Hotel 4 stelle a Hiroshima

Il nostro soggiorno è stato amato a Mercure Tokyo Stay Hiroshima. L'hotel era estremamente pulito, moderno e in generale si sentiva molto alta qualità. Il personale era anche molto amichevole e benvenuto durante il nostro soggiorno. Il letto era incredibilmente confortevole, e la doccia era sinceramente la miglior doccia che avevo avuto durante il mio viaggio in Giappone. Il bar a snack gratuito è stato un toccante e ha fatto davvero il soggiorno ancora meglio. L'unica piccola critica è che la stanza può sentirsi un po' compatta se più di una persona si trova, ma altrimenti era molto confortevole e ben progettato. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui.

Le sorgenti termali sono assolutamente meravigliose! Le vetrate sono splendidamente progettate e il grande torii e i cervi dell'isola di Miyajima aggiungono un tocco di fascino locale. La vasca esterna è piccola ma deliziosa, perfetta per ammirare la luna 🎑. Hanno diffuso musica rilassante e rilassante per tutto il tempo, rendendo l'esperienza incredibilmente rilassante 😌. E come altre sorgenti termali, offrono ramen e ghiaccioli gratuiti a tarda notte dopo l'immersione, oltre a uno Yakult al mattino. Tuttavia, mi sono perso la limonata gratuita al bar della hall dalle 15:00 alle 21:00. Non perdetevela! Questo posto è a circa due fermate di autobus dalla stazione JR più 5 minuti a piedi. C'è un bus navetta per la stazione JR dalle 7:05 alle 10:55; ho caricato gli orari per vostra informazione.

Il prezzo è molto conveniente, la stanza è piccola ma sufficiente per una persona. Sulla mappa sembrava vicino alla stazione di Hiroshima, ma in realtà è un po' distante e alcune strade sono sconnesse, il che rende il tragitto un po' faticoso se si ha una valigia pesante. Il Wi-Fi in camera era molto lento.

Überdurchnittlich großes Zimmer mit 3 schiesschartenartig kleinen Fenstern, deren Verdunkelung wegen defekter Rollos tagsüber nicht aufgehoben werden konnte. Großes Bad mit freistehender Badewanne und Regendusche. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, aber kein Tisch und kein Stuhl, lediglich Sofa und Beistelltisch - also kaum geeignetes Mobiliar um ggf, selbst zubereitete Speisen auch angemessen verzehren zu können. Rigide Beachtung der Check-in-Zeit. Wir mussten unsere Pässe mehrfach vorlegen und anschließend alle persönlichen Angaben vom Geburtsdatum bis zur Adresse selbst in ein PC-Terminal eingeben. Diese Daten waren alle von der Reservierung her bekannt bzw. hätten aus den Pässen ausgelesen werden können. In anderen Hotels waren solche Daten voreingegeben und wir mussten nach deren Kontrolle nur noch unterzeichnen. Das wäre ein Standard, der heute möglicher Digitalisierung entspricht. Auswahl an Amenities ausgesprochen bescheiden. Nur Pulverkaffee verfügbar, keine Dripbags. Für ein Frühstück wurde auf 3 Bahnhof-Cafés verwiesen, die z.T. erst ab 09:00 Uhr offen waren. Die ausgesprochen positiven Bewertungen von anderen Gästen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

C'è una sensazione di pulizia, la stanza è molto pulita e le strutture sono ricche, quindi posso passare un po'di tempo libero. Voglio presentarlo a un amico.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the location is very convenient. For the price, it offers great value. Most staff members were friendly and helpful, but the January 5th evening shift staff member was not friendly at all. On the night of January 5, this male staff member was quite unhelpful and rude. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and I had confirmed ahead of time that the hotel could receive it. When I asked about it, he said they hadn’t received any packages. I explained that the building’s address might be shared and that it could have been delivered to the neighboring property (this had happened before, and another staff member had kindly helped me retrieve it). However, he simply told me to contact the delivery company myself and walked away abruptly. Since I don’t speak Japanese, it was difficult for me to handle the issue alone. I chose a hotel with front desk service specifically for help in such situations. The next morning, I spoke to another staff member, who kindly said they would look into it. Later, they found the package, which indeed had been delivered to the neighboring building. That evening, I was finally able to collect it—but it had been opened. The staff apologized repeatedly, and I accepted their apology, but thinking back, it does raise some concern. The opened package contained over-the-counter medicine, and the box was clearly labeled as such. If there was any suspicion, I believe it would have been more appropriate to verify with the guest upon pickup or report it to the authorities, rather than open the package privately. Overall, the hotel’s hardware and location are excellent, and the staff are generally polite. I just hope that management can improve staff training and establish a better procedure for handling delivered packages to ensure a more professional experience in the future.

Il lavaggio è assolutamente fantastico. Può prendere un detergente presso un 7-11 o FamilyMart vicino all'hotel per un paio di cento yen che può durare molto tempo rispetto alle opzioni monete che facilmente prende più. Solo in basso è la maquillatura completa della stanza è fatta a pagamento e che ci sono molte tinture sul divano che è molto off-shock. La stanza è più piccola di quanto mostra la foto, ma con la sua attenzione e con la sua attenzione, con tutte le attrazioni di cui ha bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è eccellente vicino al famoso Nagarekawa, dove ci sono molti pranzi e intrattenimento. Anche a pochi passi dalla strada Shopping di Hondori e dal campo A.

此次日本行住過的最好飯店。畢竟是G7廣島峯會的會議酒店，硬件設施和軟件服務都非常棒。廣島站到酒店有免費穿梭大巴，每天七次來回，絕對方便。從客房就可欣賞瀨户內海的日出日落。酒店的早餐太豐盛了，在23樓，邊吃早餐邊觀賞無敵海景。

We stayed here while passing through Hiroshima and were looking for something relatively close to the main tourist spots. In that sense, we made the right choice — the hotel’s location is good. The rooms are clean and more spacious than in the APA hotel chain, and you can open the window, which is also important. Although the hotel isn’t newly renovated, it doesn’t feel worn out or outdated. One downside — which may be a “minor quirky detail” for travelers not from Asia — is the very low placement of the mirror. If you’re 180–190 cm tall, it will be roughly at chest level. That said, it doesn’t affect a one-night stay at all; it’s just amusing. Keep in mind that check-in time, as is typical in Japan, is strict. You can arrive a bit early, leave your luggage, and go for a walk, but that’s about it. The breakfasts are very good, with a large and tasty selection. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 4/5.

Bello hotel a passeggiata dalla stazione ferroviaria. La stanza è pulita e temperata. E' bello avere una lavatrice, ma fuori dalla mia aspettativa non c'è spazio o alcuna trappola per appendere i vestiti bagnati. Questo è un po' strano.
