Stare a Fullerton Hotel è una splendida esperienza. Evitando di dubitare tra l'Hotel Fullerton e la Quattro Sessione, finalmente qui siamo. Mezz'ora è stata trasferita in viaggio all'hotel dall'aeroporto internazionale di Sydney con il treno, che è vicino alla St James Station. Salutato da un concierge e un ricevitore, il check-in è stato meno di 5 minuti. 1 dollaro è stato dedotto dalla carta come deposito. La stanza di 40 metri quadrati è davvero grande per due persone. Il minibar era pieno di bevande. Il letto e il divano erano morbide e confortevoli. Il servizio in camera era disponibile tramite un i-pad nero sul tavolo, pagato con carta o contanti al check-out. Haven’t tried the Four Season yet and can not give any comments, but Fullerton experience was really nice and worthy.

Aircon cannot be adjusted to warmer than 24 degrees as centralised, but it was alright for me.

Quando non otterrai un'esperienza 5-star in un hotel 5-star. Mentre il personale era piacevole e utile, la qualità complessiva dell’edificio e delle attrezzature non si aspettavano, e la costruzione sembrava avere la priorità di ridurre i costi, con la conseguente esperienza di scarsa qualità. La stanza mancava elementi di base forniti in un hotel 5-star, come spazzole dentali, pasta dentale, acqua in bottiglia, tessuti e un minibar ben stoccato. Inoltre, la stanza era relativamente piccola e i materiali utilizzati, compresa la piscina e il tappeto, erano di bassa qualità. Il sistema di intrattenimento era limitato e richiedeva un pagamento per la maggior parte dei servizi, senza offrire app di base come YouTube o Spotify. Service was disappointing, we stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The first day, we got an issue with using the safe, called reception a few times, and nobody answered the calls, we had to go down the reception and ask their staff for help. The second day, we went back to the hotel around 5pm and found that the room hadn't been cleaned, called the reception again and again. Nobody picked up the phone, eventually we met the cleaner at eh corridor and asked her to do housekeeping. Overall, the location is great, walking distance to main attractions and near light rail stations and Wynard train station. The Japanese restaurant next door services tasty ramen and bento with reasonable prices.

Good location which is nearby my client office that i needed to get to within walking distance. Walkable to most places. Room is modernised but toilet is old, dingy and a bit dirty to be honest. Hair strands on the bath tub upon arrival and everyday (mine excluded) which is a put off. Daily housekeeping is only to replenish drinks and bed making. I shed my long hair and they are all over the toilet and bedroom floors. On last night, i found a face cloth i used the previous day with makeup stains refolded and put back onto toilet counter top as if it was new... Breakfast spread is delectable with ability to bring coffee to-go esp if you ate in a hurry in the morning.

Il gemellaggio era molto spazioso. Viaggiare per lavoro e era economico per condividere, compreso il colazione. Ottima stanza di dimensioni, decente opzioni di cena in camera e qualità. Oltre alle aspettative per un colazione la carta, veramente il caffè liscio. La sala da giardino è molto ben attrezzata, con raffreddamento e magazzinaggio disponibile. Personale utile, gioioso, paziente e amichevole. Bella ed eredità edilizia vicino alla ferrovia leggera e o la fine della Sydney CBD.

I had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? The space of the expectant “possible” relationship I was expecting from the simple activity of stepping into Farrer Place’s south entryway marked Department of Agriculture, as local stories interpreting colonial history with ancestral elements of the Eora people by Waayni artist Judy Watso unfolded, or the sense of expansive freedom through the bronze Palazzo doors on Loftus Street into the latent quiet luxury of the grand stair was lost when I was met with the contrasting designs and colours of the lift lobby vestibule axminster carpet and that of the corridor carpet to the guest rooms, able to be seen in the same frame. Sembra che la gestione non abbia alcun interesse a promuovere la soddisfazione dei clienti.

The hotel is centrally located making it easier for me to explore the nearby attractions both by foot and public transport. The train station, bus stops and metro stops are within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. The room was very clean, also had the facilities to wash my own cups and plates thanks to the in-room dishwashing sink (in addition to the bathroom sink). It also had a microwave oven in the room which was useful. A good supply and variety of tea in addition to instant coffee. Room service for food was also great. Had one of the fastest and smoothest check-ins and check-outs in recent times. Overall, very happy with the services.
