solo viaggiatore. Ho anche potuto provare la maggior parte dei ristoranti a Crown Towers Sydney, tranne Yoshii Omakase, che è così difficile da prenotare e Silks. Non riuscivo a prenotare Yoshii nemmeno quando era aperto per prenotare. Credimi troppo gente prenotare. Ho provato Epicurean per colazione, cena a A’Mare, Nobu, Woodcut e Oncore da Clare Smyth. Non ho provato Silks perché sono cinese asiatico, di solito non mangio cibo cinese quando vado in vacanza. Devo provare altri cibi invece. Il mio ristorante preferito è senza dubbio Oncore dove ho ordinato il 7 corso di menu di sapore stagionale. Superb. Il Woodcut era anche buono dove ho ordinato il loro bicchiere di sirloin, e Nobu era anche buono quando ha completato la mia tour di tutti i 3 Nobu in Australia dopo aver mangiato prima a Nobu Perth e Melbourne quando sono rimasto a Crown Towers. Per Nobu, ho ordinato il X Haku Omakase che è il corso di cinque. La stella del corso era il lobster. In generale ho goduto il mio soggiorno qui. Poiché Sarah Brightman viene a Sydney in agosto-ottobre 2024, ho già prenotato i miei biglietti per vedere il suo spettacolo alla Sydney Opera House in settembre 2024 e ho prenotato anche un soggiorno di 4 notti a Crown Towers Sydney di nuovo. Per il futuro, spero che Crown Towers Sydney possa avere un Crystal Club per colazione come Perth e Melbourne. Inoltre, spero di vedere più negozi/aree di intrattenimento a Crown e anche un fornitore/gave/snack qui a Crown Towers Sydney.
