The staff at Tianma Grand Hotel were professional, courteous, and always eager to assist. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e andare alle attrazioni è molto conveniente.Le strutture della stanza sono nuove e igienico-sanitarie sono molto locali, letti e bagni sono comodi.Il servizio della reception è molto intimo, specialmente grazie al servizio attento e dettagliato di Xiaoding, che ci fa sentire come un ospite. La colazione è buona, la prossima volta che andrà a Shaoxing vivrà.

過年所有酒店都貴，要麼就是離景點遠，無意中刷到瓜渚湖天悦酒店，房間又大有寬敞，床也大，住起來很舒服，入住就很貼心了送了新年禮包全是孩子喜歡的小零食，聽説我們帶了孩子還贈送了早餐，很意外很驚喜，冰箱裏的軟飲也是免費的，就是冰箱温度不行，也不知道是不是沒開，瑕不掩玉，可以忽略，半夜不巧水土不服發燒也貼心的送來了體温計🌡️，爸爸腰不好還給送了一床硬床墊，總之，這次住店老的小的都很滿意，，吃的好住的好，離各景區也近玩起來也方便，春節的價格也在可以接受的範圍，沒漲多少，很人性，我想下次來紹興還是會選這家。謝謝你們的周到服務。
