Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life.
The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality.
As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories.
This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable.

DDuniyawatiThis establishment is not only exceptional but also incredibly convenient for all tourists. Every attraction is within walking distance, and if you feel like taking a stroll behind the hotel, you will find Jishan Park, which connects to various tourist spots. The hotel is extremely cozy, making you feel right at home. Moreover, the serene environment, surrounded by trees and ancient buildings, makes this hotel the top choice. The rooms are very comfortable, and Puwei even upgraded our room. We enjoyed afternoon tea right at our doorstep. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service, especially from Puwei. He is not only incredibly helpful but also guided us through all the surrounding itineraries. He even picked us up from the car park and assisted with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated due to the uneven roads. Overall, this trip has been thoroughly enjoyable, despite Shaoxing not being fully developed for international tourists yet. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Ssweet tina你説這個酒店沒有服務吧，提前兩天就聯繫了入住事宜並添加了管家微信，你説有服務吧，從辦理入住開始，前台就冷冰冰的，對於一些活動服務沒有詳細介紹，就甩了一張不知道被翻閲過幾次的地圖冊子，讓你自己去看地圖。價格和服務是完全不匹配。定的房型是兩張床拼起來的，2800的價格我是來睡有縫隙的床嗎？問了管家，冷冰冰來一句你這個房型都是這樣的，並且在攜程有標識（我請問寫一張2m4的大床就叫有標識嗎，我衹會覺得你這酒店**為了給客人舒適體驗定製了2.4m的大床）在我提出我不能忍受縫隙之後，來了兩個工作人員，看着就像開接駁車的那一波人，要把床單全部拿起來做無縫處理，我覺得不如客房部衞生及專業就沒有讓再繼續下去。聯繫管家也是態度冷漠，根本做不到共情也無法解決問題，然後又涉及到浴缸外的景色，給出的同樣是，我們這房型都是這樣景觀。根本不接受任何意見。反正你提任何要求都是沒有任何商量餘地的，在餐廳用餐排隊很久，所以耽誤了徒步出發時間，商量能不能延遲最多一小時退房，回答也是不行超時需要給錢，最後衹能更改行程回來十二點之前把房退了。總的來説是一次很差勁的體驗，能理解這個地形建酒店成本之高，但你既然房價這麼高能不能把服務做做好，很少評價，這次士在不吐不快

MMietaiyou週末全家一起來山裡度假，酒店在陽明洞天景區，周邊羣山環繞，自然環境非常優越，距離紹興市區十幾公里，也不是很遠。酒店出自設計師jaya之手，也算是中國絕筆了，80多棟建築從徽鄉拆建而來，融入山間樹林，讓人可以在入住時細細品味古宅的底藴和魅力。
酒店有效範圍其實不算很大，步行也可以在十分鐘內達到房間，餐廳，大堂各處，配備的擺渡車也很及時，基本上電話後三分鐘內就能抵達。訂了兩間委婉閣的房間，前台還升級了一間陽明閣獨棟。委婉閣的房間面積也不小，梳洗區域非常寬敞，小陽台也可以出去走走，另外房屋主體都是新建的，所以密封性遮光性都比較好。陽明閣是絕對值得體驗的，超大的室內空間，年代久遠的古木柱樑，古樸典雅的佈置，帶有露台和廳園，瞬間把人帶回到百年前的的時光。地暖和空調除濕解決了雨季的潮濕問題，房間裏可以保證基本乾燥，隔音沒有問題，遮光稍稍差了一點，早晨會有些許光漏進來，原本擔心的蚊蟲的問題倒是沒有遇到，房間裏也備有電子蚊香和驅蚊盤香。
酒店的餐廳也很不錯，體驗了下午茶和晚餐，菜品和服務都令人滿意，菜價小貴，但量比較足，人多的話平均下來兩百左右也足夠了。早餐品種不算很多但比較精緻，現切的三文魚和西班牙火腿，特色的小餛飩，蒸點，年糕湯，都可以感受到用心的製作。
酒店的服務人員都很客氣，會及時解決各種需求，非常滿意的入住體驗，是體驗明清古宅野奢度假的理想選擇。

MMs. BhawanaWe stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers.
First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children.
Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted.
Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating.
Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

UUtente ospiteThe location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings.
The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting.
The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience.
I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference.
This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.

The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience.
I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side.
The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street.
The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
