Bellissimo hotel in posizione comoda a due passi dall'aeroporto. Mi hanno permesso di fare il check-in anticipato. Prenoterò sicuramente questo hotel quando tornerò in Egitto.

Il mio soggiorno a Renaissance Cairo Mirage City non è stato incredibile. Mi sono sempre sentito bene occupato dal personale qui, e soprattutto devo sottolineare il personale del buffet di colazione, perché ho sempre trovato che fosse così genuino e considerato. Le camere erano anche molto spaziose e l'architettura dell'hotel mi ricordava di Parigi che amavo. Inoltre, l'hotel offre un traghetto per le pick-up e le sbarche aeroportuali, che è incredibilmente utile, poiché non credo che l'aeroporto del Cairo sia il più facile per i turisti di uscire con tutte le persone che vi hanno incastrato per una gita.

Purtroppo, questa volta ho avuto qualche problema con la stanza, il tappo era chiuso e, dopo averlo riparato, il bastone era chiuso, e la porta era anche parzialmente rotta e doveva essere spinta molto duro per chiudere correttamente. Come turista d'affari, di solito ho colazione presto al mattino, ma alle 6:00, la sala colazione era già piena di un gran gruppo di turisti molto rumorosi, che rendevano l'esperienza meno piacevole. Nonostante questi svantaggi, il nostro soggiorno è stato ancora piacevole.

L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, moderno e vicinissimo all'aeroporto. Abbiamo adorato la colazione! Piccoli dettagli come la bilancia Xiaomi e gli adattatori pronti all'uso hanno reso tutto più semplice. Anche con il nostro check-in in ritardo, hanno preparato la camera alla perfezione, offrendoci persino il servizio di couverture. L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, moderno e vicinissimo all'aeroporto. La colazione era eccellente. La bilancia Xiaomi e gli adattatori inclusi sono stati un tocco di premura. We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.
