La camera dell'hotel è molto pulita e il personale è davvero cordiale. Hanno fatto il possibile per aiutarci a ordinare MeiTuan poiché non abbiamo una linea locale. Puoi ordinare TaoBao e consegnarlo qui prima di atterrare a Sanya. Alla reception, hanno un piccolo cassetto in cui possono essere forniti cerotti, nastro adesivo ecc. L'hotel si trova di fronte al mercato notturno di Yiheng. L'hotel ha 17 piani, quindi aspettati un po' più di tempo di attesa per gli ascensori.

Ottimo soggiorno nel complesso. Pulito, vicino al mercato notturno e personale disponibile. Tuttavia, ho avuto una brutta esperienza quando ho provato ad accedere alla piscina. Il mio cinese è limitato e non sapevo che fosse necessario indossare una cuffia per nuotare. Il concierge della piscina è stato maleducato e ha riso di me quando ho cercato di capire cosa stesse dicendo. A parte questo, è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Hotel molto confortevole. Anche una postazione Starbucks nella hall, il che è molto comodo. Vicino al mercato notturno e non lontano dalla spiaggia (15 minuti a piedi). Solo un punto negativo: abbiamo prenotato una camera non fumatori, ma le lenzuola puzzavano di fumo.

This hotel is nice for being closer to the airport especially on your last night in Sanya. The service is good and friendly. They helped us a lot. We got a free upgrade to sea view. Pool is a little small and must wear a cap which is the only I don’t like.

Hilton Garden Inn , it was my first stay in this hotel, July 2022. It is a great hotel. The room is so clean and cozy. There is a TV set, a fridge, a comfortable king-size bed, an air-conditioner in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel administrators are very kind and polite- it`s always nice to contact them for any request. I want to express my special thanks to Lisa as an Assistant director of sales. I got some questions during my stay in the hotel and she helped me solve any problems any time. She was always available, I could call her anytime. Thanks a million, dear Lisa. Wonderful place which met all my expectations. Next time I`ll be staying at this hotel again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We were there for four days and were really impressed with the friendliness and service, especially from the pool and activities staff on the 3rd floor. Housekeeping also arranged an extra mattress for my kid so we didn't have to share the bed.
