Good location. I stayed to do my study. Easy to park and near satay restaurant.

Good and clean

Booked rooms with breakfast but when we asked they said they didn't provide any breakfast for guests. It is ok if they can explain to us nicely but one of the male staff are very rude to customers . Fyi we booked 2 rooms with breakfast which is every rooms we add on RM20. Actually this is not about how much we spend for the rooms because we didn't ask for any refund but we just cannot accept the services and how they treat guests. Other than that room's condition also not so good. We got dirty bedsheets and also dusty room.

Nice hotel. The staff service very good and friend. The hotel will make stay smile.

Bad clealiness

號稱三星級，完全不值這個價格，我看前台價格表，比我在平台定的低好些，但是給我的房間單間居然是無窗的。 廁所五金件也是壞的。比如毛巾架和馬桶噴嘴。

拿着大件行李，給安排了一個爬樓梯房間，直接讓酒店前台換，才換到3樓電梯房，電熱水器我懷疑都是壞的，開始入住307號房間，結果熱水器沒有熱水，打電話讓前台換到308，和我們房型不一樣，是個無窗的，而且床都不平整，坐一下床尾，床頭翹起來嚇我一跳，感覺座蹺蹺板，跟前台溝通我們去308沖個澡回307住，免得行李多來回搬不方便，前台死活不同意，算了吧，前往308吧，先開熱水器燒段時間等熱水，結果熱水器開半天一直沒有熱水，搞得我們凌晨12點多，好在我們有先見之明，307房間門沒上鎖，等308熱水開起來再搬東西過去，結果被我們料到了，實在沒則，返回307大點房間，用熱水壺稍微燒熱一點，隨便沖了下，主要來例假不敢洗冷水，將就一個晚上，這種酒店服務太差了，且設施太舊，不想洗冷水澡的千萬不要訂這個酒店，來回倒騰忘了拍圖片，但是我説的句句實話，從來不想給差評的我，這次堅決要給個差評

唔知點解,第一晚入住冇乜嘢,第二晚在洗手間就有十幾廿隻曱甴,有D仲走到牀下底,去前台想要殺蟲水,前台冇殺蟲水,不過都肯馬上去買,總之就係衛生唔好

設施：很前衞，很棒 衞生：乾淨 環境：優美，不吵 服務：很熱情 性價比很高的酒店
