Moved to this hotel after our first hotel failed us on cleanliness. Hotel was basic, which was ok for us, but upon closer inspection the hotel was dirtier then pictures. Sheets had stains and so did the towels. Not sure if they were laundered. We asked the inn keeper for new towels and he gave us a weird look - towel was placed on the chair at the front desk (is this clean??). Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hotel. staff sound like they were moving big load of things in the middle of the night up and down the hall way. Only good thing about the place is front door security and location with plenty of food options.

Molto buona posizione / parcheggio auto pagato / migliora la pulizia soprattutto per cambiare asciugamani giornalieri . La pulizia giornaliera è inoltre necessario RM 55 tasse di pulizia pagate al check-in (non ha indicato questa condizione al check-in) . Buono a stare in alto . Lo shampoo da bagno è stato fornito ma non lo shampoo per capelli.

Suite familiare di base che guarda il Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. Accessibile da una scala, quindi non a sedia a rotelle amica ~ FYR. Solo un set di accesso al levante e chiave principale della porta è stato fornito. È stato chiesto di pagare un deposito di RM150 non sicuro per cosa. Bagno ma senza piastra per fermare l'acqua - basicamente non può godere del tubo. TV con scarsa ricezione e canali locali solo. I bagni e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Letto di grandezza del re firm e letto singolo. Buono per il valore.

Such a pleasant experience staying in William's homestay. Everything you need is provided. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I had very good night sleep. Balcony with unblocked view. Convenient location surrounded by a lot of restaurants here, especially at night time, you can go Starbucks (until 12pm), 24hrs McDonald, FamilyMart which are just opposite the homestay. SS15 Courtyard is just within walking distance. The nearest lrt station is just about 10mins walk away which can go directly to KL Sentral, KLCC without transit. Able to reach Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon within 5 mins via grab. William is so helpful and friendly. It was a great homestay experience, will definitely come back again soon.

BBlist3rQuesto alloggio era piuttosto virale su tiktok a causa del jacuzzi in una delle camere. Così ho deciso di dare un'esperimento a questo posto. Dopo l'iscrizione, un problema ho notato prima era che avevano bisogno di un deposito rm100 che poteva essere pagato solo con carta di credito e non con contanti. Dopo aver detto che c'era una banca all'altra parte delle negozi, dovevo andare tutto il modo per ritirare il rm100, perché non avevo abbastanza con me al momento. Dopo aver risolto il deposito e aver ricevuto la chiave della carta della stanza, sono finalmente riuscito a entrare nella stanza. La stanza non era la più pulita, perché ho trovato un cazzo di pecora nel bagno, e non ho mai parlato di sporco, di petali e di detriti che stavano fuori dal jacuzzi quando mi sono girato sull'acqua, e che mi sembrava deludente, come sperava di essere almeno decente.

QQue RAIRAAThis is really a budget hotel for budget stay. Everything was so basic but all basic amenities are well served. Hotel room is convenient and the size of room is just nice for 2pax. The location is quite dull at night except for the MyNews convenience store just opposite to the hotel. There are also some malls (Giant and Mydin) nearby within walking distance. You might find hard to get good foods nearby as the restaurant (western/steak) just in front of the hotel will close around 2200hrs. But online foods orders are the best choice. Overall, I am satisfy with this hotel, its service and hospitality. Cannot wish for more as this is just a budget accommodation.

Overview:
1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there.
2. The name of this place “Resorts Suites @ Bandar Sunway” was tagged as “hotel” in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Properties’ hotel chain.
3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card.
4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldn’t recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly).
5. As it is a “house” unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony.
Pro:
1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately.
2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax.
3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area.
4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong.
5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didn’t use it.
6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size.
7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels.
8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and there’s water boiler too, if you need to use.
9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room.
10. Very spacious bathroom.
11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well.
Cons:
1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably it’s the way how it’s being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself.
2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area.
3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains.
4. Curtains are old and dirty.
5. Tv channels only 2 channels.
6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty.
7. Has balcony but I don’t see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids.
8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us.
9. Parking flat rate - I didn’t ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since it’s not under Sunway management directly.
For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.

Walking distance to nearest lrt station. Less than 1km to nu empire and subang parade on food.
Lots of eateries nearby.
Basic toiletries provided.
Love the shower, got fast water flow.
Room is not soundproof.
Good counter service and very helpful too.

SShomelZI booked this hotel for my friend who wanted to transit temporarily. She want to move to Subang Jaya early the next morning. Overall, this hotel is quite comfortable to stay in, but needs to give more attention to the cleanliness aspect.
Beside that, there is no parking for guest provided.
