Hotel con piscina a Tagaytay

La seconda volta per restare perché mio figlio ama questo posto così tanto. Infinity pool guarda il vulcano lingua, anche se non riscaldato che può essere una sfida perché è generalmente freddo a Ta***tay. Il servizio del personale è eccellente. La lobby è spaziosa e le camere sono accessibili via ascensore. Check-in/out sono ragionevolmente veloci. La stanza è ragionevolmente proporzionale, ma la mia denuncia è la scarsa luce all'interno che non si può nemmeno vedere correttamente nello specchio. I gel di shampoo/duo sono messi in contenitori facilmente accessibili, in modo che il contenuto di questi contenitori possa essere discutibile se gli ospiti precedenti non sono in grado di accedere. Non c'è cena in camera ma l'hotel è vicino a molti ristoranti e c'è Grab food/Food panda disponibile alla notte, quindi questo è stato bello.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

We stayed for a night with my parents and my little brother. It was a good experience! The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast buffet was good and have enough food selections. All in all, it was a pleasant stay for us and we’d definitely come back.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo all'Hotel Lee Boutique.Abbiamo la stanza per una promo online e qui è un riassunto del nostro soggiorno qui: Quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato chiesto di scansionare un codice QR per la registrazione. È stato richiesto un deposito 2000 e vi daranno un piccolo documento da presentare al check out.Quindi non dimenticate di portare contanti aggiuntivi per il deposito. Posizione: 4/5 Hotel è a pochi chilometri dalla rotunda. Nessuna vista sulla lingua. Facile per accedere se viaggia in auto. Anche se ci sono tricicli ovunque, è facile anche per gli interruttori. Camera: 5/5 Cosa vedi è quello che ottiene. Ci aspettavamo una stanza più piccola o qualcosa di diverso, ma quando entrammo nella nostra stanza era molto spaziosa. Completa con minibar, armario, TV, tavolo da pranzo, divano, caldaia elettrica, acqua in bottiglia e caffè istantaneo. Le strutture della camera da bagno comprendono 2 kit dentali, sapone da bar, gel da doccia e shampoo. La nostra camera da bagno aveva una piccola preoccupazione ingegneristica, ma questo può essere perdonato. Pulizia: 4.5/5 Nell'ambito dell'industria igienica, rari sono i nostri appunti di una camera 5 stelle. Non si tratta di quante sostanze chimiche si usano, si tratta di far sentire l'ospite e vedere che la stanza è pulita. Quando si è un viaggiatore e entra in una stanza, si sa solo che è pulito. Più punti per le casse di rifiuti separati (bio/non bio/farosco). Personale: 5/5 Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e accogliente.

La esperienza generale era grande e significativa. In primo luogo, tutti i dipendenti erano alloggiati. Da la ricezione fino ai servizi della stanza, tutti vi salutarono sempre con un sorriso e si può sentire la disposizione positiva. La stanza era stata mantenuta in modo ordinato e la mia richiesta speciale era stata concessa. Hanno presentato una decorazione di compleanno ben fatto, il tema per il mio partner e il mio bambino. La tazza complimentare con il saluto era un gesto molto bello. L'hotel ha un'ampia zona con strutture per la cura di interessi diversi.Mi piace l'idea di visitare e nutrire gli animali in fattoria e il campo di gioco all'aperto fornisce un buon posto per la mia figlia per andare in giro e esplorare la natura. C'era anche un campo da gioco all'interno, che era molto utile perché pioveva anche il giorno dopo e non potevamo permetterci di esporre il mio bambino al tempo. Ci sono state due zone di piscina, e mi piace il pensiero dei bambini con i riscaldatori, perché il vento freddo ci ha dato i secchi. Il mio piccolo poteva godere del dip in acqua (anche le gocce per il personale che ha aiutato a inflare il giocattolo di piscina :)) Il buffet non aveva che molte scelte, tuttavia la qualità del cibo era eccellente. Mi piace il loro colazione filipino di pollo adobo, tocino, daggit e riso fritto, e il bar in salada era anche molto decente con le loro scelte di garniera e vestiti. In altre parole, non mi interessa una seconda visita. Molto consigliata!

Stavo qui solo questo fine settimana e ci siamo divertiti. Una cosa che mi è venuta fuori è la sua tranquillità. Situato a circa 2 km dalla strada principale non è davvero un drago. Perfetto se davvero vuoi una pace e un silenzio. La nostra stanza è semplicemente ok, i letti sono carini e confortevoli. La TV aveva solo canali via cavo, ma non ci siamo andati a guardare la TV :) La piscina non è così grande, ma anche ci sono altri ospiti, abbiamo quasi sempre la piscina per noi stessi. Forse perché era freddo. La gente è carina, La guardia ha anche aiutato a portare le nostre cose nella nostra stanza.Abbiamo avuto il nostro colazione fuori, quindi forse la prossima volta proveranno. In generale, la stanza è stata bello e sicuramente torneremo!
