UUtente anonimoStazione vicina, a 5 minuti a piedi. Camera molto pulita, ogni notte ha gratis canna soba(80pax) 1° vengo 1° servizio. bevande di benvenuto e bevande gratuite e snack/ice crema @ 5° piano. sicuramente rimarrebbe, fortemente ricomposizione

UUtente ospiteHo avuto un piacevole soggiorno con i miei amici per 7 giorni. Il prezzo era così buono che abbiamo deciso di avere la nostra stanza per ciascuno di noi. La dimensione è decente, potevo aprire la mia grande bagaglio senza alcun problema camminare intorno alla stanza.
La posizione non è male, come 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR Sendai, e molto vicino ai ristoranti più popolari di Sendai.

SSmithzadineThe hotel is clean. Location is great. Room is good although it is small as same as most of hotels in Japan. Free onsen for guests. Breakfast is very good. You have local dishes and hot food station. They have Gyutan, Shiroishi noodle, seafood rice and other Japanese food. Only a bit confusion for parking your car and reception tried to fix the issue. I recommend this hotel for everyone stay in Sendai.

SSolo Traveler HKI’m not sure if the hotel will check my review or not but I do hope so. I stayed there in March 2026 for 2 nights. When I was firstly arrived the hotel and said check in with a smile to the short-haired lady named **, didn’t feel like being welcomed. My expectation towards Japan’s service level nowadays is not high as before due to the dramatic decline over the last 2 years. However, the service level of that lady is similar to what you would get from the convenient store. Not expecting to have warm welcome with smile. The attitude simply indifferent with minimal effort. Put my passport on the table and said that I could take it back. But it’s her that asked me to scan the passport in the machine after 1 min. When she gave me back, she just use 1 hand while the other staff were using 2 hands to return the passports to the guests at the next check-in counter. When it’s done, she asked me to take the water on the table. That’s it. It’s fine if her attitude like this as it’s not a 5-stars hotel so I wouldn’t expect too much as I know that the service level in Japan is no longer like before. However, when I got to the room, I was pissed. I raised the request to have the room that far away from the elevator. But, the room assigned by the lady ** was just in front of the elevator. I know that the request is subject to the room availability so I went down to check the reason. Lady ** was serving another guest, the other lady **helped me to settle the issue. She explained to me that the room type I booked is near the elevator but the room 02 and 04 are slight far from the elevator. *** helped me to move to 02 room which was much better. So, the room that away from the elevator was not full but was not assigned by that lady. ***sincerely apologised for the inconvenience caused. I truly appreciated what ***have done to help me. However, my mood was ruined by the check-in experience to be honest.
The room itself is good. It’s already big in Japan standard. The room is clean but there’s a little odor in the bathroom.
Check-out experience was good. Lady ** provided warm service with big smile.

HHk traveler 20È un buon paradiso. Devi mangiare e bere sia alcolizzato che non alcolizzato tutto il giorno. Come letteralmente tutto il giorno. La cibo non è 10/10 ma ancora abbastanza buono, una grande varietà per cena e buffet colazione. Vale la pena andare!

คคนสวยมาแล้วจ้าThe location is really good! Opposite Sendai station and easy to access. We love that we can walking on skywalk through the building, JR Station and hotel. The room is standard for Japanese hotel. However, my toilet smell is not good. Onsen is clean but small, overall I think it’s worth for the price and good for couples. Staff is really helpful! Free drinks at lobby.

권권형È stato un soggiorno perfetto. Tutto compreso le strutture, servizi, letti, strutture erano fantastici. La stanza è molto pulita e nuova, i dipendenti sono così gentili.
In particolare, avevamo lasciato le nostre proprietà in sicurezza e l'abbiamo capito dopo aver raggiunto Tokyo.Abbiamo fatto una chiamata a questo hotel e il manager ha gestito questa situazione molto professionale!
Hanno fatto una consegna a Tokyo, che è arrivato presto la mattina prossima, quindi ora siamo all'aeroporto di Narita senza fermarsi di nuovo da sendai!!
Sono certa di restare qui di nuovo se ho la possibilità di visitare il sendai di nuovo. Grazie mille!

UUtente ospiteIl personale della reception ha fornito un servizio clienti gentile e mi ha fatto sentire molto a mio agio. Anche il fatto che ci fosse una vasca e una toilette separate e che il bagno fosse spazioso era molto comodo e positivo!
Mi piacerebbe usarlo di nuovo quando verrò a Sendai.
