MMike from CaliforniaWould definitely stay here again after spending 4 nights here.
Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market.
Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way.
Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines.
Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily.
My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

AAlexander M.Good hotel not far from the train station. I especially liked the wide range of free amenities they offer. It's way more than your typical business hotel. There's even drip coffee packs! Free coffee (from a machine) is also available during the day. The room was pretty standard. Public areas are quite nice.

UUtente ospiteHotel molto bello con check-in e check-out veloce. La posizione dell'hotel è buona con sette undici vicini. Il letto è comodo e la camera è spaziale con vista spettacolare. Gli unici commenti dei ricevitori erano così sveglio che hanno ritirato direttamente la nostra richiesta di acquisto di alcune scatole senza controllare con il Concierge, quest'ultimo ha venduto scatole agli ospiti che si trovavano all'hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe location is fanastic. It is close to Sendai JR Station, Sendai Morning Market and shopping streets. It is especially important given we have 2 ninety-year-old ladies in our group.
Breakfast was great. The dining hall was of Art Deco design. It had a mixture of western and Japanese dishes. The amount was plentiful and quality was good.
The onsen was free. There were jacuzzi and old water bath. It is pity that there was no open air bath.
We would consider a return if we happen to come back to Sendai.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel room is tidy. The dinner and breakfast are in buffet style. Just very normal buffet food. Food not impressive. If u are looking for good Japanese meals in onsen hotel, this one is definitely not an option. The public onsen is spacious without good view. Booked private bath but was bad, small and completely indoor without any view! Do not recommend paying extra for the private bath. I lost a room key inside the hotel and the hotel charges me $10,000 yen cash. I think this price for a lost key is unreasonably high. Hotel staff can’t speak English. Very hard to communicate with them. When i approach staff in English, they will reply in Japanese and did not offer proper help most of then time. Overall not a pleasure stay. Please consider the other hotel in this region when u see this review.

UUtente ospiteIl mio soggiorno all'hotel era decente. La stanza era pulita e il letto era abbastanza comodo. Il personale era in generale gentile, ma mi sentivo che potevano essere più attenti. La posizione era conveniente e il colazione era soddisfacente. In generale, era un'esperienza standard senza alcuna caratteristica di stand-by.

UUtente anonimoHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

TTravelightPerfect hotel location. A few steps to the shopping streets, restaurants, groceries, and convenient stores. A few minutes walk to train stations. Hotel was clean and we were given a family room instead of just a double bed room with windows facing the main road where the shopping streets are. Staff were all nice.Price was reasonable as it was not a busy season. Breakfast was reasonable for the price. Would love to stay again next time we are on that side. Thank you.

Friendly desk staff, helpful and accommodating. Well informed and willing to help.
The room was small but enough for one night. The bed was really comfortable as well.
The hotel has a Hot Bad that accommodates 4~6 people at once.
Really wonderful being able to take a very hot bad at such large place.
and all at no extra charge.
Only thing bad I have to say about the place is there was this smell of ”fresh” paint all throughout.
Bothered me a bit, but it was easy to put up with.
I will be staying again in October and look forward to it.
Unfortunately I took no photos. Will do so next time.
