Hotel 5 stelle a Anji

Un ottimo weekend di fuga con molta esperienza nella zona, grande per le famiglie e per le persone con cani. I terreni stessi sono ben guardati, ma non sono convinto che sia un paesaggio veramente naturale ... Sospetto che il pavimento sia fatto dall'uomo.

L'hotel è grande, c'è spazio di attività molto ampio fuori, il paesaggio è molto grande!Abbiamo stabilito camere da letto doppie, e non appena entramo, siamo sorpresi. Il tetto è molto alto e la stanza è molto grande. È semplice e caldo. Anche se sono in soggiorno doppio, ma non sono in discussione altri sei! La vista della finestra è particolarmente bella. Ogni mattina, la finestra automatica è pulita e la vista è completa.Ci sono giardini, teatri e libri diy gratuiti all'interno dell'hotel. Non sarà completamente sgombra rimanere in camera per un giorno ～ Il ristorante è delizioso, il cameriere è molto intimo! Inviato la zuppa di buona notte, dopo aver finito l'allenamento, ho ancora messo due gocce d'acqua nella testa del letto. Il servizio di sorriso è stato completo, l'esperienza è particolarmente buona.

Il Banyan Tree Anji Hotel vanta una vasta tenuta immersa in una valle, raggiungibile preferibilmente in auto. Il servizio è stato eccellente; mi è stato assegnato un maggiordomo e Ida, che si è occupata di me, è stata particolarmente attenta e premurosa. L'hotel è circondato da uno scenario mozzafiato, incastonato tra le montagne e affacciato su un lago. Le camere dispongono di balconi eccezionalmente ampi e sono molto spaziose. L'ampia terrazza del ristorante sul tetto offre una vista spettacolare sulle dolci colline circostanti, ideale per gustare il tè pomeridiano. La hall è arredata in stile classico, con una serena piscina a specchio nell'atrio. Qui si tengono sessioni di meditazione serali. Le foto di viaggio in Hanfu incluse nel pacchetto erano molto belle; c'era un'ampia scelta di abiti e il fotografo era abile nel guidare le pose, creando foto con un senso di ”destino”. Nel cortile c'è un piccolo recinto con cervi, agnelli e conigli, dove i bambini possono dar loro da mangiare. È presente anche una piccola area giochi interna per bambini. Ai piedi dell'hotel si trova Whale Valley, con un grande scivolo e un trampolino a forma di pancia di balena, perfetto per il divertimento dei bambini.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

We had a great stay. Hotel and service is very nice. Special thanks to our host Mr. Tiger Wu. Swimming pool and the kid's playground were amazing. Territory is very clean and the nature is beautiful. Negatives: For the whole day, there where online streamers in the pool area, filming and commenting non stop, disrupting the piece and privacy. Pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. There is a fridge and a stove in the kitchen, but no utensils. Restaurant menu is only in Chinese.

非常滿意，專門帶孩子來玩的，出發前就已經聯繫，有專屬管家，管家小諾非常好，及時解決各種問題，很熱情，周到。我們住的是主題酒店，那個可愛的小房子，小朋友非常喜歡，房間離樂園很近玩累了還能回房間休息會兒，非常不錯，而且性價比很高，定的房間套餐，包含了門票，還有冰雪世界和萌堡樂園，其他項目基本上是免費的，部分收費，演出很多，從早看到晚，晚上的打鐵花很贊。園區裏餐飲也多的，有小吃，也有餐廳，隨機選了兩家，價格和味道都很nice。推薦哦！

L'hotel è completamente basato sulla mia estetica e le strutture di servizio e i prezzi sono in linea. Anche se sono andato durante il periodo di punta, la capacità di accoglienza dell'hotel non mi ha fatto sentire affollato e ha comunque fatto un buon lavoro. Ci sono molte attività e anche il servizio di hosting è molto buono. Quando sono andato lì, i bambini hanno detto che non volevano andare perché non conoscevano tutti. Dopo un po' ero un po' preoccupato all'idea di andarci a lui e non ci avrebbe seguito. Alla fine della giornata, abbiamo trascorso un pomeriggio di tiro con l'arco, calcio e nuoto. Ci sono anche varie attività interattive come l'artigianato del tè e l'aerobica divertente. È molto adatto per la fascia d'età di 5-9 anni. Se sei troppo giovane, non ti sentirai così indipendente. Se sei troppo vecchio, le attività ti sembreranno sicuramente infantili, ma per un 35enne. vecchio come me sento che l'età è giusta e sono super felice. Anche se il prezzo tutto compreso è un po' caro, non dovete pensare ad altre spese chiudendo gli occhi. Se scegliete un acquisto di gruppo in bassa stagione o nei giorni feriali, purtroppo è davvero un buon affare , le persone che spostano mattoni e malta possono venire solo durante il periodo di punta per unirsi al divertimento. Our trip here were a bit difficult because we can’t speak mandarin at all. All staffs were trying to help eventhough they couldn’t speak English. My butler‘s name is Xiao Kong. He was very helpful. He explained and gave information all the things we needed to do. Moreover my son and I played snowboarding until the slope was closed. And we found that my son’s goggles was lost. We contacted one staff member. His name is Chen jie. He brought us to the place in the slope to look for it. He let us add his WeChat and will contact us once any member can find. Luckily early in the morning, he texted to us that one of the coaches has found and keep for us. That’s amazing. We thought it should have been gone. We recommend this place is worth to visit.
