I recently stayed at here and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, situated in a convenient area close to key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. As for the amenities, they were top-notch, offering everything I needed, from a well-equipped gym to a relaxing spa. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a flawless experience. 5/5 across the board!

Servis agak lemah..bilik berbau loji..mnta tukar bilik dihantarnya housekeeping utk inpect..lepas tu housekeeping sekadar spray pewangi..pewangi mane la tahan lame..mnta tukar gak tp diberi bilik katil single lak..booking katil king mane mau dibagi bilik single..mnta tukar lagi..tunggu punya tunggu siap call 2 3 kali kata nak dtg bilik utk bawa ke bilik lain..proses check in je nk dpt kn setel berjam-jam..kami sampai pukul 5 ptg nak dapatkan bilik seperti djanjikn lebih kurang 6.45 ptg baru selesai..tu pun nak kena hamok kt counter baru dapat..fikir2kan lah

One thing I don’t like about this hotel is they are charging parking fee for hotel guess which is not reasonable. Other than that, everything seem fine to me

Hotel lobby is just a small area but room space is fine. Room no smell. Area is considered clean. Only issue to be concerned is the access of the main door is not activated. It means everyone can comes into the hotel without card.

The hotel is excellent for business communications. It standards of cleanliness, and the service is very friendly.

Room clean everything fine Only the car park flatrate is expensive

Overall good for short escape for family holiday, most important there is a pool for kid..

The hotel is ok except for you hv to pay the parking fee per entry

Everything was okay except parking rate is quite expensive rm8/entry.

Its very clean and beautiful hotel. But the location a little bit far from town. Overall im pleased. 😊
