Additional amenities include sunroom, which faces Fulton Harbor, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.The newly built kitchen features quartz counter tops and all new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave as well as coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking and baking utensils.The cluster of large oak trees provides shade for our sparkling swimming pool with bay views; lounge chairs and tables are right outside your front door.Also features air conditioning and heating, High speed internet, cable service and 2 color TVs.
