Hotel con spa a Osaka

Waldorf ha impostato il tono per l'intero hotel di lusso a Osaka, merita il più alto premio. Dalla partenza dell'auto all'entrata dell'hotel, l'esperienza emotiva è inesistente. Quando si raggiunge la zona di accoglienza, le tolette e il tè sono la prima cosa che si trova che lo mette lontano da altri hotel di lusso. Questa attenzione ai dettagli è così pensativa; dimostra quanto comprendono che dopo il trasporto i viaggiatori possono svolgere un rituale di lavaggio delle mani, che rappresenta non solo la pulizia fisica, ma anche un ricordo del benessere mentale. L'unica suggerimento che potrei fare è che se qualcuno si siede durante l'ispezione sarebbe meglio di stare al servizio di ricezione. Altri membri del personale che hanno lasciato un'impressione profonda includono Yui e una ragazza che ci ha mostrato nella nostra stanza (non ricordo il suo nome, ma ricordo che mi ha insegnato che Yui si chiama Y e I; lei era tutti sorridente, in spiriti alti, Il nostro ritorno all'hotel, molto tardi, ci ha portato al bar vicino all'ingresso posteriore per bere. Il barista era molto attento e il bevanda benvenuta era delizioso. Poiché il nostro prossimo destino era relativamente vicino all'hotel, il personale all'ingresso (lo dimenticavo, ma ricordo che era breve e aveva braccialetti; il suo spettacolo era perfetto quel giorno) ha organizzato un'auto dell'hotel per scortarci lì. Il conducente era italiano, molto professionale, e aveva un'ottima atteggiamento. Le parole di gratitudine non sono sufficienti per lodare questo eccellente conducente. Se il punteggio massimo di un hotel è 5, gli darei un 6. In verità, esso rappresenta l'immagine di un hotel di lusso e lo consiglierei a chiunque. Sono certamente tornato sul mio prossimo viaggio. Sono grato per gli sforzi di tutti durante il viaggio.

My wife and I stayed in the King Premium room for 2 nights in April 2025. We loved the location of the hotel. It is 5 mins walk from Osaka station and surrounded by many shopping malls so you will never go hungry or run out of things to buy. It is also very convenient to make day trips since Osaka station connects to nearby cities like Nara, Kobe, Kyoto and Himeji. We also loved the size of the room (40m^2) and the toilet. There was more than enough space to fully open 2 luggage bags. There were also 2 separate sofas which you could sit in. The only thing we thought could have been improved on was the reception as no one offered to bring our luggage bags up to our room. Great room and location, service could’ve been improved.

Abbiamo appena completato il nostro ultimo giorno a Osaka, e il nostro soggiorno al vostro hotel non è stato altro che eccezionale. La proprietà e le sue strutture sono eccellenti in modo immacolare pulito, ben mantenuto e concepito con pensiero. Il servizio in tutta la nostra permanenza è stato davvero impressionante. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare la squadra Bellman, che ha offerto costantemente un'assistenza con un vero calore e non ha mai esitato a fornire aiuto con ciò che avevamo bisogno. In particolare, l'alto signore del Myanmar (mi scuso per non aver chiesto il suo nome) si è espresso per il suo eccellente servizio. Per quanto riguarda il check-in, anche se c'era una supervisione iniziale nella conferma dei nostri benefici di prenotazione e nella comunicazione di alcuni dettagli, questo è stato rapidamente risolto quando ci siamo avvicinati al contatore e abbiamo incontrato Kiki. Ha gestito tutto con un professionismo tranquillo e con un modo raffinato, benvenuto che riflette le norme di un hotel di lusso. Vorrei anche sottolineare la squadra di servizio di chat. Prima della nostra arrivo e durante il nostro soggiorno, hanno risposto in modo rapido ed efficiente attraverso l'applicazione LINE, assistendo con ogni richiesta, incluse informazioni dettagliate su Osaka. Kudos a tutta la squadra di Front Office. La nostra esperienza del tè pomeriggio, con un sedile da finestra e una splendida selezione di tè, è stata un'altra evidenza. We stayed at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan during our 4th trip to Japan and our first traveling with our auADHD toddler. This was our second hotel in Osaka, and we arrived by taxi directly from our previous hotel. Taxi tip: make sure you show the taxi driver the hotel name and address in Japanese. Our driver initially dropped us at Universal Studios Japan instead of the hotel entrance and that cost us when it showed him the Google maps address. The hotel staff themselves were excellent. They deal with international guest on the daily and some speak English. Our forwarded luggage was received without issue and delivered directly to our room, which made arrival seamless. They have forms for luggage transport themselves that I used for our KIX airport hotel. Service throughout our stay was efficient and professional, and the staff clearly explained all hotel procedures. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, which gives you a real edge if you plan to rope drop. The subway station is directly outside the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. Universal Citywalk is steps away, with Starbucks, Lawson, Bikkuri Donki (Great for familes by the way), shopping, and countless restaurants all within immediate reach. If you’re visiting USJ, I strongly recommend arriving at the park entrance by 7:30 a.m. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and it made the first ride strategy noticeably more challenging. Luckily disability service helped a little as it was similar to Disney when you have to go to the Fast Pass staff to get a return time but USJ uses pen and paper. The earlier you position yourself for rope drop, the smoother your morning will be. Lines were extremely long and we were only able to see half the park. Unless you have 2 days at USJ, I recommend buying the Express pass packages as early as possible as they were all sold out the day of. Definitely a big regret as we only had 1 day there. The onsen sauna was of an average size. After long park days, it was incredibly relaxing. The baths are separated by gender, and there are no private rentable family spaces, so that’s something to keep in mind if traveling to onsen if you are not comfortable going commando with others. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly dated but it was clean and fully functional. One thing I missed was having a small kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Laundry is available on the spa floor via coin machines, but in-room units would have been more better. On our second day, we made a day trip to Ghibli Park in Aichi, which took about 2.5 hours each way via Shinkansen and local transit. It’s doable but long. If your primary focus is Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is an excellent strategic base. If you plan multiple long day trips outside Osaka, you may want something more centrally located. I should have planned a day to stay at Nagoya for my Ghibli Park day. Overall, The Singulari is ideal for travelers prioritizing proximity to Universal Studios Japan, easy transit access (but not centrally located), and post-park relaxation in a quality onsen setting.

Tutto è molto bello, pulito e nuovo. Il problema principale della camera familiare è che il letto a castello è troppo corto (circa 1,6 m di lunghezza). Dato che ho un bambino piccolo, il bambino più piccolo non può dormire da solo nel letto a castello, quindi il padre e il bambino più piccolo dormono nel letto king size, ed è troppo corto perché la madre (alta 1,65 m) possa dormire nel letto a castello. Inoltre, il letto king size non è abbastanza grande per farci dormire insieme in 3, ed è un po' corto anche per il padre alto. Non è lungo 2 m, non è una dimensione normale di letto king size. A proposito, è un hotel molto carino e il personale è molto cortese e gentile, se ha camere comunicanti con letti singoli di dimensioni normali, sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel.

The hotel was clean and the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, though there is some room for improvement. The water service was a bit confusing; we were told to get water ourselves from the cold food section, but seeing other tables having water delivered made the experience less pleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay!

Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

Situazione grande con metro diretto a USJ, e in grado di collegare al centro con facile valutazione; vicino distretto alimentare è anche impressionante con gusto locale

Questa è la mia terza visita a Osaka. Quando ho visitato per la prima volta nel 2013, ero così impressionato con il buffet per colazione e non mi ha deluso la mia seconda visita nel 2019. Tuttavia, questa volta, la qualità e la varietà del buffet sono diminuite. Suggerisco di sbarazzarsi della macchina del gelati e di riportare più piatti da colazione giapponesi o asiatici, o di aggiornare il servizio del caffè.

Hotel di recente apertura, quindi pulito e con ottime dotazioni. Vengono forniti asciugamani per il corpo, asciugamani per il viso, pigiama, pantofole, asciugacapelli e teli di plastica. Sono presenti un sento (bagno turco), una sauna e una palestra. Le strutture sono separate per genere. Check-in e check-out facili. L'hotel è facile da trovare tramite Google Maps. La linea JR Hanwa e la linea Midosuji della metropolitana di Osaka sono vicine, quindi è facile raggiungere l'aeroporto (un solo cambio, senza bisogno di cambiare binario) e il centro di Osaka. Non è una zona turistica, quindi è tranquilla, non ci sono molti negozi nei dintorni, ma ci sono diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. C'è anche un 7/11 accanto all'hotel. Ci tornerei volentieri.
