This was one of the best hotels experiences I have had. The rooms are decent. The amenities are clean and tken care of. The staff are all helpful and pleasant. My bed was a little.firm for my old bones but the room was clean. Was a good central.location for what we were doing. The staff the coffee and the waffles are some of the best I have had from a hotel. The serve the breakfast until 10am which makes may sleepy head extra happy. Overall a good value considering location and comfort of stay.

Had stayed in this hotel before the pandemic and liked it. I had business in the lower mainland and chose to stay here again, 3 nights. Was not disappointed. The hotel is well maintained except for an elevator that was out of service the entire time. I opted for a single king bed with sofa bed; the room was comfortable, well provisioned and clean. The bed was a little soft for my taste. Breakfast is included and includes one hot egg, meat, and potato option each, a self made waffle station, both hot and cold cereal station, breads & pasties with toasters, and beverages. If you need to leave early, a bagged breakfast can be requested. Will stay again. My one suggestion would be, if you like to sleep in a darker room, or with the window open, chose a room on the back. Lights from the car dealership across the road are bright and on all night, and Langley Bypass is a busy road even at 3 AM.

Inoltre, l'aria condizionata dell'hotel è anche fredda a 32 gradi. È così che vive due volte. Ultimamente, il parcheggio collaborato dall'hotel. Ming ha detto al receptionista il numero della targa e ha confermato il numero della targa. Il sistema hotel ha inserito il mio numero di targa. Il parcheggio mi ha ancora messo un allarme sul vento il giorno dopo che ha detto che era un parcheggio hotel, così non c'è una multa o un ritiro.

We are BW frequent guests in the highest member category and were staying here on points. At check-in, the front desk clerk said he would have to charge a $150 deposit. I refused and offered to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere. This was a simple, somewhat outdated motel with no restaurant or amenities and I saw no reason for a deposit. The clerk explained that some of their guests damaged their rooms. I assured him that would not happen with two senior citizens with a long track-record with Best Western. He called his manager, Mr. Sav Singh, who apparently refused to waive the deposit. Next the clerk suggested that I give him $150 in cash which he would return the next morning at checkout. Again I refused. This argument went on for quite some time and I told him it was getting late and we needed to go elsewhere. He finally relented and we got into our room which was clean and serviceable but very old looking with lamp electrical outlets and room fridge quite worn out. The clerk had kept insisting that he had to collect a deposit because it was the policy at their property. Afterwards, I went back to their website because I didn't know how I had missed that. The policy posted on the website states, ”Pet Policy: Pets allowed with restrictions, $20 per day with $150 refundable deposit (due at check-in).” As we had no pet, it was completely out of line for the clerk or the manager to demand a deposit from us. After staying at Best Westerns often for the past 20+ years, we can say this was the most unpleasant of all!

La posizione è davvero buona. L'hotel è appena a piedi dalla stazione di Gateway 10-minute. Inoltre, c'è un supermercato e diverse caffetterie vicine. Il desk front e il personale sono molto utile e amichevole. Le camere sono accoglienti e super pulite. Il colazione è un pranzo continentale standard. Le difficoltà sono che non ci sono acqua e scarpe in bottiglie nelle camere, e che l'hotel è molto vicino alla strada. L'esperienza complessiva è piuttosto buona. Decente 4 su 5.

La camera era pulita e tranquilla, il letto era conforme, l'A/C lavorava bene, aveva un frigo e una microonde nella stanza, e un ascensore.

Grande servizio clienti e non esitava a aiutare la nostra situazione era molto gentile e professionale. Sicuramente userà questo hotel in futuro. Grazie ancora :) La stanza era così pulita e mia figlia si sentiva molto sicura

Il posto è situato in posizione centrale vicino alla stazione “portale” e richiede 30 minuti per andare in basso. Il personale è meraviglioso e vi tratta come una famiglia. Soprattutto Tarun, che è in servizio notturno e manager La signora Nav avrebbe fortemente raccomandato questo posto.
