Hotel 5 stelle a Quanzhou

Fu’an International Hotel pleasantly exceeded all of our expectations. We were traveling as a couple for a birthday celebration. The hotel is ultra clean with 5 star level facilities. The hotel is located northeast of Quanzhou in a cozy part of town. The hotel staff, in particular Chen Meixiang (see image for name tag) went above and beyond and took my husband to a local florist to order flowers for my birthday the next day. It was a beautiful and memorable surprise. We look forward to returning and have no hesitation recommending the hotel. 5 stars + all around.

In generale, un soggiorno davvero grande. L'hotel è nuovo, molto pulito, ben mantenuto. La vibe si sente moderna e comoda, e tutto era senza spot. Il personale era costantemente amichevole e utile. Il servizio era davvero fuori, un membro del personale, Visan, andò di sopra e di là, e lei ha anche organizzato le forniture di calzature per essere portate nella nostra stanza, che in tutta onestà supera le aspettative. L'equipaggio ha seguito attivamente WeChat e si è sentito come un vero concierge 24-hour, controllando sempre e assicurandosi che ci fosse cura. L'unico punto di sbarco è la posizione. E' un po' lontano dalla vecchia città, quindi se la vista è il vostro obiettivo principale, può richiedere un po' di tempo di viaggio. Ciò detto, è molto conveniente se si sta arrivando o andando per ferrovia ad alta velocità, dato che la stazione è vicina.

The location is slightly further away from the main tourist area, but there's a large mall nearby (around 5mins drive away) and right next to the hotel there's a playground and recreation area where you can feed some small animals too. Hotel is new and clean, great view from our room. Pool was clean with life guards around, but the only thing is they require swimming cap and we ended having to purchase it to utilize the pool. Breakfast spread was good too.

The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. They gave great recommendations throughout my stay. The accommodation is conveniently located in a safe area, making it easy to get around. I have stayed here many times and have always appreciated the friendly service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing hotel, over looking the shijing river. looking towards the Temple on the hill side. The location is ideal for me to visit business in Shijing. The food service, assistance of the staff on reception & the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. I am also very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. Overall, it is a great hotel for the price. The room is very spacious and clean inside. Grand Honor Hotel is definitely the best hotel in Shishi, but it’s not quite the same level as a luxury hotel in a bigger city. Generally the hotel is clean, but it’s the little things that I noticed, ie when I checked in, there were some sweet wrappers next to the bowl of sweets that weren’t cleared away. That said, the sense of space is evident in the hotel lobby, lifts, corridors and most importantly, the hotel rooms. Rooms are very spacious and well-designed, although the closet area can definitely do with brighter lights. Most amenities are provided but what put me off is that many items that would have been free in other hotels at this price-range aren’t free at Grand Honor. There is a Chinese tea set on the table and usually the loose leaf tea is provided for free but it cost ¥15 per packet. Honestly it’s not a lot of money for us, but on the flip side, surely the hotel can provide a bag of tea leaves for their guests. There are the standard free single-use packet tea in the drawer so at least there’s that. In-room slippers are not to be taken out; they’d charge you if you do - and that’s fine, but the slippers are actually really uncomfortable to wear. The small plate of fruits (banana, plum and mandarin) given at 5pm every day is a nice touch. The hotel breakfast is probably the highlight. Set on the 22nd floor with panoramic views of the city, breakfast is very enjoyable. The food quality is pretty good, but a real surprise here is the sheer diversity of food. The bread selection alone has 5-6 choices (pastries, brioche, baguette, square toast, etc), the cooked food section is almost endless (and there’s cooked Chinese vegetables! 👏🏾) and then there’s the fruit selection at the end too. My only gripe is that the coffee machine is a bit slow, and there’s only one machine so there can be a wait for coffee. Location of the hotel is a little odd; good restaurants and the main mall is about 15 mins’ walk away. There aren’t many good shops to wander around nearby. Generally, this is a solid hotel for this price point. Excellent service with very fast food delivery (using the ubiquitous delivery robots) and friendly front desk staff.

L'aeroporto ha affittato autovetture, il percorso di Oreburg, la baia della luna, la città antica di Wu Wu vicino all'hotel. Se è anche molto vicino al porto, l'hotel ha fatto una carta per camminare vicino al negozio rosso, la posizione geografica è molto buona.La spiaggia di Sisha Bay è sotto l'hotel, la sabbia è molto ricco e il mare è molto bello. Il servizio di reception Xiao Wang è ottimo, e ha anche inviato 🐬 bambola 👍

That sounds incredibly frustrating! It’s understandable that I am disappointing, especially after booking a non-smoking room and expecting a comfortable stay. The smoke issue through the air-conditioning must be unbearable, and the excessive noise from neighboring rooms is definitely disruptive when I am trying to rest. I’d recommend speaking with the hotel reception immediately. I firmly request a room change, highlighting that my booking was for a non-smoking room and that the current conditions are affecting my comfort. For the noise issue, bringing it to their attention may encourage them to remind guests to keep their volume down. Hotels typically have quiet hours, so they should address disturbances that affect other guests' experience. If the hotel does not resolve the issue, you might consider leaving a review or escalating it to management. Hopefully, they can fix the situation soon.
