Hotel 5 stelle a Anji

Un ottimo weekend di fuga con molta esperienza nella zona, grande per le famiglie e per le persone con cani. I terreni stessi sono ben guardati, ma non sono convinto che sia un paesaggio veramente naturale ... Sospetto che il pavimento sia fatto dall'uomo.

Beautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing. The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily. The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful. The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

L'hotel era grande. Voglio solo condividere con voi su questo posto meraviglioso. La posizione è davvero bello. L'area dell'hotel è davvero grande con diversi tipi di posti. Ci siamo arrivati e dal primo secondo il personale dell'hotel era così bello per noi. E si può sentire ovunque, il personale è davvero professionista.Il ricevitore è stato molto utile, durante tutto il tempo di soggiorno in hotel ci ha aiutato molto, il suo nome era Xiaoyan, (Anji田 Tuber家 Xiaoyan1). Abbiamo trascorso la notte del nuovo anno lì, e assistiamo al concerto del gruppo Filipino, dove incredibile, abbiamo goduto la musica e la gente intorno.Il luogo per il concerto era sulla cima della montagna e ogni secondo i minibus di shuttle dove prendevamo persone E'stato un grande piacere godersi le fonti calde, io e mia moglie lo godevano, fino a quando i miei piccoli giocavano in un'incredibile pista. Il giorno dopo ci siamo divertiti dal viaggio alla fabbrica di tè bianco e abbiamo scoperto la storia del tè e del posto. Il cibo era davvero delizioso, si trova tutto nel ristorante. ed c'era anche un negozio, dove abbiamo comprato la vestita di nuoto (Abbiamo dimenticato il nostro 🤣). Ci è piaciuto molto il tempo trascorso lì. Grazie mille per il miglior servizio 10/10.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Il libro del caffè in camera da letto dovrebbe essere tutto L'hotel ha un senso di progettazione molto bello, la stanza è anche buona. È possibile andare all'hotel di mattina, e la colazione è anche deliziosa. Spero che ci sia un servizio di lavaggio in futuro (perche' molte persone sono qui per giocare a acqua)

To stay here is to experience something rare — a place that doesn’t try to impress, yet quietly outshines everything around it. Many nearby hotels feel conventional by comparison; this one feels imagined, designed, and delivered with vision. 11/10 – beyond expectations, beyond category. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

We had a great stay. Hotel and service is very nice. Special thanks to our host Mr. Tiger Wu. Swimming pool and the kid's playground were amazing. Territory is very clean and the nature is beautiful. Negatives: For the whole day, there where online streamers in the pool area, filming and commenting non stop, disrupting the piece and privacy. Pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. There is a fridge and a stove in the kitchen, but no utensils. Restaurant menu is only in Chinese.

非常滿意，專門帶孩子來玩的，出發前就已經聯繫，有專屬管家，管家小諾非常好，及時解決各種問題，很熱情，周到。我們住的是主題酒店，那個可愛的小房子，小朋友非常喜歡，房間離樂園很近玩累了還能回房間休息會兒，非常不錯，而且性價比很高，定的房間套餐，包含了門票，還有冰雪世界和萌堡樂園，其他項目基本上是免費的，部分收費，演出很多，從早看到晚，晚上的打鐵花很贊。園區裏餐飲也多的，有小吃，也有餐廳，隨機選了兩家，價格和味道都很nice。推薦哦！

L'astronomia e il tema del cielo stellato dell'hotel sono davvero unici e memorabili, ma ciò che ha reso la nostra esperienza particolarmente calda è stato il servizio pensiero e autentico che abbiamo ricevuto durante il nostro soggiorno. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare la signora Yang Yaru, la nostra YOLO Butler, che era calda, attenta e meravigliosa, e che il suo servizio era professionale e personale, con molti dettagli così graziosi che ci siamo sentiti davvero preoccupati. Vorrei anche esprimere il mio apprezzamento al signor Yang Zhongshan, che era responsabile, pensante e sempre pronto ad aiutare quando necessario, rendendo il nostro soggiorno tranquillo, comodo e tranquillo. Il bellissimo panorama rende un viaggio piacevole, ma gentile e dedicato sono le persone che daranno il suo calore. It was wonderful stay. We really liked the hotel property with lake view and specially the cozy hotspring was amazing with top view. Staff were really nice and helpful showing us the way around the hotel and nearby places to visit. We were celebrating a birthday and the place was perfect and romantic. It was very quite and peaceful, what we looked for. Will visit again for sure.
