La ricezione è utile anche se siamo arrivati alle 11:00, ha aiutato a memorizzare i nostri bagagli SND ha dato una spiegazione completa.
Vicino alla stazione Sendai ma consapevole di perdere la direzione, quindi assicuratevi di chiedere la direzione locale prima quando si dirige all'hotel.
Il pranzo è eccellente e le donne che lavoravano nel cantina sono professionali.
Calma e dormi bene.
Molte attrazioni sono state posizionate vicino all'ascensore al G/F.
Fortunatamente quel giorno era soleggiato così utilizzando il bus Loople per arrivare in giro ma il giorno dopo (4/Apr/2026

UUtente ospiteThe first thing I'll write about Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae is the good location. It's right next to Aobadori Station, but there is only a stairway down. An elevator is located not too far away, and I'll get to that in the last part of this review.
The lobby of the hotel has a nice ambience, and the hotel offers one complimentary drink and a complimentary bowl of soba noodles. Since the majority of hotel guests take advantage of these offers, the lobby and bar can be crowded during both day and night (until 22:00).
The staff whom I interacted with, especially the young lady upon check-in, were all very friendly and helpful.
Water coolers are available on each floor next to the elevators, so if it's late at night and you're out of water, you don't have to go far. This is a good service by the hotel.
I really like the fact that from the ground level, you can take the elevator directly up to your room floor, bypassing the usually busy and crowded lobby.
When it comes to sound insulation between rooms, unfortunately this was not too good. I was able to hear my neighbours banging their limbs, suitcases, clothes hangers etc. against the walls. I didn't really hear talking, but that's probably because my neighbours were Japanese and talked to each other in low tones (non-Japanese people should emulate this). As for noise from the streets, my room faced another building (which was what I requested), so I didn't hear much traffic noise.
The shower temperature in my first room fluctuated badly. It would be hot for about 30 seconds, then it turned cold for a minute, then hot again for 15 seconds, then cold again for a long time. The hotel staff helped me switch to a different room, and the shower temperature in the second room was fine.
The furniture in the rooms are a bit old, but that's not a big issue. The fridges on the other hand are too small and not cold, the hotel should purchase larger and better units.
A nitpick of mine is having to use the television to choose the 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the cleaners. I'd much rather a switch next to the door, or the traditional sign to hang on the doorknob.
I did not have breakfast at the hotel nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those services.
Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. I hope that in the future the sound insulation between rooms can be vastly improved, and that the hotel can provide physical 'Do Not Disturb' signs or switches.
Side note: If you have large luggage and need an elevator, you have to walk south just a little along Atagokamisugi-dori, and soon you'll see an elevator to the underground station. When you get into this elevator, get to the lowest level, and when walking to Sendai station via the underground passage, there is another elevator in an oddly-angled corner.

UUtente ospiteAmazing hotel with great service. All the amenities provided are top notch, and perhaps being a business hotel, it comes with everything imaginable in your room. Fridge, water kettle, pajamas, notepad and pen, alarm clock (yes, analog Casio), USB C-A converter because the bed still has USB A socket, takubin (luggage delivery) forms, trouser press, shoe brush, etc, etc. I think their motto is don't wait until the guest ask for it, just make sure it's available. They really anticipated everything. Starbucks and 711 on the 1st floor. Wanted to try the restaurant on the 13th floor, but because I had no reservation, and there were already many people there, sadly they turned me away.

Cch.bWe stay here for two consective years and the main reason is their breakfast buffet which is not a huge line but they had every local famous items to offer, one of the best breakfast with variety of local choices for guest to enjoy with proper menu rotation. Easy access from Sendai station, walking distance to Sendai Station, Bus stop, Aeon supermarket, Montbell shop, lots of nearby local restaurants, family mart and 7-11. coffee capsule machine available at lobby from afternoon time onward.

豆豆豆龙Ho soggiorno confortevole di 2 notti con Sotetsu Fresta Inn Sendai~ la posizione è molto bello, a piedi per 1 minuto si può raggiungere Sendai Asaichi 台朝, dove hanno detto che era la cucina del popolo Sendai. Ho provato snacks come koroke (Saito Croquettes 菜 ころっけや questo è così buono), oltre ai negozi koreke c'è un zio vendendo zunda mochi (edamame), e c'è un negozio onigiri vendendo onigiri economici e deliziosi solo dietro le scale dell'hotel. Molto conveniente per raggiungere la stazione sendai e ci sono molti locali combinati/restaurante/vendita intorno. La stanza è pulita e hanno anche fornito servizi di lavanderia (ma il loro asciugacapelli non sembra funzionare in modo efficiente, ho asciugato 6 kg di vestiti per due volte, ma non ancora asciugato), sì hanno fornito i servizi igienici (compresa la maschera facciale e il sale di bagno Yuzu! ), c'è anche un deposito libero di serratura in lobby, in modo che si possa immagazzinare i bagagli e iniziare a esplorare la bellezza del sendai.

Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market.
Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way.
Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines.
Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily.
My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

권권형È stato un soggiorno perfetto. Tutto compreso le strutture, servizi, letti, strutture erano fantastici. La stanza è molto pulita e nuova, i dipendenti sono così gentili.
In particolare, avevamo lasciato le nostre proprietà in sicurezza e l'abbiamo capito dopo aver raggiunto Tokyo.Abbiamo fatto una chiamata a questo hotel e il manager ha gestito questa situazione molto professionale!
Hanno fatto una consegna a Tokyo, che è arrivato presto la mattina prossima, quindi ora siamo all'aeroporto di Narita senza fermarsi di nuovo da sendai!!
Sono certa di restare qui di nuovo se ho la possibilità di visitare il sendai di nuovo. Grazie mille!

Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.
Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.
Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

Ci ha aiutato a fare molte cose durante il nostro soggiorno e a organizzare il deposito dei bagagli prima di entrare, rendendo tutto molto semplice e conveniente.
La stanza è anche leggermente più grande rispetto a molti hotel in Giappone, che rende il soggiorno più confortevole. La posizione è anche eccellente è molto vicino alla stazione Sendai, e ci sono supermercati e molti negozi vicini, rendendolo molto conveniente.
In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e non c'è niente da denunciare.

15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to.
The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus.

It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good).
The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though.
The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain.
When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22.
Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.
