From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by tropical-style gardens and serene lagoons where ducks glide across the water and fish move like living brushstrokes beneath the surface. It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. What makes this place unforgettable is its setting: tranquil and secluded, yet perfectly positioned to explore everything Anji has to offer. You feel away from the world, but never far from it. To stay here is to experience something rare — a place that doesn’t try to impress, yet quietly outshines everything around it. Many nearby hotels feel conventional by comparison; this one feels imagined, designed, and delivered with vision. 11/10 – beyond expectations, beyond category. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

This hotel is excellent incldung their software and hardware. Rooms is clean and spacious, foods is excellent as well as their services. They are nice smart and helpful, especially the female manager in the front desk ....highly recommeded this hotel and hope we will come back again soonest. We enjoyed so much ..so relaxing and memorable friends and family trip🥰

Il Banyan Tree Anji Hotel vanta una vasta tenuta immersa in una valle, raggiungibile preferibilmente in auto. Il servizio è stato eccellente; mi è stato assegnato un maggiordomo e Ida, che si è occupata di me, è stata particolarmente attenta e premurosa. L'hotel è circondato da uno scenario mozzafiato, incastonato tra le montagne e affacciato su un lago. Le camere dispongono di balconi eccezionalmente ampi e sono molto spaziose. L'ampia terrazza del ristorante sul tetto offre una vista spettacolare sulle dolci colline circostanti, ideale per gustare il tè pomeridiano. La hall è arredata in stile classico, con una serena piscina a specchio nell'atrio. Qui si tengono sessioni di meditazione serali. Le foto di viaggio in Hanfu incluse nel pacchetto erano molto belle; c'era un'ampia scelta di abiti e il fotografo era abile nel guidare le pose, creando foto con un senso di ”destino”. Nel cortile c'è un piccolo recinto con cervi, agnelli e conigli, dove i bambini possono dar loro da mangiare. È presente anche una piccola area giochi interna per bambini. Ai piedi dell'hotel si trova Whale Valley, con un grande scivolo e un trampolino a forma di pancia di balena, perfetto per il divertimento dei bambini.

It is beautiful! An oasis of peace! We really enjoyed it with our children! The houses are well equipped, beautiful and clean. The staff are very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast offers a delicious variety. In the afternoon there is fruit, cake and drinks for free. And in the evening you can either eat in the restaurant or order BBQ and enjoy your meal in the cosy outdoor dining area. Another positive point is that it doesn't feel overcrowded. You can really relax!

L'hotel è situato a mezz'ora di guida dalla stazione ferroviaria. È situato in un luogo segreto tra i piantagioni di tè. Avevamo una grande villa moderna pulita. Carrelli di golf arrivarono molto rapidamente a richiesta per portarci al posto giusto. Pieno spazio per camminare in natura. Un buon posto per la privacy. Mi piacevano anche le fonti di mostarda. Penso che tornerò qui di nuovo.

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. They sincerely apologized and kindly offered us complimentary drinks and fresh fruits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors.
