Отель расположен в достаточно тихой части города вдали от трасс с гудящими машинами. 2 огромных бассейна с водой +27° в марте. Красивое здание в 3 этажа. Отель новый, достраивается дворец. Как я понимаю, здесь будут организовывать мероприятия. На 1 и 2 этажах расположены рестораны. В рамадан оба работают по системе шведский стол. Еды много, но ничего особо не понравилось. На завтраках готовят омлет. Жили неделю, всю неделю говорила и показывала, что хочу скрембл, но повар умеет делать только невкусный омлет в луже масла. Под конец сдалась и перестала его брать. Каша безвкусная. 2-3 раза ходили тут на ужин. Пару раз была вкусная еда. В остальное время съедобным был только шашлык и овощи. Номера большие и чистые, тут всё ок. Но с едой не очень. Персонал вежливый.

Al mio arrivo, mi è stato detto che la mia prenotazione era stata ”cancellata per errore” e ho dovuto aspettare più di un'ora solo per avere la mia camera. Dopo aver letto le recensioni su Google, sembra che non sia l'unico: altri ospiti hanno avuto lo stesso problema e sono stati persino trasferiti in un hotel di qualità inferiore. Sebbene alla fine mi abbiano dato la camera che avevo prenotato, non mi hanno mai informato che il parcheggio custodito costa 300 EGP e me l'hanno comunicato solo al momento del check-out. Chiedere 300 EGP per il parcheggio in Egitto è davvero assurdo. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato frustrante e gestito male. Non consiglierei questo hotel.

I have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go. I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property. Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out. At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect. Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave. After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk.” We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way

La posizione è vicino al palazzo esterno, è molto conveniente visitare il palazzo esterno. Avrei dovuto essere un buon hotel sul mare tranquillo, ma l'intera zona è decorata quando si soggiorna. Come un grande posto di lavoro, il vantaggio non c'è. La posizione lontana dal centro della città è evidenziata. È meglio che l'hotel vicino a Maine possa sentirsi meglio Alexandre. La struttura della stanza è buona. E'una nuova a Alexander, ma la colazione non è conforme alle norme di cinque stelle
