Hotel a Canberra con piscina

We stayed over Christmas and it was lovely for the kids. They were welcomed with gift packs full of mini-games, not just the normal colouring papers and pencils. They also have a Christmas workshop set up way before Christmas. The room was very nicely decorated with ample of space for crafting and small table for some drinks. The only downside was that many things had been used up and not refilled as the workshop opened a few weeks before Christmas. They also served milk in the workshop room, but I had concerns that the milk was there from the morning for the whole day and that it was not kept chilled, which might not be good for the kids to consume. The receptionists were very friendly.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is very clean, including the room and common areas, which we appreciated. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated, particularly the bathroom — the shower and bathtub would benefit from an upgrade. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with smooth and efficient check-in and check-out. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited variety (see video). The location is a plus, right in the city and next to Holey Moley and the entertainment arcade, making it convenient for families with kids. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, though showing its age in some areas.

The hotel and everything was good but the room service was not included. It was not clarified during the booking. So the room cleaning etc. wasn't offered and had to get change of towels from reception. Also, the balcony was useless as it was blocked by a taller building in front. Only good thing was the location and size of the apartment.

Great place to be. Love the location, love the service and love the experience. Quiet, friendly, warm, relaxing hotel, free n secure parking, convenient location and reasonable price. One of the best choices in Canberra.

Hotel is in a very good city location with access to light rail, coaches, restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance. Free breakie for kids too which was good and breakfast offer itself was acceptable. Apart from that you'd have to turn a blind eye to the state of the room itself (need to lower your expectations by a lot) , run down bathrooms ( needs major renovation), dusty bedsides and snack bar table, very crowded pool and lack of hotel car spaces.

Il servizio era grande. L'hotel è anche facile da trovare. La posizione è molto buona. Ho chiesto una camera di piano alto e è stato organizzato per un 19° piano. La vista è bella, si può vedere la Casa del Parlamento lungo il fiume. La foglia e la coperta non erano molto pulite.Le strutture sono un po' vecchie.

Il servizio clienti era grande, anche se non avevo bisogno di chiamare, ho notato che non c'era nessun telefono nella stanza e non potevo collegare YouTube o Netflix dal mio dispositivo alla loro TV. Altrimenti, ero soddisfatto.

L'ambiente è buono, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è anche molto alto, tutti i tipi di camere da letto diverse possono soddisfare molte esigenze, le strutture interne sono molto complete, ci sono parcheggi davanti a ogni porta da letto, e la colazione è anche una colazione occidentale standard.Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta.L'hotel è anche molto vicino alla città.

Non cosi' pulito. Va bene. La TV non si collega, anche se ha una possibilità. Il personale lascia presto e nessun telefono per chiamare la ricezione. Non ho ricevuto una password WiFi dovevo chiedere alla signora vicino perché la ricezione era chiusa subito dopo l'iscrizione. Non è troppo male. Solo un letto e una bagno, ma non posso dire che fosse pulito. Era solo tempestoso, almeno le foglie erano pulite. Il tappeto non era assolutamente. Anche i ciechi nel bagno sono rotti.
