Hotel 5 stelle a Quanzhou

Fu’an International Hotel pleasantly exceeded all of our expectations. We were traveling as a couple for a birthday celebration. The hotel is ultra clean with 5 star level facilities. The hotel is located northeast of Quanzhou in a cozy part of town. The hotel staff, in particular Chen Meixiang (see image for name tag) went above and beyond and took my husband to a local florist to order flowers for my birthday the next day. It was a beautiful and memorable surprise. We look forward to returning and have no hesitation recommending the hotel. 5 stars + all around.

Overall, a really great stay. The hotel is new, very clean, and well maintained. The vibe feels modern and comfortable, and everything was spotless. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Service really stood out. One staff member, Visan, went above and beyond. She even arranged foot soak supplies to be brought to our room, which honestly exceeded expectations. The team followed up proactively on WeChat and felt like a true 24-hour personal concierge, always checking in and making sure we were taken care of. The only downside is location. It’s a bit far from the old town, so if sightseeing there is your main goal, it may take some extra travel time. That said, it’s very convenient if you’re coming or going by high-speed rail, as the station is close.

La posizione è leggermente lontana dalla zona turistica principale, ma c'è un grande centro commerciale vicino (circa 5 minuti a piedi) e vicino all'hotel c'è un parco di gioco e zona ricreativa dove si possono nutrire anche alcuni piccoli animali. L'hotel è nuovo e pulito, una vista grande dalla nostra camera. La piscina era pulita con guardie di vita intorno, ma l'unica cosa che hanno bisogno è la capsula di nuoto e abbiamo finito di comprarla per usare la piscina. La colazione era anche buona.

Il mio soggiorno era molto buono. Ho ricevuto un caldo benvenuto da Jasmine, che era fantastico per tutta la mia permanenza. Mi ha tenuto informato e controllato regolarmente se avevo bisogno di aiuto. Ho anche avuto un paio di documenti commerciali da stampare, e lei ha aiutato gentilmente a garantirli stampati e consegnati a me. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e avevano tutto ciò che doveva per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione era buona in generale, anche se mi consiglierei di aggiungere una più ampia selezione di pasti freschi. In generale, era un soggiorno fantastico e io sarei sicuramente rimasto.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. They gave great recommendations throughout my stay. The accommodation is conveniently located in a safe area, making it easy to get around. I have stayed here many times and have always appreciated the friendly service.

This hotel has a nice view of the muddy bay, but as it costs slightly more than the much nicer well designed Pullman hotel the only reason to stay here is if you want to jog along the water or visit its nice gym

Grand Honor Hotel is definitely the best hotel in Shishi, but it’s not quite the same level as a luxury hotel in a bigger city. Generally the hotel is clean, but it’s the little things that I noticed, ie when I checked in, there were some sweet wrappers next to the bowl of sweets that weren’t cleared away. That said, the sense of space is evident in the hotel lobby, lifts, corridors and most importantly, the hotel rooms. Rooms are very spacious and well-designed, although the closet area can definitely do with brighter lights. Most amenities are provided but what put me off is that many items that would have been free in other hotels at this price-range aren’t free at Grand Honor. There is a Chinese tea set on the table and usually the loose leaf tea is provided for free but it cost ¥15 per packet. Honestly it’s not a lot of money for us, but on the flip side, surely the hotel can provide a bag of tea leaves for their guests. There are the standard free single-use packet tea in the drawer so at least there’s that. In-room slippers are not to be taken out; they’d charge you if you do - and that’s fine, but the slippers are actually really uncomfortable to wear. The small plate of fruits (banana, plum and mandarin) given at 5pm every day is a nice touch. The hotel breakfast is probably the highlight. Set on the 22nd floor with panoramic views of the city, breakfast is very enjoyable. The food quality is pretty good, but a real surprise here is the sheer diversity of food. The bread selection alone has 5-6 choices (pastries, brioche, baguette, square toast, etc), the cooked food section is almost endless (and there’s cooked Chinese vegetables! 👏🏾) and then there’s the fruit selection at the end too. My only gripe is that the coffee machine is a bit slow, and there’s only one machine so there can be a wait for coffee. Location of the hotel is a little odd; good restaurants and the main mall is about 15 mins’ walk away. There aren’t many good shops to wander around nearby. Generally, this is a solid hotel for this price point. Excellent service with very fast food delivery (using the ubiquitous delivery robots) and friendly front desk staff.

L'aeroporto ha affittato autovetture, il percorso di Oreburg, la baia della luna, la città antica di Wu Wu vicino all'hotel. Se è anche molto vicino al porto, l'hotel ha fatto una carta per camminare vicino al negozio rosso, la posizione geografica è molto buona.La spiaggia di Sisha Bay è sotto l'hotel, la sabbia è molto ricco e il mare è molto bello. Il servizio di reception Xiao Wang è ottimo, e ha anche inviato 🐬 bambola 👍

È comprensibile che io sia deluso, soprattutto dopo aver prenotato una stanza non fumatori e aspettato un soggiorno confortevole. Il problema del fumo attraverso il condizionamento deve essere insopportabile e il rumore eccessivo proveniente dalle camere vicine è certamente disturbante quando cerco di riposare. Mi consiglierei di parlare immediatamente con la ricezione dell'hotel. Chiedo fermamente un cambio di stanza, sottolineando che la mia prenotazione era per una stanza non fumatori e che le condizioni attuali influenzano il mio comfort. Per quanto riguarda il rumore, portare la loro attenzione può incoraggiare gli ospiti a tenere il loro volume in basso. Se l'hotel non risolve il problema, si potrebbe considerare di lasciare un riesame o di aggiornarlo alla direzione. Spero che possano risolvere la situazione presto.
