Poiché il giorno dopo andremo al porto, l'hotel è più vicino al porto, il che è più comodo. C'è un bus navetta gratuito da e per il negozio duty-free. Di fronte all'hotel si trova il mercato notturno a tema Yiheng, molto vivace. Il vetro del balcone della camera è molto insonorizzato, anche se fuori è vivace, non fa rumore quando è chiuso ed è molto silenzioso. Il personale è molto entusiasta e premuroso. Anche Xiao Wu, il fattorino, ha aiutato a consegnare i bagagli in camera. Infine, abbiamo dimenticato i vestiti in camera e l'hotel lo ha gestito molto bene. Grazie mille. Un'esperienza piacevole, soggiornerò in un hotel se avrò la possibilità in futuro.

La signorina Ella è davvero gentile e bella, il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, l'ambiente è buono, è molto nuovo e il soggiorno è molto confortevole. Vengo a Sanya ogni anno e continuerò a vivere di nuovo la prossima volta, molto soddisfatto

Hotel room is very clean and staffs are really friendly . They went the extra mile to help us order MeiTuan as we do not have local line. You can order TaoBao and deliver here before you touch down in Sanya . At the reception , they have a small drawer which can provide you plasters , scotch tape etc . Hotel is located opposite to Yiheng Nightmarket . Hotel has 17 floor , so do expect a little more waiting timing for the lifts .

Great stay overall. Clean, close to the night market, and helpful staff. However had a poor experience when I tried to access the swimming pool. My Chinese is limited and I did not know you need to wear a swimming cap in order to swim. The swimming pool concierge was rude and laughed at me when I was trying to understand what he was saying. Other than that it was a great stay.

Good place. Breakfast could be better

Hôtel very confortable. Even a Starbucks station in the lobby which is very convenient. Close to the night market and not so far from the beach (15mn walking). Just one negative point : we booked a non smoking room but the sheets smelled smoke.

This hotel is nice for being closer to the airport especially on your last night in Sanya. The service is good and friendly. They helped us a lot. We got a free upgrade to sea view. Pool is a little small and must wear a cap which is the only I don’t like.

Hilton Garden Inn , it was my first stay in this hotel, July 2022. It is a great hotel. The room is so clean and cozy. There is a TV set, a fridge, a comfortable king-size bed, an air-conditioner in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel administrators are very kind and polite- it`s always nice to contact them for any request. I want to express my special thanks to Lisa as an Assistant director of sales. I got some questions during my stay in the hotel and she helped me solve any problems any time. She was always available, I could call her anytime. Thanks a million, dear Lisa. Wonderful place which met all my expectations. Next time I`ll be staying at this hotel again.

Arriving at the Hilton we were instantly welcomed with warm service;from the security guards to reception. They called on an English speaking staff member, Willa, to assist us during the check in process. She was professional,friendy and explained how all the amenities worked. As our room was not ready yet she gave us complimentary coupons for Starbucks located in the hotel lobby. Once our room was ready another friendly staff member, Lisa, offered to show us to our room and availed herself for any further queries we may have during our stay. Room: Clean and well maintained. Breakfast: Has a good mix of western and chinese options. There is also fresh juice available that is prepared each morning. Location: Centrally located in the downtown area with a big night market just opposite the street. Pool: There is a kiddies and a big pool. During the day the kids may occupy some of the big pool for swimming lessons. Beach distance: It's about a 15 min walk to the beach.
