Hotel 4 stelle a Osaka

We stayed at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan during our 4th trip to Japan and our first traveling with our auADHD toddler. This was our second hotel in Osaka, and we arrived by taxi directly from our previous hotel. Taxi tip: make sure you show the taxi driver the hotel name and address in Japanese. Our driver initially dropped us at Universal Studios Japan instead of the hotel entrance and that cost us when it showed him the Google maps address. The hotel staff themselves were excellent. They deal with international guest on the daily and some speak English. Our forwarded luggage was received without issue and delivered directly to our room, which made arrival seamless. They have forms for luggage transport themselves that I used for our KIX airport hotel. Service throughout our stay was efficient and professional, and the staff clearly explained all hotel procedures. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, which gives you a real edge if you plan to rope drop. The subway station is directly outside the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. Universal Citywalk is steps away, with Starbucks, Lawson, Bikkuri Donki (Great for familes by the way), shopping, and countless restaurants all within immediate reach. If you’re visiting USJ, I strongly recommend arriving at the park entrance by 7:30 a.m. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and it made the first ride strategy noticeably more challenging. Luckily disability service helped a little as it was similar to Disney when you have to go to the Fast Pass staff to get a return time but USJ uses pen and paper. The earlier you position yourself for rope drop, the smoother your morning will be. Lines were extremely long and we were only able to see half the park. Unless you have 2 days at USJ, I recommend buying the Express pass packages as early as possible as they were all sold out the day of. Definitely a big regret as we only had 1 day there. The onsen sauna was of an average size. After long park days, it was incredibly relaxing. The baths are separated by gender, and there are no private rentable family spaces, so that’s something to keep in mind if traveling to onsen if you are not comfortable going commando with others. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly dated but it was clean and fully functional. One thing I missed was having a small kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Laundry is available on the spa floor via coin machines, but in-room units would have been more better. On our second day, we made a day trip to Ghibli Park in Aichi, which took about 2.5 hours each way via Shinkansen and local transit. It’s doable but long. If your primary focus is Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is an excellent strategic base. If you plan multiple long day trips outside Osaka, you may want something more centrally located. I should have planned a day to stay at Nagoya for my Ghibli Park day. Overall, The Singulari is ideal for travelers prioritizing proximity to Universal Studios Japan, easy transit access (but not centrally located), and post-park relaxation in a quality onsen setting.

L'hotel ha un arredamento piuttosto elegante. Mi è piaciuta molto la fragranza dell'hotel. Offrono prodotti per la cura della pelle in omaggio. C'è una stazione della metropolitana a solo 1 minuto a piedi. Diversi minimarket si trovano nelle vicinanze. Le recensioni online dicevano che la colazione dell'hotel era buona, quindi ho voluto provarla. La colazione è in stile occidentale, con quattro menù fissi tra cui scegliere. Personalmente, ho pensato che il menù fisso numero 2 fosse il migliore! 😋

Per questo prezzo, la stanza è ancora troppo piccola, e poiché c'è una libreria al piano di sotto, ho scoperto che c'è un controllo di accesso di notte e non è consentito entrare o uscire dalle 0 alle 17... È davvero noioso avere il controllo degli accessi quando si viaggia. La reception è al 18° piano. Devi depositare i bagagli al primo piano. Nel complesso, non mi piace molto.

La stanza è piuttosto piccola, ma è normale per le aree urbane del Giappone. L'igiene è molto buona e la reception offre un servizio attento. La posizione di questo hotel è davvero comoda. È appena sopra la stazione di Osaka e la stazione di Umeda. Anche l'autobus per l'aeroporto è molto vicino. Questo grande snodo dei trasporti può praticamente raggiungere tutte le località di Osaka e tutte le altre città del Kansai. Poi ci sono molti ristoranti al piano di sotto, e anche Hankyu è al piano di sotto, quindi non è troppo facile spostarsi! La prossima volta che andrò penso che resterò qui per sempre.

If you love exploring towns on foot, this place is a perfect fit for you. I had already visited Osaka Castle and the Dotonbori River before, so this time I wanted to explore a new area. The Tennoji area, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, has many attractions. For example, there's Tsutenkaku (a tower with an observation deck), and the Shinsekai area, which is full of local shops and gives you the feeling of stepping back in time to 40 or 50 years ago. Right next to these areas, there’s a large park that includes a zoo, a museum, and a historical mansion built in the Edo period. Shrines and temples can be found all around as well. The hotel is in a convenient location for walking around these spots. Since the hotel has a Buddhist theme, the interior isn’t luxurious, but it’s neat and clean. The room I stayed in (a superior single) had everything I needed. If you’re traveling with a large suitcase for a week-long trip, you might find it a bit tight to open it fully in the room, but it's spacious enough for 2–3 days' worth of luggage. It was also quiet at night. They provide many free amenities in the room, such as sandals for areas outside the tatami(green in the room photoes) space, a pair of socks, tea bags, a bottle of water, a toothbrush, and more. If you go out at night, note that the entrance door closes at 11 p.m., but you can still enter by tapping your room key on the reader next to the door. However, there is no front desk staff available late at night. I actually wanted to ask about a machine in the room (maybe an air purifier or humidifier) around 11 p.m., and tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. I hope they consider having at least one night staff member available. That was the only point I thought could be improved. As I didn’t add the (vegetarian) breakfast option, I bought some food near Ebisucho Station and kept it in the fridge in my room. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and delis that stay open late, so you won’t have any trouble finding food. After checking out in the morning, I left my luggage at the hotel and walked to a café about 10 minutes away. I planned to explore the area afterward. I expected cooler weather because it was cloudy, so I wore a long-sleeved shirt, but it got warmer than expected. I decided to go back to the hotel to change clothes. The front desk staff was very kind and showed me to a large restroom where I could take off my shoes and put stuffs— very helpful! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they visit Osaka.

Posizione decente, vicino a Dotonbori ma non bloccato nel mezzo. Il personale era cordiale. La camera era di buone dimensioni, abbastanza grande da poter riporre e aprire le valigie se necessario. La camera era pulita, tranne per il fatto che il sedile del water aveva qualcosa di appiccicoso che doveva essere pulito con il sapone. Il letto era comodo. Le serrature delle porte erano un po' scomode/rumorose (bisognava toccare con la mano, poi con la tessera per aprire). Articoli come spazzolini da denti e Razer ecc. erano disponibili nella hall. Konbini nelle vicinanze, stazione ferroviaria principale di Namba a circa 15 minuti a piedi, altrimenti la stazione più vicina era a circa 5 minuti a piedi.

Ottimo luogo! Basta attraversare la luce del traffico e si è nel cuore di Shinsaibashi. Chi ama Lululemon è proprio al contrario dell'hotel. La stanza viene con lavastoviglie che è grande per le famiglie. L'unica cosa che non va bene è che l'illuminazione dell'hotel è insufficiente. E' un po' distante. Sicuramente rimarrà a causa della sua posizione.

La posizione dell'alloggio è molto buona. Non è lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana di Namba, che fornisce un facile accesso agli aeroporti di Nara, Kobe e Kyoto o anche per viaggiare attraverso la regione tramite lo Shinkansen. Vicino all'hotel ci sono sia Lawson che Family Mart. Ci vogliono meno di 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel al cartello Glico. L'area intorno all'hotel offre una varietà di piatti deliziosi tra cui scegliere. Che si tratti di bistecca, cosce di granchio, sushi, compresi ramen e il famoso takoyaki. È proprio di fronte al vicolo. Come per tutti gli amanti dello shopping, puoi fare acquisti a tuo piacimento. Puoi camminare dalla mattina fino a tarda notte. Se sei stanco, torna prima in camera per riposarti e poi continua le tue avventure perché l'alloggio è nel cuore del quartiere dello shopping. C'è una varietà di prodotti tra cui scegliere, inclusi cibo, utensili, cosmetici e souvenir, che vanno dai marchi di strada, ai marchi locali e ai marchi, che hanno sia cartellini appesi che di seconda mano. Se qualcuno viene a visitare Osaka, consiglio questo posto, garantisco che non rimarrete delusi.

Non era male, il parco divertimenti della spa sembrava abbastanza carino, anche se sospetto che ci fosse molta gente durante il giorno, dato che siamo entrati verso le 4 del mattino, ancora con un sacco di gente dentro. La piscina sul tetto era carina, ma gli scivoli d'acqua erano a pagamento. La spa sembrava più un parco divertimenti che una tipica esperienza onsen tradizionale, ma abbiamo comunque visto principalmente giapponesi. La maggior parte degli hotel ha menzionato dei costi per alcune cose (ad esempio, l'ingresso notturno alla spa, il costo extra per l'ingresso in piscina, ecc.), ma sospetto che siano per i visitatori abituali e non per gli ospiti dell'hotel, dato che non erano stati registrati al momento del check-out, a parte il costo degli scivoli d'acqua, come menzionato. La cosa fastidiosa era che bisognava togliersi le scarpe per entrare in hotel all'ingresso e che non c'era una doccia in camera.
