It has a full size bathroom with a very nice shower. It has its own separate and secure entrance, is is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only 2 miles from Mount Pleasant and 5 miles from Daniel Island & 526. It is less than 20 minutes to the Isle of Palms. After signing the Guest Rental Agreement property access details with keycode and WiFi information will be sent to you on the morning of your reservation. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. A $250 fee will be accessed if vehicles are detected in the garage. We are happy to offer our home as pet-friendly! There is a $45.00 per pet, per night fee applicable to all guests bringing pets. This fee covers standard cleaning after your pet(s) to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all guests. Damage Responsibility: If your pet(s) cause any damage to the room or its furnishings during your stay, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damages incurred. We kindly ask that you supervise your pets at all times to prevent any accidents or mishaps. Undisclosed Pets: Guests bringing undisclosed pets will be subject to a fee of $200 per night, per pet. To avoid any additional charges, please be sure to inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along. Pet Limit: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a limit of 2 pets. This ensures a manageable number of pets on the property and maintains a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. There is no smoking allowed inside of the home or on the premises. $250 Cleaning and Deodorizing fee if smoke is detected in the home, and additional cleaning fee of $100 if smoking-related trash outside is left behind by guest. $200 Undisclosed Guest Fee for each person staying at the home that exceeds the guest list from the reservation made by the guest. Please be sure to update your reservation guest list total if any changes occur prior to check-in. All events held must be announced before reservation and permitted by the host. $200 fee assessed to guest for undisclosed guests on the property. Host reserves right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary. After reservation is booked the guest will receive a link to their Guest Rental Agreement. This agreement must be reviewed and signed by the guest in order to confirm their reservation and to receive access to the property. Newly renovated, this cozy stay is sure to make fond memories with family, dear friends & fur babies($85 per pet, 2 max, please consider the yard is not completely fenced). Thoughtfully prepared w/ stylish lake decor inside & out, we plan to have you visit year after year! Fish from the dock in the backyard, explore the canal on paddle boards, enjoy a sunset dinner on the water or easily drive an hour to visit historical downtown Charleston for a day trip, only an hour drive away! We look forward to your visit! Remember, we are pet friendly!The spaceEnjoy the amazing outdoor space that includes a covered front porch with two rocking chairs, a screened in back porch with four chairs and two rocking chairs, lastly four Adirondack chairs are nestled around the fire pit, all places to surely make some special memories! Our dock will certainly be a favorite during the stay! The horseshoe drive way provides plenty of parking that will easily accommodate guests traveling with boats. There are 2 community boat landings, one is a 5 minute drive, the other is 10 minutes.2 bedrooms have queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. All mattresses are Zinus memory foam.The kitchen has butcher block countertops. The appliances excluding the electric range(but it’s in excellent condition) are brand new. The breakfast table seats 4, the dining table also seats 4.The kitchen is well stocked w: copper cookware. Silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses(also for wine & mimosas) are plentiful. We truly thought of everything!The living room has an Italian leather sofa, a leather recliner, leather chair & wicker bench for extra seating. It is tastefully decorated for a true lake experience!There are 2 full baths. Linens, towels(beach towels as well), and hand-towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.Washer/dryer, laundry detergent, fabric sheets, iron & ironing board are available.Guest accessThere is a wood storage shed where you will find bikes, grill, lawn chairs & 2 paddle boards.
