Hotel molto bello, centralissimo e curatissimo. La camera molto grande e molto confortevole. Il letto comodo. Il bagno grande con vasca/doccia, 2 lavabo. Il WC in uno stanzino a parte. La colazione vale i 29 euro a testa, servita in terrazza vanta un buffet eccezionale di dolce e salato. Il personale gentilissimo. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire del parcheggio dell'hotel prenotato in precedenza, perchè il centro era chiuso al traffico per un mercato. Comunque il parcheggio pubblico è molto vicino, non eccessivamente caro e soprattutto sicuro. L'unico neo di questo bel posto, sono gli aspiratori nel bagno che non sono molto effcienti. Comunque consigliatissimo.

L'hotel è eccellente per la sua posizione. Finora siamo stati sempre solo nel Regent Petit Hotel, che è stato il primo soggiorno nel pavilione, la colazione è nel Regent, lo sport è anche. Ci è piaciuto molto bene, sarebbe preferito il Regent.

I have booked this hotel as the kick-off for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we have contracted COVID and asked the hotel for a good-will cancellation a couple of days before arriving. Unfortunately it seems like Accor/Sofitel prefers a young freshly married couple to travel and visit their Hotel with Covid than to make a good-will postponement of the booking since they declined to cancel the reservation with a reimbursement or postpone it. I would have expected a 5* Hotel to be more flexible towards customers in cases like ours. I approximately spend 60-70 days per year in Hotels for business and will not consider Accor/Sofitel for any future stay.

I just checked out of this hotel today. I loved everything about the hotel from the moment I walked in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had to park offsite, several blocks away, but they will transfer your luggage to and from the hotel. We had two rooms at the hotel, and we stayed in a family area that had a door off the hallway to both of our rooms. This is perfect if you have need to but your kids in one room and you/spouse in the other. The queen size rooms are not huge, but I found the room to be laid out very well. It really didn’t bother me at all that they are smaller than some of the hotels we stay at in the United States. Our rooms came with breakfast and it was wonderful. The presentation is beautiful. When you walk in it is a buffet but you can also order off the menu I suggest ordering the French toast. One of the best things about this hotel is air conditioning !!!! I can’t express enough how important it is when it is 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioner did not keep the room at a cool, 71 to 72° but very close. I hope to return to Strasbourg in the future, and I certainly will stay at Maison Rouge again.

Super bel personale ovunque, tutto piuttosto elegante. fermata del treno direttamente davanti alla porta. La sala con snacks (cake/cake, frutta) e caldo (caffè/tee) e bevande fredde (succhi, limone/cola di bottiglia) è semplicemente di classe! Ogni hotel dovrebbe avere questo, si può confrontarlo un po' con una sala d'aeroporto. Ci sono anche piccoli piatti la sera. In secondo luogo, le camere sono un po' piccole e si può essere molto sorpresi della costruzione del bagno, ma in generale una raccomandazione assoluta.

La mano destra della stazione ferroviaria ha visto l'hotel.Il centro e la vecchia città sono a piedi.Il tipo di camera prenotato è piccolo ma è molto comodo in tutti gli aspetti. La colazione è molto ricca, il sapore è anche buono. Il cameriere è attento e attento. Ha anche preparato un dolce uova di caramelle bianche per i bambini. Si preoccupa anche delle nostre attività di giorno e consiglia luoghi divertenti.Molto felice esperienza di soggiorno.

The hotel is very handy indeed if you're arriving in Strasbourg by train. It's literally right opposite the train station. It's within easy walking distance (10 minutes or so) of the main town centre. I stayed here twice in quick succession to break a London-Prague return train journey, and was very happy with it. The staff were professional and helpful, breakfast was good (with fewer cooked items than Brits will be used to, but plenty of choice from the cold buffet and one or two hot items), and there was nothing wrong with my room. I think I was probably upgraded to a superior room on my first stay, as my room was considerably smaller the second time round. It's probably worth paying the extra for a superior room if you're planning on spending much time in the room.

Abbiamo avuto un breve soggiorno a Strasburgo. Questo hotel è letteralmente a 2 minuti a piedi mentre uscite dalla stazione ferroviaria. La nostra camera originale era una camera ”accessibile” che non era quello che avevamo prenotato. Alexanderos al di fuori del desk era abbastanza gentile da cambiare la nostra camera in un piano superiore con vista sulla piazza principale. Tutto era come previsto. La cosa strana della stanza era la mancanza di una maniglia sulla porta del bagno e la porta si apriva all'esterno! Non normale. C'era solo un grosso accanto al bordo della porta. Installare i manipolatori della porta, il personale è sempre stato attento e utile, soprattutto Alexandros.

Location is really good, directly opposite of the train station with numerous public transport possibilities. Also there was discount in the nearby garage, but only for 24 h parking. Price is 15 euro/24 hours. Hotel is really basic, breakfast is decent for this type of hotel. I stayed in Ibis becore, but this was my first experience with their budget line. We reserved it as it was only available option with three beds. We were three adults, I asked for a quiet room on upper floors and got probably the smallest room in the hotel. With one small and another one even smaller window facing the inner courtyard. It was really quiet but I regretted the choice the moment we’ve entered the room. I’ve seen rooms of the same type at opposite side during cleaning, they were bigger with beautiful view. But, I am the only one to blame, because I’ve asked for it :) Bathroom, especially sink was dated. There was strange smell in the elevator and it was impossible to catch one in the morning. But in principle, for the price of 110 euro for three adults, I was acceptable.

Luckily we got this hotel. 🥹 It was amazing .😇 First thing when we reach Gare our hotel is 50m from there. 2nd floor with kids . Amazing room. Amazing people inside. Hotel with normal price in front of main station - we were close to all things to visit in Strasbourg and also close to take a train to go in Colmar (etc). Hotel on amazing location . Amazing people inside . We are in love - definitely will be back for vacation again.

Dove iniziare. La mia piccola stanza sul secondo piano. Ho sentito meno acqua di scarico nel metro di Parigi. La stanza ha un odore così pesante. Non c'era aria condizionata o ventilazione. E se aprite la finestra tutto quello che sentite era il rumore alle tre di mattina dal bar che è in basso. Ma non si può lamentarsi del bar perché la famiglia che gestisce l'hotel gestisce il bar. Evitate questo posto a tutti i costi. Ora mi hanno compiuto la camera e mi hanno trasferito in una bella stanza nel cortile, e questo era bello, ma queste camere sopra i bar non dovrebbero nemmeno essere concesse alle persone. Quando mi sono lamentato, hanno detto che sapevano che era un problema, ma nessuno ha fatto nulla per risolverlo, quindi guardate, la prima notte, quando ero in una piccola stanza che si è stufata come un lavandino, dovevo aprire la finestra, ma non riuscivo a dormire a causa del rumore del bar. Permettetemi di dirvi del bellissimo signore alla reception: dopo il bar vicino, aveva un paio di ragazze che si erano pendenti davanti all'hotel parlando così forte e bevendo. Stavo seduta vicino alla finestra perché era aria fresca che ha letteralmente pisciato in strada. Sono qui per dirvi di evitare questo posto. Potrebbe essere così affascinante, ma non è. Ora se si può ottenere una delle grandi camere nel cortile, pensavo fosse bello. Ma non vale la pena rischiare. Se si ottiene una stanza lungo la strada Run. Anche il colazione non era molto buono. In realtà questo è come un hotel a una stella. Acquista attenzione.

I went here on a school trip. This hotel was perfect to accommodate around 55 people. The price including breakfast was also very fair. The staff at the hotel was really nice and help-full and even tried to full-fill all the wishes from our teachers. The rooms were really nice. They were kitted out really well. The had all the necessary things like a locker, a cupboard, towels for each guest and a air-condition, which was really effective. When we arrived there around 20:00 there was no dinner at all in the restaurant and we had to go out. After already walking around for a day it would have been nice to eat in the hotel. Especially because we had a boy with a broken foot with us. There were only a few things, which were a bit problematic. If you want to drive to the hotel in a bus it’s not possible. And if you have to leave early you can’t leave with breakfast before 7:00 as there isn’t until 07:00. The buffet is really good though.

Stanza deludente. Ho pagato per una stanza dirigente con vista sul fiume, ma solo una stanza che si trova all'altra parte con un grande edificio davanti a me. L'hotel ha detto che non avevano ricevuto le informazioni e l'hotel era completamente prenotato. Non era molto, ma ho pagato per la vista e ho finito con una stanza standard con alcune sodole e servizi gratuiti. Mi sentivo in inganno. Nessun Wi-Fi per 1.5 giorni per il mio soggiorno 2-night. Non accettabile Più punti: il personale era carino, sia alla reception che al mantenimento. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita Ho avuto una migliore esperienza con altri hotel Novotel prima, ma non tornerò a questo.
