We went there to celebrate my girl's birthday and requested for a birthday cake which made my girl delighted and free parking for my sis in law drive to visit us, thanks Lau Ying! Since I have a baby and toddler to care so we aren't going to Sunway Lagoon as the resort wateradventure is suffice for my kiddos. However, the playground has mosquitos that bite my kiddos and me. Hope the staff can check on this. The buffet is wide spread but isn't up to my standard. I love good food so we had our breakfast and dinner at Gordon Ramsay, it was good unfortunately my hubby seem to suffer food poisoning from the dinner. One morning though we were before 10.30 am but was considered late for breakfast as kitchen closed at 10.15 am, the staff just smiled and said sorry you were late and there was nothing she could do. My hubby was still recovering and was pissed at her attitude while I was handling my two kiddos too so I had to feedback and appreciated Mr Saranam assisted us. Too bad they didn't have their sea bass and cod as it hasn't arrived for a week but Wellington isn't up to par. Maybe it was due to halal so do not expect the same to their usual wellington. Breakfast, lobster bisque, broccolini and fries were good. Mocktails missed it's mark. Wonderland is good for younger kiddos, yet to try the gym, steam/sauna room. The top of the bed slim build in shelf has a big ear wax, so I had to clean myself. The remote controller need a change batteries but it was screwed in so we don't the change. The floor lamp isn't working. The toiletries pumps have been over pressed so it takes some technique to pump it out. Water temp and rainfall shower is great. The bedding is not your usual hotel such as Simmons type and pillows are sunken to the bed surface even though asked for hard pillows, they are way overused. Hence, I could not get a good sleep throughout my stay. However, the facilities, services and convenience is a major plus factor and will come over with my fam next time.

This trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent. For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ). Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed. Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in. In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

Room is big and clean. View is nice. Breakfast is good too. Love it..will book again

My kids loves the pool both at level 5 and 1 . Warm greet from the staff. Pool staff are So friendly and responsible to pool safety. The chef from indian Station also friendly and entertain my kids during breakfast

Front desk was most helpful . Almost 5 stars stay except that there is no free parking for car . You need to pay for a day entry permit. So not so suitable for visitors might might stay over or have longer discussion with tenant.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Sunway Resort Hotel! The direct pool access and special entrance to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park made everything so convenient. Breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill was outstanding, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, including a kids’ corner. The direct connection to Sunway Pyramid Mall was another great perk for shopping and dining. Service was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. If we visit Kuala Lumpur again, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for families.

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed for families. The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Upon arriving at the villa, I found a lizard inside the villa and spoke to the employee and he decided to change the villa, but it did not have privacy in the private pool, so I decided to return to the previous room because there was no other villa available. I found a lot of ants in the villa on the bedside table and on the office table. When I decided to take a shower, I discovered that there was no hot water. I spoke to them and the employee was late. When he arrived, he tried to fix it, but nothing happened. He told me that the hot water was broken, and although I had reserved a villa that was far from the hotel, when I said that I needed breakfast, they told me that I had to go to the hotel or order from the restaurant and pay, even though my reservation included breakfast, and they did not compensate me with anything.

It was a superb hotel! From the facilities to the staff! Super rare malaysian customer service is good even if it’s at any 5 star hotel but here they’re just tiptop! Their 2 bedroom Villa is just perfect and huge

The hotel was clean with excellent service, and the breakfast spread was fantastic.

i think the parking system needs to improve as me already paid in advance but still stuck when going out, please make it tally ya with your system. others, BEST TIME OF MY LIFE HAHAHAHA
