Ave è stata molto utile con il nostro controllo in procedura e ha risposto alle nostre domande professionalmente. L'hotel è pulito e la selezione del colazione è stata anche grande. Raccomanderei assolutamente ai familiari e agli amici di rimanere qui.

不得不誇讚這家酒店，各方面都表現得十分優秀。 ❄酒店很新，裝修簡約現代，整體氛圍温馨，住宿環境很棒；房間舒適宜人，乾淨整潔無異味，設施完備。 ❄雖離滑雪場略有距離，但酒店配了幾輛車一直不停來回於雪場和附近餐廳，可以説是隨叫隨到，非常方便。 ❄服務人員熱情，不管是清潔人員、前台小姐姐還是酒店雪屋工作人員，都給我留下了深刻的印象，在酒店裡就可以購買滑雪票，也可以由雪屋小哥哥小姐姐幫忙約教練，很省心，酒店小哥哥推薦的美食也很贊，尤其是海哥燒烤，連去三次意猶未盡。 ❤這是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗，以後還會再來，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

E'vero divertente, l'intero hotel di Jilin 600 yuan per notte è anche pochi.Avevo guardato le montagne di lusso in questi hotel di valore.E ho anche notato speciale ”alto piano, silenzio”! I risultati non hanno senso non rispettare completamente la volontà dei clienti, le mie note, lasciare messaggi, non hanno avuto alcun ruolo.Alla fine, dammi un novesimo piano minimo, e è l'angolo! Non capisco perché il piano alto è vuoto, non per i clienti. La mattina dopo sono andato alla reception per chiedere, c'è ancora una stanza vuota al decimo piano. Questa volta, è davvero arrabbiato, non rispettare le persone!Ma i camerieri del 9° piano e i funzionari del 3° piano del ristorante sono molto arrabbiati. Il bar del mattino successivo, sapendo che ho bisogno di scusarmi, è il bar del giorno precedente, non capisco perche'la lotta di classe piena di volto e'cazzata!

The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made a great first impression. The reception staff were not only professional but also very friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and eateries, and they went out of their way to guide us on how to get there. We especially appreciated their helpful directions to a well-known local restaurant. While the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The coziness of the space actually added to the comfort of our stay, and we felt right at home. One of the highlights for me was the hotel slippers—they were incredibly soft, thick, and comfortable, offering a nice touch of luxury and relaxation. Another nice surprise was the hotel’s thoughtful gesture of providing free porridge in the evenings. After a long day of exploring, it was a warm and comforting treat to enjoy before bed. Additionally, the hotel is well-equipped with convenient amenities like washing machines and dryers, which is always a bonus when you're traveling for an extended period. For food lovers, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is just a short walk from 新兴园饺子, a famous local dumpling restaurant. The proximity made it easy for us to enjoy some of the best dumplings in the area without having to travel far. Overall, the hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and service, making it a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area.

This is great! The hotel room is loft type with great views, rooms are clean and most importantly the ski trails and the view from top of mountain was the best! We had a trainer there and they have amazing services, from teaching us how to wear the ski equipment to how to ski. All of them were really friendly.

This is my second fantastic stay at this hotel! What a great experience I have had. The hotel is great and the people are awesome! They are doing what is beyond their duties to help my stay like home. I LOVE ❤️ 💕 this place! I would rate millions of stars if I could. During this stay, I ate at the restaurant a few times. The food and the service are fantastic! I have already decided to come back each year since this is just like my home! Thank you, all the hotel staff! You made my stay a memorable experience! Love you all!

Hotel tradizionalmente temeto intelligente. Room was a suite, bedroom 2 big beds, plus separate large room with sofa etc. Location is ok but recommend using taxi app. Breakfast selection was not great.

L'hotel è convenientemente situato dal parco. Ci sono molte opzioni di cena nelle vicinanze. Il personale è molto utile e cooperativo. L'hotel stesso è piuttosto piccolo che è bello. Le strutture sono ancora un po' obsoleti. La nostra famiglia ha lavorato perché ha due pre-scolari. Il colazione è medio. Il cibo occidentale è rappresentato da baguette, burro di arachidi, nocciole e granola. Non era una questione per noi, ci piace il cibo cinese. Ci è piaciuto il nostro soggiorno, ma la prossima volta considereremo un altro hotel.

This hotel is great. Breakfast has a large food variety, it has self-service coffee machine, it closes at 10:30am which is super appreciated, the location is good for food as it is in the special food district (15 minutes to railway though). Staff are very helpful. The only issue I have is the nearest convenience store is close but over the road and the taxi/Didi sometimes drop you off on the wrong side of the road because it more convenient to them and didi says to cross the road in the middle of the street so bad mapping by Didi. Some signs at breakfast and other things are only in Chinese (I'm from Australia and I don't know Chinese) so need to use translation app to use the coffee machine and the air conditioner though.
