OOlmerInitially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer.
And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,.
He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it.
Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality.
The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza non è grande, è abbastanza grande da aprire una valigia.
Il letto è più grande di quanto immagino, e non mi fa sentire male portare un bambino a letto.
La stanza è pulita e profumata.
Le strutture sono anche complete.
Il servizio dell'hotel è anche buono, e il cameriere è molto leggero.
E la colazione gratuita è auto-assistenza.
Il colazione per bambini è anche gratuito, il più soddisfatto.
L'hotel è circa 300 metri dalla stazione di Hiroshima. Dopo aver lasciato l'autobus dall'aeroporto, si può vedere al lato della strada, al contrario dell'ospedale di Hiroshima, e'molto bello trovarlo.
Il prezzo dell'hotel è anche molto pratico, molto consigliato.

SStarrymoonlight11The hotel was in a prime location, close to the Peace museum and the shopping street. Checking in and out was super easy with the machine and the public bath within the hotel was decent. They provide pyjamas for your stay which was lovely. Happy hour was a bonus as we got one drink with our stay which was perfect timing when we arrived. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely hotel that surprised me despite reading reviews that the rooms were small, we felt that the twin room was good for an overnight stay.

however it is lacking some modern facilities. it is quite dated and there was paint falling off in the bathroom and hallways. the beds were very comfortable although there was only one small
pillow. The main issue with the room was the lack
of electrical sockets. there was only
one electrical socket for the whole room which was hidden beside a curtain nowhere near the beds. This was quite inconvenient. the room was very warm and it’s just spring time at the moment (April) and the air conditioning is controlled by reception. We asked and they said to turn it up
to max and it was still roasting so i don’t think i’d reccomend staying here in summer. Location was ok beside some beautiful parks and the river which was lovely for a morning run and it’s not too far from the peace park and the main streets and areas. overall we had a lovely stay but just felt for the price certain things fell short and the hotel needs to be modernised a bit.

There's an onsen on the tenth floor, good place to relax after running around all day, beats the small shower in the hotel room hands down.

LlwwbLa stanza che mi hanno dato era rivolta a ovest e potevo vedere il fiume. Il tramonto serale era molto bello. Sebbene fosse un po' rumoroso perché era vicino alla strada, ho potuto ignorarlo perché era di fronte al Parco della Pace. La sua posizione era eccellente, quindi ho potuto tollerare tutti i suoi difetti. Bisogna prestare particolare attenzione alla tessera della stanza di questo hotel. Se la si perde, non si può effettuare il check-in gratuitamente. Bisogna pagare 9.000 yen per una tessera sostitutiva, quindi bisogna tenerla al sicuro dopo essere usciti.

SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.
