Hotel 3 stelle a Il Cairo

The Staff speaks English and was very kind and helpful. The rooms are sparkling clean, functional gym and cozy pool. It’s a 3 minute walk to the mall. It’s the best place to relax in New Cairo. Love from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼🇿🇼

We would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day. They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

Devo ammettere che ho esitato un po' quando ho prenotato questo hotel per me e mio padre: è abbastanza nuovo e c'erano ancora poche recensioni online. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla gentilezza del personale e dalla qualità della sistemazione. La nostra camera 1204 era spaziosa, ben arredata e pulitissima. La biancheria da letto era molto comoda e il bagno era perfettamente funzionante. L'hotel è situato in posizione ideale nella zona di El Hussein e Al-Azhar, a pochi metri da Khan el-Khalili e da Al-Muizz Street (un vero e proprio museo a cielo aperto). Inoltre, con un viaggio in Uber di 15-20 minuti, è possibile raggiungere facilmente molti altri punti di interesse. E nonostante il quartiere sia molto vivace, l'El Rashedy Hotel è nascosto in una piccola strada laterale, lontano dal rumore. Inizialmente avevamo programmato di soggiornare dal 17 al 22 novembre e poi concludere il nostro viaggio in un altro hotel a Zamalek, ma questo posto ci è piaciuto così tanto che abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno fino al 26 novembre. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutto il team, dalla reception alla direzione, fino al personale addetto alle pulizie, per la calorosa accoglienza, la disponibilità e i preziosi consigli.

We checked in very late, around 2:00am, as we arrived back late from Hurghada. We only managed to sleep for about 3 hours before heading out again for our desert tour, but even in such a short stay, the hospitality really stood out. Thank you so much to the hotel for kindly helping us store our luggage, this small help made a big difference to our travel plans. A very special thank you to Hazim. They were extremely helpful and genuinely kind. We had trouble booking an Uber, as drivers kept asking for extra money and rejecting foreign calls. In the end, Kasim patiently helped us book a car, guided us to the driver, and made sure everything was settled properly. Their kindness and willingness to help, even in the early hours of the morning, truly meant a lot to us. This is the kind of service that travelers will always remember. Highly appreciated and thank you again 🙏

На удивление мои апартаменты оказались с двумя спальнями и залом, чего я не ожидал. Приятно удивился. Все чистенько, персонал дружелюбный, есть услуги laundry. Вернусь ещё раз, когда буду в Каире снова. Рекомендация для владельца: добавьте в номера фен, батарейки во все пульты и больше полотенец.

No restaurant nearby except a fast food place within working distance.room service is on request and I have big amount of uncertainty shuttle is provided.On my way to leave I was very scared how a taxi driver behave.He keeps telling me that he's here by Whatsapp but I wasn't able to see him that far as the front usually completely with cars.

These guys are scammers!!! They let us paid €100 for 3 person for Alexandria daily tour. The tour guide was boring. The route to alexandria and back was scary. The driver was watching a movie and was driving slow. He was driving 80 km/h on a 120 km/h route. The hotel said that they had a pick-up and bring service to the airport and if you stay longer than 3 nights that this service will be free. But when we said this to the staff, if ignored us. So overall this hotel is a SCAM, don’t choose this hotel.

La stanza non è grande, ma è perfetta per una persona. La adoro! Il proprietario del Generale Granchio, per dirla senza mezzi termini, è uno che sta per andarsene: è tutto incentrato sull'attrazione. Non c'è bisogno di tutorial. I colori vivaci sono così accattivanti!

Sorpreso 🤨 Quando sono arrivato in hotel non ho trovato la mia prenotazione! L'assistenza di Trip.com mi ha aiutato in pochi secondi. Reception? All'inizio non è stato d'aiuto, ma poi è andato tutto bene. Il direttore della reception è stato di grande aiuto. Sottovalutato 👌 L'hotel, le camere e il personale sono sottovalutati. Ho pagato solo $ 10 a notte e penso che meriti di più. Consigliato ✌️ Se hai intenzione di soggiornare nel centro del Cairo, questo hotel si trova nel centro di Piazza Ramsis, con tutte le opzioni di trasporto nelle vicinanze. È anche una buona opzione economica per un soggiorno vicino all'aeroporto. Consiglio 👋 Dopo la prenotazione, contatta l'hotel tramite telefono al numero di cellulare allegato, o meglio tramite WhatsApp, per confermare la prenotazione ed evitare problemi di overbooking della camera.
