Seit bald 20 Jahren immer wieder hier abgestiegen. Aber jetzt ist genug. Das Zimmer war alt und abgenutzt. Leider auch nicht sauber und dies in Zeiten von Corona. Wir haben das Hotel immer aufgrund der guten Lage geschätzt. Nun rechtfertigt nicht einmal mehr der Preis die Lage. Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben, dafür ein sauberes Zimmer. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Das Bettzeug meiner Tochter wies Flecken auf. Schimmel am Fenster. Duschbrause nicht verstellbar. Duschvorhang schmutzig und der Teppich strotzt vor lauter Flecken. Es ist nicht nur alt, sondern auch schmuddelig. Seit 20 Jahren dieselben Zimmermöbel und Bilder. Es war Advent und keine einzige weihnachtliche Deko. Kein Baum im Eingang wie früher. Keine Kugeln oder Kerzen. Traurig und trist. Eine Schande. War einmal toll hier zu übernachten.

Questo hotel è stata una bellissima scoperta. Il rapporto qualità/ prezzo, posso affermarlo con certezza, non ha eguali. Innanzitutto la camera spaziosissima, nuova, moderna, luminosa, accogliente, confortevole e soprattutto pulitissima. Il personale gentile e disponibilissimo anche nei confronti dell'ospite a 4 zampe. La colazione ricchissima con un vaso assortimento di prodotti di qualità. Buona la posizione e anche il parcheggio.

Etwas abseits, aber mit einer guten Verkehrsanbindung zum Bahnhof, zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel mit guten Restaurants. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist gut, der Frühstücksraum etwas trostlos. The reception team at Hotel Gloria when we had an issue with our previously booked hotel. We turned up - there was no one to let us in, and no response to calls! Thank-fully the receptionist at Hotel Gloria was amazing and really helped us out of a difficult situation on Good Friday evening. Great service really does make a place shine, and our room and the cleaning team were great too. Thanks again and we look forward to booking with you (first!) again.

We loved this hotel in park like setting. Great location for us in Mohringen Stuttgart. This is a bit far from downtown Stuttgart but worth the trip to stay here. We had a car for most of the stay, easy access to highways for day trips. Train about 3 block walk away, 2 stops, transfer to direct line to downtown Stuttgart and Central Station. Had a suite, big room, nice balcony, nice view, comfortable bed and great water pressure. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room stayed pretty comfortable even in 80+ degree weather. Breakfast at $16 was very good with lots of choices and champagne included. Bar was busy every night, great drinks and provided blankets if you got cold sitting outside. Did not find any restaurants really close by, but many good choices about 1-2 miles. The setting of the hotel was amazing. Park like setting with all rooms facing that way. Loads of beautiful walking paths through fields. Went 7 miles a couple of days, felt totally safe as female by myself. Huge supermarket 1 mile walking or two train stops. If you go to Stuttgart this is a great, reasonably priced hotel away from downtown but well worth the distance for a quiet, serene setting with great staff.

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

L'hotel è stato situato in una zona tranquilla e tranquilla, a due notti in una delle periferie/villaggi di Stuttgart. Dopo aver fatto la visita, ci fu dato una stanza, ma quando siamo arrivati alla stanza, il bagno era pieno di asciugamani sporchi, quindi siamo tornati alla ricezione e ci fu dato un'altra stanza. Questa seconda stanza era pulita dall'interno, ma il suo balcone era sporco, tra cui una sporca cenere. Infatti, preferiremmo non avere alcuna cenere, anche su balconi (come fumo da un balcone può ancora facilmente scoppiare in una stanza vicina). Dopo un po', il nostro balcone era pulito, la stanza stessa era spaziosa e la bagno era pulita e moderna, il letto era comodo e l'aria condizionata funzionava bene senza fare troppo rumore. Il personale era amichevole e utile, ma a volte si sentiva come se l'hotel fosse sottoscritto (ad esempio, la ricezione non era spesso scritta, anche durante il giorno), e abbiamo anche avuto colazione all'hotel, che era buono con una selezione ragionevole di cibo e bevande. Sarebbe stato bello se ci fosse stata una scelta di cibo e bevande, tra cui alcune specialità locali, e un bel gesto è stato che tutti gli ospiti hanno ricevuto un complimento di gelati al check-in.

A lovely little Pension abut 10 minutes' walk from the city centre, and in easy reach of various U-bahn stops. The surrounding Bohnviertel (bean quarter) i delightful, with plenty of shops and character. It is reasonably priced, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the room was good, clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. It's a shame that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as I would have loved a cup of tea after strolling round Stuttgart. that aide, I would recommend this place whole-heartedly.
