Hotel a Shaoxing con piscina

We were there the weekend of 8/22. My 14-year-old daughter wrote this. The hotel room environment was very scenic and well structured, providing a view from a balcony and multiple windows. The indoor layout design is also well organized, including adjacent separate rooms for a shower, sink, and toilet. However, the door to the toilet should be closed carefully since it tends to slam shut. The raised platform with a desk and seat is convenient for working. The room was equipped with sufficient lighting and air conditioning for the hot weather. Outside, the food vendors were available for purchasing meals, along with the wide selection of breakfast choices in the cafeteria. For entertainment, there are stores selling merchandise outside, and some musical performances.

I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

回來一週了，終於找出時間寫這家酒店的點評。 其實是一種有點矛盾的體驗，可以看主理人對於酒店的用心打理，親力親為，在咖啡吧，晚餐，早餐都看得到她的身影，是非常用心專注的一位女士。 酒店的一些細節很好，走廊盡端的植物對景，修建得非常好的盆栽，遊船入住的體驗，酒店客房的選品，以及非常精緻的包裝，公區內部的裝修，傢俱的使用，酒店服務人員的認真，下午送來的小吊梨湯和茶點，這些都是非常好的部份。 但是有些可惜，或者説割裂的點在於，感受到國內精品酒店和國際連鎖高端的差異在於，這裏給你一種很高端的感覺，但是處處有差點意思。把價格和你的期待抬高起來之後又有些可惜，比如下午送的小吊梨湯很好喝，但是開夜床的時候説下午開過了，我們是不是對於開夜床的理解不太一樣，要麼你就説沒有，要麼你就來打掃一下補充點水簡單一下就好，但是你説下午送的茶湯和點心就是開夜床嘛。。。 我不衹一次在走廊裏，電梯口看到推着臟布草和空的飯菜盤子出來的工作人員，咱們是沒有後勤電梯的嘛。園林裏的盆栽修建得很好，説是有專門的園藝大師來修建，這很好，但是其他設施的疏於管理，沒有絲毫想要體驗一下的動力，蓮花盆裡的倒黴景觀。還有在院子裏溜達着突然前面沒路了，卻沒有任何的提示。走着走着就不知道自己走到哪裡了，這一定程度上給了你隨機的體驗，但是又不甚完美。 晚餐很好看，但是味道有些一般。酒店裡有很多老闆的收藏，有壽山石博物館，這些加分，但是這些對於酒店體驗並沒有本質的改變。寫這麼多不是説酒店不好，恰好相反，我覺得這酒店有着可以做得非常好的基礎，繼續努力吧，通往高端酒店的路還很漫長啊。

The location is fantastic! It’s a remote hotel not far from the Fuzhi Rice Terraces. It’s a great place for the summer time when you want to relax by the pool and have a walk amongst the fields. They had fireworks which was a lovely touch. I maybe go back. However, the place is very dirty and is in need of a deep clean. There was a dirty plate in our room, the door on the inside of our bathroom is black at the bottom, the pool needs a clean and the tiles need fixing, the white curtains in the dining area are old and need replacing, there is dust in the corners or the windows as you eat. This place is great but it could be SO much better with a deep clean every month. There are different members of staff and the man on the last day was much more attentive than the first day. Instead of being on the phone, those men could be cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the place. It’s too expensive for what you get.

Grand House Shaoxing was an 4000 years old village which had an ancient history, villagers surname Si (姒）were Dayu‘s (大禹)tomb guards for thousands of years. Now it is as a beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities ! Breakfast had many local specialties were very delicious ! It’s also had a big restaurant and wedding banquet hall ! Room is beautiful as in my photos. Hotel located only 4 KM from city centre, as taxi only cost less A$7. We stayed 3 nights, enjoyed peaceful country life, also the very busy tourist spot ! I must mention all the stuff in the hotel are so helpful, specially the young man who greeted us on arrival in the rain at night, helping us changed room because I can’t get to upstairs loft ! I hope more tourists visit Shaoxing and stay in this hotel, because it is a totally different experience from big city like Shanghai or Beijing, and you will not regret it.

Ancora una volta sono venuto a casa piena di gioia, e sono stato fortunato a incontrare l'insegnante Zhang Liping, il museo d'arte dell'hotel, per cambiare esposizione. We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.”

È vicino alla casa di Xungo!La porta è la vecchia strada, mangiare e giocare con la Levin Creative Store è tutto!La reception dell'hotel vede la ruota di mia madre inconveniente e ha aggiornato la stanza del primo piano, davvero molto grazie!Risolvere il grande problema! Molto caldo!Ogni cameriere ha un occhio molto visibile, vede che sara'ciao, può fare il braccio in qualsiasi momento!L'hotel ha anche spiegato gratuitamente la visita di Lu Xun, portare i bambini e non perdere il suo giardino!P.S. Ospiti del negozio mangiano il sapore di Shaoxing accanto e un giardino di 88 sconti, lode 👍

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.
