Hotel 3 stelle a Washington D.C.

It is amazing services and experiences with their staffs. Very friendly, very helpful, very kindness especially one of their hotel bar restaurant and her name is “Patz”. She wonderfully kindness and helpful when I struggled with my handbag letting Inside the train when we can off at foggy bottom station. She letting me to use her phone to contact the lost and found metro office and even talk through with me. Very convenient location between at M street and 22nd St NW. 15 min to White House, then few minute to all the Mall surrounded. Then train from foggy bottom to Union station or capitol for capitol, library congress, Supreme Court and all the popular museums/art gallery along the site. The hotel is the best hotel experiences we have had for our entire first trip IN USA. Just a very weird experience that both my sons got bitten by buds or fleas for the stay but it doesn’t happened to me even we in the same room and bed? All well, hopefully they no other customer had this issues. But I still feel lucky and big thank you to the teams, management and all the other onsite staff. Loved it and will definitely back to you for our next trip to DC….xx

Questa è stata la mia prima visita a Washington, DC, e ho prenotato questo hotel in anticipo perché la posizione era grande e potevo ottenere un prezzo davvero buono scontato. Anche se la camera era elencata come con un letto regina, si sentiva più come un letto doppio o pieno. Mi dispiaceva anche che la camera non aveva una microonde o un frigorifero. La domanda più grande, tuttavia, era quanto fosse polvere la stanza. Penso che sia la prima volta nella mia vita che ho spruzzato più di 50 volte in un giorno. Mi ha disturbato tutto il viaggio, e mi ha sempre fatto stancare di fare un naso di corsa. Alla fine ho dovuto andare al CVS e comprare medicina per l'allergia. Ho scelto questo hotel principalmente per il prezzo, ma se mi rendi conto di Washington, probabilmente pagherò un po' di più e resterei altrove. La maggior parte dei luoghi sono ancora facilmente collegati per metro attraverso Google Maps, quindi raggiungere la città e visitare le attrazioni turistiche non è difficile. Il personale del desk era amichevole e la posizione era conveniente, quindi lo consiglio ancora per i viaggiatori soli. Tuttavia, se viaggiate con due o più persone, suggerirei di prenotare una stanza migliore di quella in cui sono rimasto, anche se costa più.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante la vacanza di Natale, ed è stata una fantastica esperienza. La posizione è eccellente molto vicino alla Casa Bianca, con molti ristoranti vicino. Quello che apprezzo davvero è stato il servizio di pulizia quotidiana, che è stato sempre fatto con attenzione. Il ristorante del primo piano era anche impressionante, con cibo e servizio comparabili a un ristorante di buona tavola.Tutto su questo hotel era perfetto la posizione, la pulizia e la cortesia del personale. Se riuscirò a visitare Washington, rimarrò certamente qui.

L'hotel è così buono. Il colazione è così delizioso, il personale del desk front and the housekeepers who are responsible for the floor are all friendly. There was no regret for the spacious space and the perfectly equipped kitchen. I want to visit again next time. Mi sono divertito il mio viaggio a Washington, DC mentre mi sono riposato.Grazie.

Absolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. Very safe neighborhood. There is a separate area in the room with a desk. Actually, large enough to use as a dressing room! We will definitely be going back and staying at the Churchill.

按Google map定位，開車找了兩三圈，才找到酒店。不太起眼。這次在美國一路開車住了好幾個residence inn，這個是空間最大的。可惜衹住了一晚。 房間和客廳的梳化床都很大，很適合帶孩子出行的家庭。早餐還可以吧，傳統美式早餐。停車一天54刀。需要先把車暫時停在酒店門口，check in後拿到房卡，就可以刷卡進地下車庫。

First time visiting Washington DC, it was an amazing visit. My stay @ Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown started out fantastic cause of the host Layla, she was so friendly & kind, she went above & beyond to make me feel very comfortable upon my early arrival. She switched rooms for me so I can have a better view, she gave me wonderful suggestions for theatre, dining, shopping, & entertainment. She checked on me throughout my 2 day stay to make sure things were going well with my visit. I had dinner @ The Third Rail Restaurant inside the Hotel & the food was great, I recommend the Pork Chops fantastic. My room was nice & clean, with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, wonderful indoor pool, various streaming choices to watch TV, housekeeping staff & other staff was just wonderful. If you're looking for a great place to stay look no further this is the place. It's within 10 mins of all the museums you can't go wrong.

La pulizia della camera era discreta, conforme agli standard. Il primo piano dell'hotel aveva un forte odore, che persisteva ogni giorno. Servizio dell'hotel: C'è un motivo per la recensione negativa. La prima notte, abbiamo scoperto uno sconosciuto nascosto fuori dalla nostra porta, quindi abbiamo chiamato la reception per chiedere aiuto. Abbiamo chiamato tre volte e la reception ha promesso di venire a controllare, ma non l'ha mai fatto. Continuavano a dirci di aspettare, e poi non è successo nulla. Non so perché, ma quella notte mi sono sentito molto pericoloso e nervoso. Ho bloccato lo spioncino e ho messo qualcosa sulla maniglia della porta. È così che Courtyard gestisce le esigenze dei suoi clienti? Fate attenzione.

It feels like living in a fraternity house. On Friday and Saturday nights, the 5th floor rooftop has disco parties which you’ll hear the music in your room until 2am if you live on the 4th or 3th floor. The staffs were nice in trying to help when I raised issue with noise. I had noise cancelling headphones on the whole night with taking melatonin so that I can fall asleep. They also gave me a room in the basement (lower level). The music doesn’t go there but there is a lot of water noise there. They had ear plugs ready when I asked them for help so it’s not a problem that they’re willing to fix. I would recommend this place to prioritise their guests than the bar visitors. Other than noise, things were pretty good though. I guess this hotel is good for young people. Parking on the streets could be difficult though.

Le camere erano spaziose, la posizione dell'hotel era grande, molto vicino al centro nazionale e facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto. Il personale del desk front era molto utile, ma il servizio in camera non era.Per il letto di divano dovevamo mettere il letto da soli e anche mettere il letto da soli. E non l'hanno nemmeno fornito, a meno che non l'avessimo chiesto e non l'avessero mai consegnato alla stanza (percio' gli ospiti dovrebbero portare tutti i letti dal pavimento alla stanza)
