Il posto era un po' troppo costoso per 106 sterline le piastrelle del bagno non erano pulite sotto il mio letto erano giocattoli per bambini, il posto non era pulito bene prima di arrivare lì, la stanza era estremamente fredda il riscaldamento non funzionava nessuno in ufficio frontale Quando sono sceso, nessuna pasta di dentifricio, scarpe da bagno, lavorando in ospitalità, non è da nessuna parte vicino a 4 stelle

The hotel is conveniently located just off the M4 in Swindon. We used it as a stop off while driving dueing the night. The hotel itself was very festively decorated with lots of Christmas decorations, which was great, ot felt very warm and welcoming. The 24 hour reception desk was one of the reasons we chose the hotel as we were arriving at midnight and the staff memver who checked us in was very professional and welcoming. The car park only had a few spaces left which worried us but we did get a space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there was no heating in our room. There is no central heating so they have put in A/C/heater units on the walls. Our seemed to be broken as it blew out cold air for 30 minutes before we decided to turn it off. We had been travelling for 26 hours at that point and it was gone midnight so I didn't want to go back to the reception desk and risk having to change rooms when we were already so tired. So we layered up and went to bed with jumpers & socks. I asked for a portable heater the next morning at breakfast and they put one in within 5 minutes so that getting ready in the morning wasn't so cold. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the team. There is no heating in the bathroom either. It was a shame because everything else about the hotel was fine. The breakfast was good too. Perfect for a 1 night stop-over. However, I wouldn't recommend it for winter.

Lots of roadworks made access a little more difficult but that’s out of the hotel’s control. Lovely room, clean and well maintained. The restaurant, while smart and fresh wasn’t too brilliant with our food, which was disappointing.

Una notte, rimase in un doppio superiore, non potevo mancare la pulizia e le strutture della stanza; mi avverto che il bar era aperto fino alle ore iniziali e non ho sentito nulla quando ero in camera. Il colazione era ordinato la notte prima e era eccellente. Tutti i dipendenti sono felici di aiutare e di essere gentili.

Un bellissimo spazio per un fermo. Menu limitato ma comprensibile nelle circostanze attuali. Grande servizio amichevole, efficiente e accogliente, anche trovando uno spazio per noi per mangiare con il cane. La stanza era più grande di quanto previsto un d superbly pulito. Se avessi bisogno di un soggiorno a Swindon di nuovo non mi sarebbe piu' sembrato.
