Stayed here the other week Karen who served us at reception was kind funny and very helpful when asking were was best to eat she was a stand out of our short stay there definitely a 5 out of 5 employee I don't ever normally write these reviews but just had to this time all the best and cya next time we stay over Andy Bevcraft

Il soggiorno presso Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa era un piacevole soggiorno, la receptionista era piacevole. La stanza era pulita, grande e confortevole aveva una bella TV e tutto quello che avete bisogno nella stanza. Solo consiglio darei a questo hotel è preparare tazze invece di carta. A parte che tutto era perfetto, rimarrei ancora.

La stanza è stata una grande dimensione con un letto massiccio e una grande TV a schermo piatto. Tutto era bello e pulito, il bagno poteva essere un po’ più spazioso e la doccia aveva una pressione idrica molto bassa e solo abbastanza calda. Il pranzo serale nel ristorante era eccellente. Il colazione mattina era buono, tutti si erano messi a disposizione per aiutarci con molta scelta. Non avrei alcun problema di restare qui di nuovo.

Hotel carino situato vicino al Canale, abbiamo appena andato a scappare per qualche giorno. Bella piscina, stanza a vapore e sauna. Camera un po 'datato, ma non un problema. Bed comodo un grande soggiorno. E come bonus c'è un pub Wetherspoons proprio sul lato della strada. Anche se il bar alberghiere è abbastanza ragionevole. Il colazione era un enorme buffet e il pasto era grande e non troppo prezioso.

I chanced upon this place Sunday lunchtime when I was looking for a bite to eat but although the fare was OK if a bit pricey the staff were not very attentive. Ordered a coffee and bacon sandwich. When the coffee came, there was no milk (as you would normally expect to get in any other cafe or coffee shop). I had to go back to the serving hatch to request some. When the sandwich came, I wasn't asked whether I wanted sauce and again I had to specifically request this. Finally, the staff seem to have very little local knowledge- maybe they weren't local- and didn't know whether the road outside towards Bewdley river bridge was open for pedestrians (as it turned out it was). The staff were quite busy but I don't think this is a valid excuse for the not very good service.

Questo a piacevole b e b vicino al centro della città. Molto pulito e tempestivo. Il colazione era molto buono. Molto amichevoli ospiti lo gestiscono. La camera era abbastanza comoda, se un po' su piccola dimensione. La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. C'era un caldo e una tazza con una raccolta decente di sacchetti di tè ecc disponibile, più acqua in bottiglia. La stanza non aveva un guardaroba ma c'era un posto inclinato con pendenti di maniglia. La TV era adatto per la dimensione della stanza. L'unico lato inferiore era le scale che portavano fino a questa terza stanza. La prima stanza era buona, ma la seconda era un po' tortuosa. Non raccomandata per nessuno con problemi di mobilità. La doccia in suite, ancora una volta pulita e temperata. Aveva un piccolo passo in doccia. Io consiglierei questo b e b ma scoprirei quale piano è la stanza se avete problemi di mobilità.
