UUtente ospiteSono scappato da diversi paesi. Ho vissuto più di cinque stelle. Il Cairo è così povero. Considerando che ci sono hotel così altamente costosi. Sono davvero sorpreso. L'hotel mi ha guarito tutti i miei viaggi di mezza luna. Fai felice i bambini. Mi sento felice. Mi sento come la principessa 👸 è stata incastrata. C'è un'atmosfera di alto livello. Il tetto dell'Egitto.

VVon30Stayed for 4 nights. Upon check-in I asked the man at the reception if anything else was needed as normally a deposit would be taken. Was told that everything was fine. On the 2nd night we decided to have dinner at the restaurant at the lobby. Food was not prepared as I requested as I ordered steak. The waiter insisted that I sliced through the middle to check it as I ordered medium rare. He agreed that it was overcooked. Took it back and said that they would prepare another order. However, 5minutes later he sent the same steak back to me and mentioned that they checked under proper lighting and it was cooked properly. It was very obvious that it was definitely overcooked and dry. I just accepted it and couldn’t be bothered. Mind you the fries that came with the steak was over fried and hard as rock. I didn’t even eat another piece after trying it. Halfway through chewing on the hard and dry steak. The waiter decided to come back again and ask if everything was fine and if I didn’t like it they could cook me another piece. This was just frustrating and I didn’t want to wait anymore as it was late and I was tired from a full day tour. Finally finished my dinner and asked for the bill. I signed it to the room. The waiter comes back and tells me that I didn’t put a deposit in the room so I had to pay. Mind you I brought no cards or cash since I expected that I could bill to the room. One of us ended up going back to the room to take money to pay for the meal which was embarrassing and unacceptable for our standards. We were staying for 4 nights. On our last night of stay, we came back to the hotel and we were locked out of the room. Had to go back to reception and found out that the person who checked us in didn’t put the correct number of nights. This was truly a disgrace on Waldorf and the receptionist. Obviously your staff at the check in need more training. I have stayed in many international hotels around the world and never face such lowly trained staff at reception that make such mistakes which spoils the image of the hotel.
However, I have to give a huge shoutout to a few people that made my days great. Menna and Apeeo from breakfast were wonderful. Impeccable service from them. However, male staffs showed poor knowledge and were quite lazy as they were more interested in chatting that serving customers. Bellman Sherif was wonderful helping us check out with our luggages and even waited with us for our transport.

YYihaofeng1. L'hotel ha un servizio di trasporto gratuito. Uno è un autobus, un autobus, ma in realtà il autobus è equivalente a un autobus. La nostra famiglia non ha mai chiesto agli altri tre viaggi;
2. L'hotel è in due mondo all'interno e all'esterno. Posso sentirsi molto sicuro all'hotel. Tutti i viaggi sono i tour registrati all'hotel. Anche se ci sono un po'di progetto di auto-costi (piramide di cavallo, 10 coltelli/persona), la persona lo pensa molto. Inoltre, il guide vi chiederà un piccolo costo, non può essere dato, Se non si aprisse la faccia in quel momento, potresti tornare all'hotel e dire alla persona che ha prenotato, e tornerete indietro;
3. La colazione dell'hotel è fantastica, molto ricca, e i genitori sono abituati a mangiare. La colazione è la più ricca ogni giorno;
4. C'è un ristorante cinese molto famoso nel Cairo all'interno dell'hotel, vicino alla reception, 15-24 punto di business, buon gusto;
5. L'hotel ha piscina e fitness, che è conveniente per tutti mantenere la sua forma.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

DDiegot3nnisI’ll be honest, I had higher expectations for this hotel. The service was great, people really wanted to help you. It’s great to see great service when you stay in a hotel…but I gotta say something, it was very dirty the first room they gave us. Towels had marks, bathroom was dirty, the shower glass was uneven so water will filter underneath, the coffee table wasn’t clean at all. It had coffee marks…anyway, we complained to reception and they changed the room for us. That was better. Also, the breakfast is too expensive I believe. 16 dollars each person, here in this app it says 13 dollars.
