Check in veloce. Le camere sono quasi nuove, tutto sembra a posto all'interno. C'è RT Mart dall'altra parte della strada, la metropolitana è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Bel parco anche con Pagoda, Tempio e qualche strada turistica. Mi piaceva quella zona.

Per vedere il concerto Zhou, ho anche mandato Zhou Xiaoqi, sono arrivati venti minuti a piedi dallo stadio di Triangle Road, e non c'è bisogno di prendere la metropolitana o la bus di notte.
L'intero edificio sembra un po'vecchio dall'esterno, ma in realtà la stanza è come la stanza di casa.
Ci sono una fila di negozi fuori, e cibo facile, barbecue, lanzhou Lapan e Sha County sono tutti, e il pasticceria è conveniente.

1.首先，讓我來吐槽最最最受不了的一件事情，廁所是沒有門的！沒有門的，整個洗漱間就是沒有門的！無法理解！
2.整個房間一進去就有一股濃濃的想讓人嘔吐的不知名香味，等香味散去之後，就是煙味！對！煙味，這兩種味道混合在一起，難以形容.
3.房間衞生肉眼可見的不太好，而且雙床房，衹給了一個牙刷，可能是上一個顧客走之後，都沒有仔細檢查就讓我們入住了（這麼顯眼的東西都沒有注意到，可見其他衞生打掃的敷衍性！）

Prima di tutto, la reception ha avuto un atteggiamento molto buono al momento del check-in. Un giovane ha parlato molto gentilmente e mi ha dato un upgrade gratuito dopo avermi informato che la tipologia di camera che avevo prenotato non aveva finestre. Anche se era una piccola questione, la casa i prezzi sono aumentati durante la Giornata Nazionale. Si può vedere che il principio del servizio del dipartimento si basa sulla soddisfazione del cliente.
In secondo luogo, durante il mio soggiorno, ho riscontrato che i materiali di consumo e di tipo A dell'hotel sono molto buoni, in particolare i fiori da bagno usa e getta (già confezionati).
Alla fine, quando ho lasciato il negozio, la reception mi ha regalato un souvenir davvero squisito, una tazza d'acqua di cui gli impiegati hanno solo bisogno. Ho anche seguito l'evento di consegna del tè al latte. Ecco le foto allegate.

1. È lontano da Shantang Street Non è consigliabile che Baozi stia visitando Shantang Street. Il problema dell'impostazione del titolo è enorme!
2. Dice una stanza per non fumatori Quando ho fatto il check-in nella prima casa, 610, l'odore di fumo era molto forte e soffocante. Sono passato alla stanza 628, ma non era ancora una stanza per non fumatori e il bagno era pieno di odore di fumo. Non tiene conto di quanto i non fumatori odiano le sigarette.

JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

NNuonuo（minsuban）來了4次了，依舊很喜歡，萬豪旗下的蘇州科技城源宿酒店，細節很多，早餐最喜歡吃他們家的炒雞和麪包，在臘八節沒吃到的臘八粥，沒想到在酒店吃到了，酒店運營管理很在線，怪不得工作日生意那麼好，早餐廳人都坐滿了，我一個做旅遊的人也是超級愛的！！！我記得第一次去是12.13號，當時酒店好像剛剛開業還在調整一些細節，後來沒過幾天我就又和閨蜜去了，吃早餐的時候特別開心，好多種類，麪包是現烤的，巨好吃！！所有的品類都很新鮮。後來和男朋友來了一次，這邊充電也非常方便，再就是昨天又來了，發現她們家前台工作人員英文説的非常好，接待我的前台小姐姐也很優秀！！對她印象特別好，因為她我想註冊一個萬豪會員，她在流程上幫助我很多，特別意外的是還送了我歡迎水果。空調旁邊加了貼士，這樣開空調很簡單了第一次的時候我不知道咋開哈哈，就這個細節，能感受到經營者的用心。衞浴都是科勒的，毛巾乾淨也有淡淡香，床非常非常舒服！！！！被子軟軟的，在酒店拍了很多照片，非常喜歡來這裏每次休息都想來這裏放鬆。一進酒店就很香～～有香薰機。

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Desidero ringraziare in particolare il piccolo ristorante, il salsa di uova e la zuppa di salsa sono incomparabili. Una goccia di due zuppe di zuppa di quattro uova e un pranzo soddisfatto.La zia di zia del ristorante non ha troppo freddo, ma l'industria di salsa ha bisogno di me. Mi sento molto comodo per me.

RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

Servizio: fornire un servizio in stile maggiordomo, gentile e amichevole.

Non solo è stato aggiornato gratuitamente a una camera genitore-figlio, ma non è stata richiesta alcuna recensione positiva, nemmeno un suggerimento! Ogni membro dello staff che ho incontrato era super premuroso e professionale! Dal momento in cui entri, lo zio della sicurezza prende l'iniziativa di aprirti e chiuderti la porta con un sorriso, anche se non hai bagagli, e lavora anche molto duramente e premurosamente per aprire e chiudere la porta per due gruppi di ospiti allo stesso tempo. Mi si spezza il cuore quando lo vedo, ma lui sorrideva sempre felice e sentivo che mi piaceva il mio lavoro. Rispondiamo pazientemente anche a tutti i tipi di domande! Il direttore e le ragazze alla reception sono bellissime, professionali e gentili. In effetti, sentivo di avere molte domande, ma tutte hanno risposto e mi hanno presentato pazientemente! Un hotel a cinque stelle con strutture e ambiente eccellenti. Anche i negozi che vendono artigianato hanno prezzi super ragionevoli! Anche la colazione è deliziosa, consiglio vivamente i pancake e i noodles multicereali! Ci sono anche piscine interne ed esterne, soprattutto quelle interne, piccole ma eleganti. Non sapevamo prima della piscina, quindi ci siamo pentiti di non aver portato il costume da bagno! Il paesaggio dell'hotel è particolarmente bello e ci sono molti ristoranti di diverse fasce di prezzo e stili tra cui scegliere, nonché un parco a tema per bambini, palestra, lounge, campo da golf, tennis, ecc. Sembra di poter trascorrere una vacanza intera giornata in albergo. Ci sono molte attrazioni circostanti molto vicine l'una all'altra e puoi ottenere sconti sui biglietti se li acquisti presso la reception dell'hotel! Tutto sommato molto, molto buono! La chiave è che il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto!

Esperienza Hanfu (non applicabile nei giorni festivi): sebbene sia gratuita, il servizio di diverse donne è super premuroso e può essere utilizzato anche gratuitamente nei fine settimana, senza trucchi!

UUtente ospiteIl personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. La signora alla reception al momento del check-in ha preparato con cura una stanza speciale con braccioli per gli anziani. Anche l'ambiente è in stile giardino. Sarebbe meglio se la varietà della colazione fosse migliorata. Anche l'effetto di isolamento acustico della stanza è scarso. Miglioralo. La stanza è molto spaziosa. Al piano di sotto c'è un quartiere degli affari. È molto comodo mangiare e bere opposto.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me.
1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants.
2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind!
3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed.
There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!!
Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists.
I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them.
Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.
