Hotel a Canberra con piscina

Abbiamo trascorso il Natale e è stato bello per i bambini, sono stati accolti con i pacchetti regalo pieno di mini-giochi, non solo i normali carta da colorare e le penne, ma hanno anche un workshop di Natale creato prima di Natale. La stanza era ben decorata con spazio per la manifattura e una piccola tavola per alcune bevande, l’unico punto in basso era che molte cose erano state usate e non riempite, mentre l’ateliere era aperto qualche settimana prima di Natale. Anche loro servivano latte nella sala del laboratorio, ma mi preoccupava che il latte fosse lì da mattina a giorno intero e che non fosse stato mantenuto freddo, che potrebbe non essere buono per i bambini a consumare.

The location was fantastic (food options walking distance away), parking was readily available and sheltered (underground carpark), there's a small 24 hour gym though unfortunately the pool was close due to some maintenance issues. Ample power points and wifi connectivity was great. There were also free movies you could watch in your room too! Loved the service! The staff were attentive, timely and you can help yourself to snacks (including apples) at the front desk. Will definitely stay there again!

We booked a room for three people, but initially found that the room only had two sets of amenities, including bottles of water, slippers, and tea cups. After calling the front desk, the issue was gradually resolved. There were spider webs outside the windows, which discouraged us from opening them. The toilet occasionally made unusual noises, possibly when guests in neighboring rooms flushed. My father went swimming, but the locker would not open when he tried to get his clean clothes. We called the front desk for assistance. A staff member eventually came, but the interaction felt rather cold and lacked any sense of apology, despite the inconvenience my father experienced.

Great location! The hotel had secure free underground parking which was convenient. We had reserved a crib which wasn’t set up when we arrived however the front desk were able to organise promptly. Overall a nice experience and would stay again

Very clean, chic hotel with a popular restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue , Elouera St and Mort Street which is directly the line of Canberra's night clubs if you are coming on a weekend. There's only two sets of lifts for Hotel Clients which isn't a problem for an Asian ( moi) who is used to very crowded areas. But this can be a bit inconvenient for locals who are used to express service. Pool, gym, sauna. Major plus points. And the best part of all is the free bar fridge in the room. (Not sure if it was a promotion but my friend and I could drink all of what was offered for free!) We didnt because we are massive alcohol fans. The only major downside is the 25 dollar parking fee. No, no no. You can raise the price a bit higher for the quality of rooms but it's a bit offputting to have that as an additional fee. Overall, a pretty great experience from service to aminities.

The hotel and everything was good but the room service was not included. It was not clarified during the booking. So the room cleaning etc. wasn't offered and had to get change of towels from reception. Also, the balcony was useless as it was blocked by a taller building in front. Only good thing was the location and size of the apartment.

Mi aspetto di tornare presto per godere di un altro soggiorno di lusso; il personale è incredibilmente accogliente e attento.

Il personale è stato amichevole e utile. Camera pulita, comoda letto, wifi, aria condizionata e come bonus hanno un buffet colazione. Grande posizione con parcheggio in loco incluso e il pub tedesco vicino alla porta per cena a piedi.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room was not very clean, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was good.

Shahil, il direttore del Front Office, è stato molto utile e ci ha guardati bene. Ha lasciato il suo cammino per assicurarci che ci fosse un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione era grande e il ristorante ha offerto buoni pasti a prezzi accessibili.
