Hotel a Taguig con piscina

The room itself is the same as advertised. Sheets and towels are clean. Only a few things to consider wifi is not stable. Water dispenser is not working properly you need to unplug and plug it back to make sure it's working. The location is close to everything you need public transportation,mall,post office. This property has a swimming pool and gym which is free However,during our stay the pool is under maintenance. Overall, we had a great stay hoping they can improve some issues. To add comfort room's lock is not working but kodus for maintaining the room spotless and fragrant.

Il mio soggiorno al Grand Hyatt è stato eccezionale. La camera era pulitissima, spaziosa e ben tenuta. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, facendo di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno confortevole. La posizione era comoda, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine. La colazione era deliziosa e molto varia. Altamente consigliato!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a Great Stay! Had an awesome time at Shangri-La The Fort! The room was super comfy and had an amazing view. Everything was clean, modern, and felt really high-end without being over the top. Staff were all so friendly and helpful—everyone made us feel welcome right away. The location is perfect too, right in BGC, so it's easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars. Definitely recommend trying the breakfast buffet (so good!), and the gym and pool are huge—way better than most hotels. Totally worth it. Would 100% stay here again!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Seda BGC da 17–25 maggio. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, con facile accesso a Bonifacio High Street, ristoranti, negozi e uffici commerciali a pochi passi. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta per tutta la mia permanenza. La casa era buona, e il letto era comodo per una visita più lunga. Il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre disposto ad aiutare ogni volta che fosse necessario. Il buffet del colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni e le strutture sono state mantenute ben. In generale, Seda BGC ha offerto un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente, e lo consiglierei con piacere sia ai viaggiatori di business che di svago che visitano BGC.

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

Location & View: 💯 Highly recommended. The location and view are excellent. That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine. I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate. This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter. For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated. One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors. Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me.

This was one of those stays where everything simply worked as expected. No surprises, no complications, just a comfortable and pleasant experience from start to finish.

Good Location. Near Shangri La. Near High Street. There's a drugstore, fast food and convenience store near the area. Check In process was fast as well as the elevator. Airconditioning takes too long to cool the room..

Il posto è grande! Non potevo credere che la posizione sia proprio accanto a un grande centro commerciale. Era vicino a tutto e la maggior parte dei ristoranti fuori camminano a distanza. We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
