Great Hotel, perfect location. Nice rooms with tatami Style flooring and futons. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast very nice. We will come back again Hint: to find Hotel entrance there are no English signs. One needs to enter the building (see description photos) and immediately on the left there are 3 quite narrow lifts. Any of those will bring you to the 7th floor where the hotel reception is located

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

questa deve essere la mia recensione più lunga su Trip perché questo hotel e l'intera atmosfera sono davvero buoni per le nostre 3 notti!! camera super confortevole, pulita, il bagno è davvero bello e pulito. ha anche una lavanderia con asciugatrice. c'erano dei lavori proprio fuori dall'hotel, ma di solito sono avvenuti quando eravamo fuori dalla nostra camera, quindi non ci importava molto. inoltre, la posizione è superba, proprio accanto a una via dello shopping/cibo e vicino alla metropolitana, quindi è facilmente accessibile. menzione speciale allo staff dell'hotel, sono stati super cordiali e disponibili!! il soggiorno è stato piacevole soprattutto grazie a loro 😆 penso che sia stato il proprietario (?) ad essere davvero entusiasta nell'accoglierci e uno degli 小哥哥 ci ha persino aiutato con i bagagli 😆 inoltre, lo 小姐姐 ha risposto alle nostre domande e ci ha dato consigli su cosa mangiare nei dintorni. 想谢谢客栈的员工们 他们都太热情太友善了哈哈以后来苏州玩一定会再回来住的～

The hotel location is great: right next to Quanqian pedestrian street and very close to Metro Line 1 and 4 and easy to get to/from Suzhou Railway Station via Line 4. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and a 24-hour Lawson supermarket just steps away. The room is spacious and very family-friendly, with a tent for kids to play in and toiletries for kids (toothpaste, baby soap). The breakfast restaurant is not too big but the taste is very good, easy to eat and no waiting. There is a laundry, drying and ironing room for families to use for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids love staying here. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and will book again if I come to Suzhou next time.

Il paesaggio verdeggiante è realizzato con molta attenzione e le foto sono molto fotogeniche. Servizio: Inutile dire che il servizio è eccezionale! Il maggiordomo a tempo pieno ha aggiunto WeChat, è entusiasta e ha il senso dei confini, il che è fantastico!
