Fantastico
CCookEmI recently stayed at Abode Belconnen and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing – it was a perfect 10/10 experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, not just as guests but as pet parents. Finding a truly dog-friendly hotel that still feels modern, clean, and a little bit luxurious is so rare, but Abode nails it.
The room was spotless and beautifully designed with a calm, contemporary vibe. It didn’t have that “pet room” feel that some places have – everything looked and smelled fresh. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and felt super comfortable and high class.
What really impressed me was how easy they made travelling with my dog. They provided everything we needed, and had a dog toilet area on level 5 (Sunset photo i posted). Staff were helpful and never once made me feel like traveling with a dog was a burden. The location is also super convenient with shops, restaurants, and even a Woolies just downstairs, plus secure parking. It’s one of the few hotels I’ve stayed at that manages to feel both practical and stylish.
If you’re looking for a dog-friendly place in Canberra that still feels like a quality stay, Abode Belconnen is honestly unbeatable. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend

UUtente ospiteIl dolore più grande è stato l'allarme di fuoco che è scaduto in una mattina fredda di inverno alle 7:30. Questo è a tutti i conti una regolare e non corretto; apparentemente sbloccato da qualcuno fumando; 20 minuti di annunci ******** prima che scopriamo da un altro viaggiatore che era un falso allarme.
La gestione ha messo a scherzo gli ovini e ha fatto tutto il possibile.
Il bagno nella nostra stanza era piccolo e dovevano essere raccolti i bagni dal desk front. 🙄
Dovevo incastrare le valigie e le scale e all'ingresso frontale.
Il tipo che lavorava nella sala da pranzo, ma sul turno di colazione era un po' di diamante. Dopo un commento “strano” deve aver notato che ero impazzito dall’allarme antincendio ******** e andato fuori dalla sua strada. Un bottiglia di bubble di compleanno era un classico toccato da lui. Io sarei rimasto lì per lui.

Really enjoyed our stay at Adina Hotel Canberra. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions, making it easy to get around the city.
Staff were friendly and professional, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. A great option for both short and longer stays. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 😊

YYingXuanLHyatt Hotel is located beside Lake Burley Griffin. Easy to reach by car but seems like there is not much public transport nearby. We rented a car for our trip in Canberra so accessibility wasn’t an issue for us. Hotel parking was AUD30 in their underground carpark. They recommended for us to park on the street parking. Paid parking for daytime from 8.30am. Parking overnight was free. Popular landmarks of Canberra was within minutes drive from the hotel. Snapper & Co. restaurant was 5 minutes drive from the hotel and they serve great fish and chips! From the exterior of the hotel, you could tell that the hotel is of a certain age. But the interior was grand and nice!
The room was spacious and clean! Was surprised to see Le Labo amenities! Bath salt was also provided. Had 2 other rooms on a different booking, and they managed to allocate rooms side by side. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

AAlijon02In generale, l'hotel è buono e confortevole, la stanza era pulita e la posizione era molto conveniente.
Tuttavia, mi sorprendeva un po' che non ci fossero spazzole o paste da denti fornite nella stanza. Per un hotel di questa dimensione e di questo tipo, credo che queste strutture di base dovrebbero essere incluse.
Inoltre, non c'era bagno o asciugamani/pigiama disponibile per l'uso all'interno della stanza.
In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno, ma aggiungere questi piccoli dettagli renderebbe il servizio ancora migliore.

UUtente anonimoPrenotato l'ultimo minuto e non aveva problemi. Il minibar era anche gratuito, un bel hotel. Puoi parcheggiare gratuitamente se vuoi se vieni a notte e lasciare entro le 0830.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova al nord-ovest del centro della città. Anche se è un po' lontano dalla città è piuttosto conveniente, c'è un supermercato (woolies) vicino. Il parcheggio è difficile ma forniscono parcheggio per un'ulteriore tariffa per notte con illimitato ingresso e uscita. L'hotel è pulito, tranquillo, confortevole e sufficiente per il nostro viaggio per partecipare ad un evento vicino. Vorrei che i loro letti doppi siano più grandi e hanno una regolare opzione bagno con bagno.

LLendanearOlder hotel that had renovated. The rooms were a good size with kitchen and facilities. The bedroom area was a generous size with a queen and single bed. Mattresses quite soft so if you’re used to a firm bed, you will notice the difference. Abundance of power outlets ( no usb charging), and a 43 inch TV. The bathroom was large, and had been renovated with new appliances but, they had left the old bathroom ceiling which was in a bad way and no ceiling fan so lots of condensation which led to mould spots on the new shower walls. No shower screen, only a curtain and it seemed that the water runoff on the floor was running away from the two drains as it was pouring into the kitchen and onto the carpet in the bedroom area. ( She does use a lot of water but it should have coped). Basically a great hotel for the money and excellent location near the cbd and plenty of good restaurants. Added bonus for us was having free Tesla destination charging which meant driving down from Sydney, we didn’t need to go searching for a charge station.

MMaxeeArrived late at 11pm. Staff was available at reception. They were very welcoming. I slept good. Got a bit noisy at 8am for a while possibly. Not sure if they were cleaners or guests with their bags. Looking forward to come back again.
