Room size and cleanliness quite good
Laundry facility is super (wash machine and dryer free, only have to buy washing powder)
Breakfast not worth it - no cheese, no hot chocolate/cocao for kids, no freshly brewed coffee (costs extra)

UUtente ospiteWe booked a room for three people, but initially found that the room only had two sets of amenities, including bottles of water, slippers, and tea cups. After calling the front desk, the issue was gradually resolved.
There were spider webs outside the windows, which discouraged us from opening them.
The toilet occasionally made unusual noises, possibly when guests in neighboring rooms flushed.
My father went swimming, but the locker would not open when he tried to get his clean clothes. We called the front desk for assistance. A staff member eventually came, but the interaction felt rather cold and lacked any sense of apology, despite the inconvenience my father experienced.

RRieskaStayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is very clean, including the room and common areas, which we appreciated. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated, particularly the bathroom — the shower and bathtub would benefit from an upgrade.
The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with smooth and efficient check-in and check-out. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited variety (see video).
The location is a plus, right in the city and next to Holey Moley and the entertainment arcade, making it convenient for families with kids. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, though showing its age in some areas.

UUtente anonimoGreat location! The hotel had secure free underground parking which was convenient. We had reserved a crib which wasn’t set up when we arrived however the front desk were able to organise promptly. Overall a nice experience and would stay again

TToni9485Very clean, chic hotel with a popular restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue , Elouera St and Mort Street which is directly the line of Canberra's night clubs if you are coming on a weekend. There's only two sets of lifts for Hotel Clients which isn't a problem for an Asian ( moi) who is used to very crowded areas. But this can be a bit inconvenient for locals who are used to express service. Pool, gym, sauna. Major plus points. And the best part of all is the free bar fridge in the room. (Not sure if it was a promotion but my friend and I could drink all of what was offered for free!) We didnt because we are massive alcohol fans.
The only major downside is the 25 dollar parking fee. No, no no. You can raise the price a bit higher for the quality of rooms but it's a bit offputting to have that as an additional fee.
Overall, a pretty great experience from service to aminities.

UUtente ospiteStayed at Forrest Hotel and Apartments for a work trip and it was a really solid choice. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed, which made getting around Canberra easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet enough to relax after long work days. Staff were friendly and check-in was straightforward.
The apartments have everything you need for a longer stay, especially if you want a bit more space than a standard hotel room. Wi-Fi was reliable, parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Good value and comfortable for a business stay. Would definitely stay again for work trips.

UUtente ospitePool was a mad house due to school holidays with a lot of young boys acting dangerously. Other than that a pleasant albeit short stay. Bathroom was not as pictured in advertising though and needed better lighting

Tutto era senza spot, comodo e molto pensato in ciò che ci serviva come viaggiatori.
Il cibo era fantastico per colazione e cena. I migliori pasti che abbia mai mangiato in un lungo periodo.
La questione che abbiamo avuto è stata una difficoltà a controllare. Non c'è nessuna persona che possa aiutare con niente.
Saremo certamente di nuovo!

UUtente ospiteIl personale è stato amichevole e utile. Camera pulita, comoda letto, wifi, aria condizionata e come bonus hanno un buffet colazione. Grande posizione con parcheggio in loco incluso e il pub tedesco vicino alla porta per cena a piedi.
