Hotel con colazione a Udaipur

Il soggiorno è eccezionalmente confortevole nel resort Fateh Garh . L'aeroporto è a 35 minuti. L'arrivo e le strutture sono state spiegate molto bene da Mriganka, che ha il demo più tranquillo. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose e molto esteticamente piacevoli. Amo il marchio di bagni forniti. Il personale era sempre gentile e attento. Qualsiasi richiesta che avevamo fatto è stata trattata con grazia da Veena. Non c'era nulla di problema, e si accontentarono di tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo fatto il giro di giorno con Piyush che ha reso tutto il giorno molto piacevole. Il servizio di spa di Rose era divino dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio. Abbiamo avuto la maggior parte dei nostri pasti in casa e la cucina indiana era deliziosa. La colazione era diffusa con le opzioni adeguate. La piscina era improvvisamente mantenuta. Abbiamo anche provato i cocktail al bar e anche loro erano ben preparati. La nostra esperienza è stata migliorata dai sorridenti volti del personale durante il nostro soggiorno. La proprietà era pulita, lussuosa e abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza. Grazie per il team Fatehgarh.

Good and bad experience Everything about this property is amazing Food is good Service is top notch Location is excellent The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it. My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before. We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things. If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in. And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future. And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

Situazione: Perfetto, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo della città. Solo notare che le auto non possono raggiungere la porta dell'hotel perché si trova all'interno della strada. Il personale: molto benvenuto, specialmente Nitesh, e cercando di aiutarci a godere il nostro viaggio a Udaipur con le loro raccomandazioni senza alcuna spinta a vendere i servizi dell'hotel. Il lavoro brillante di tutti, dal campanello e portatile alla reception e al personale del ristorante. La stanza: molto pulita, grande doccia, vista fantastica sul lago. Ben minimalista decorazioni e anche scrivere il tuo nome su un pannello accanto alla tua stanza, che è bella. Il pranzo era così delizioso, abbiamo mangiato Biryani. Il te' complimentare sul tetto per il tramonto era una grande idea per i manager dell'hotel. Non ci piaceva tanto il colazione, era così semplice e completamente diverso dalle foto di Google Maps, ma l'atteggiamento e il comportamento del personale rende questo problema irrispettibile. Una cosa da notare è che non c'è ascensore, quindi è necessario salire le scale per il livello 3-4, poiché ci sono 3 livelli per le camere e il ristorante è al livello 4. Ma se siete giovani come noi, non sarebbe un problema stare in questo bel hotel, vale la pena salire le scale.

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

Hotel decente con belle strutture e distanza a piedi dalla maggior parte delle strutture vicine. Alcuni piccoli negri con problemi di aria condizionata e flusso igienico non funzionano, ma niente di importante.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

Un bellissimo, elegante hotel boutique con vista sul lago. Non è direttamente sulla spiaggia del lago, ma è separata da una strada e da un pezzo di proprietà di qualcuno in costruzione che rovina la vista, soprattutto quando il vento soffia più forte e solleva la tarpaulina nera. L'interno dell'hotel è decorato con gusto, in bellissimo pastel, colori calmanti e ha quel Rajasthani, vibe tradizionale. La mia camera era spaziosa, il letto era grande e comodo, e le foglie erano pulite. La camera era pulita, con accessori da doccia e kit da dentista, e ha anche una finestra, per poter godere della vista mentre si fa una doccia. Non c'è in genere nulla di rumore dalla strada e si può dormire tranquillamente, finché i vostri vicini nelle camere accanto alla vostra camera e sopra la vostra sono attenti alle regole della casa. Vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine per Mayan, che mi ha permesso di controllare molto presto, non appena sono arrivato alle 8:00, senza insistere che aspettassi il normale tempo di check-in, e che mi ha fornito quante bottiglie d'acqua che mi avevo chiesto, gratuito. La vista dal tetto del ristorante è bella a doccia e alla notte. Se le pareti fossero dipinte stagionale e le camere si rinfrescassero, contribuirebbe ancora più all'esperienza generale, ma anche in questo modo si ottiene un ottimo valore per i soldi.

When we first arrived our booked room was unavailable so they put us in a deluxe room with a living area and balcony.... But the festival was so loud. It was good for photos but not for sleeping. Unfortunately the room had a strong smoking smell so the next day we switched to the room booked the double room for family. Honestly we liked 408 much better than fancy room.... It was one flight from the restaurant. We didn't like the set breakfast that comes with room but the restaurant upstairs has a super good american breakfast with imported USA bacon. Best breakfast we've had in india in 3 weeks. Worth the extra money. Also get 15 percent off if staying at the hotel. The service was fantastic The only negative is cannot take taxi directly to hotel but you can take a tuk tuk or call hotel they will send boys to carry luggage up for you. Other than that location is perfect.

A mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival. The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise. The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops. Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.
