藏在竹海山野裏的治癒居所✨ 這次的民宿體驗，完全超出了我的預期，是一段能讓人徹底慢下來的山野時光。 推開房門的瞬間，就被眼前的景緻治癒了。整面牆的落地窗將連綿的竹海、層層疊疊的梯田和蜿蜒的山路都框成了一幅流動的畫，清晨醒來躺在床上就能看見雲霧在山間遊走，傍晚時分夕陽給山林鍍上暖金色，連呼吸都變得格外清新。房間的設計是簡約的原木風，温潤的木質傢俱搭配柔軟的床品，沒有多餘的裝飾，卻處處透着用心。床尾的休閑椅剛好對着窗，窩在上面看看書、發發呆，聽着窗外的鳥鳴和風吹竹葉的沙沙聲，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。 公共區域的細節也讓人倍感温暖。窗邊的小几上擺着“世界很大 歡迎回家”的木牌，還有新鮮的橘子和小零食，水培的綠蘿透着生機，瞬間就有了家的親切感。民宿的老闆很熱情，會主動介紹周邊的徒步路線和小眾景點，還會貼心地準備早餐，熱氣騰騰的包子、燒麥搭配爽口的小菜，簡單卻充滿煙火氣，讓人從清晨開始就被温柔以待。 民宿坐落在半山腰，遠離了城市的喧囂，卻又不會太過偏僻，開車十幾分鍾就能到鎮上。周邊的景色四季皆宜，春天有漫山的野花，夏天是避暑的好去處，秋天層林盡染，冬天則能看雪落竹海，無論什麼時候來都能收穫不一樣的美景。晚上躺在床上，沒有城市的光污染，抬頭就能看見漫天繁星，這種久違的靜謐與浪漫，是在高樓林立的城市裡永遠體會不到的。 這次短暫的逃離，讓我重新找回了內心的平靜。這裏沒有網紅打卡點的擁擠，衹有最純粹的自然和最質樸的人情味，適合想要放空、充電的人。如果你也厭倦了城市的快節奏，想要找一處地方好好擁抱自然，這家民宿一定不會讓你失望。我已經開始期待下一次的重逢了。

Il viaggio di fine settimana provvisorio deciso, con i bambini e i bambini di pecora, l'hotel è amichevole, ambiente bello, molto tranquillo, aria fresca, tutti i cibi sono raccolti sul campo, non prefabbricati, sani e deliziosi, soprattutto il servizio di piccoli cuscini è buono e si aspetta di restare la prossima volta.

Great place for dogs, they have a lot of space to run around. We had some problems with noisy neighbors, but the staff was very helpful and offered to change the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place for light sleepers though and people looking for quiet - the room is a tent after all, with very poor noise insulation, we heard big noise similar to fireworks at 6 am and staff cutting grass at 7 am, actually just people walking by your tent can wake you up. Almost every other aspect of our stay was perfect - large comfortable bed, room design is very original, vegetable picking was fun. The hotel itself doesn’t provide dinners, but they will take you to another hotel in their buggy for dinner - Chinese food there was absolutely phenomenal, we loved it. Breakfast was ok, standard Chinese set, Western choice was only toasted bread with butter. No free coffee. Paid americano underwhelming.

Ho avuto un fantastico fine settimana qui. Ho visto questo posto prima su WeChat Moments e poi ho cercato di trovarlo su Trip.com. Le recensioni e i prezzi sembravano ragionevoli, e mia sorella amava l'idea di una stanza di fronte alla foresta di bamboo. Quando siamo arrivati, non siamo stati delusi. Il posto era esattamente come le foto, molto pulite e l'ambiente era bellissimo. Onestamente, l'unica volta che ho lasciato il cantina era andare a cavallo che è a soli 10 minuti di distanza con la macchina. Altrimenti, mi piaceva stare lì solo perché ci sono tante attività da godere. La mia parte preferita era la Primavera calda. Anche a me piace cantare, quindi avere tutta la sala KTV per noi è stato divertente. Il cibo era anche molto delizioso. La famiglia ospitante era incredibilmente calda e gentile. Il mio cinese non è molto buono, ma hanno davvero cercato di comunicare con noi, che apprezzo davvero. In generale, il posto è sorprendente e sicuramente vale ogni penny che ho speso. 😊

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

It is beautiful! An oasis of peace! We really enjoyed it with our children! The houses are well equipped, beautiful and clean. The staff are very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast offers a delicious variety. In the afternoon there is fruit, cake and drinks for free. And in the evening you can either eat in the restaurant or order BBQ and enjoy your meal in the cosy outdoor dining area. Another positive point is that it doesn't feel overcrowded. You can really relax!

The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

Torniamo alla reception e chiediamo di organizzare la pulizia rapidamente, il personale della reception ci ha chiesto di aspettare la pulizia e che la pulizia ci vorrà circa un'ora, siamo tornati in zona della villa ma nessuno veniva per la pulizia per molto tempo, noi sono stati spinti a fare servizio diverse volte e alla fine la gente dalla ricezione è venuta a pulire la struttura invece di pulire il personale.
