Hotel 3 stelle a Göreme

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

The hotel is very nice. The room and toilet are large and warm all the time. The services not good. I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

房間是提前兩天定的，定房子的時候沖的是早餐和環境過來的，鬧中取靜，在格雷梅小鎮的周邊，走路10分鐘到鎮上。 店裡天台早上可以看熱氣球，我們的熱氣球是店主幫忙預訂的，價位合理，是第一波起飛的，並且經理幫我們安排了接送機的車輛。 店裡的兩個經理和所有服務人員非常好，提前加了what’s 溝通，幫我們省了很多精力。 早餐的麪包十幾種不同口味，都是廚房姐姐自己做的，非常美味。 距離周邊的景區也比較近，可以走路到鎮上去租車，或者租摩託車，記得去之前換好國際駕照，以及摩託車駕照 騎摩託一天都可以逛周邊七八個景點。

I rarely write reviews, but I believe this hotel truly deserves recognition for its outstanding service. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and the experience left a lasting impression on me. In fact, the exceptional hospitality I received here has greatly shaped my perception of Turkey, especially Cappadocia. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front office staff, Mr. Ali. As my bus from Istanbul arrived earlier than the check-in time, he kindly arranged an early check-in for me, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey. Throughout my stay, Mr. Ali went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. On the day of my departure, while I was waiting for my overnight bus, I rested in the hotel lobby. Mr. Ali thoughtfully kept the front office area warm and even provided me with a blanket to ensure I stayed comfortable. What impressed me most was how personalised the service felt. Rather than simply treating me as a guest, the staff genuinely cared about my well-being and comfort. Such kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality are rare to find and made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Thank you, Mr. Ali and the team, for making my stay such a wonderful experience.

L'Avlu Cave Hotel è un hotel di famiglia di circa 8 camere. Situato convenientemente a 3-4 minuti dal centro di Goreme. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo ricevuto il servizio di prima classe dal manager Jan e dal suo assistente Naji. Il buffet del tradizionale colazione turco e alcuni articoli continentali è stato ben posizionato nella loro camera da colazione. Non pensavo che avessimo avuto colazione il giorno dell'arrivo, ma ero grato per questa generosità, perché abbiamo lasciato Istanbul così presto e siamo pronti a un buon pasto. In nessun momento, Jan e Naji, che erano davvero molto ospiti, hanno riempito le nostre attività di un piano di viaggio incompleto, hanno organizzato la cavalleria di cavallo, la balcona calda e una delle visite. Hanno anche organizzato il pick-up dell'aeroporto prima e poi il trasporto all'aeroporto. La stanza che abbiamo occupato ha un balcone e l'abbiamo usata per immergerci a Goreme tra le nostre aree. Avlu Cave Hotel ci ha fornito l'atmosfera perfetta di casa che volevamo vivere a Cappadocia. Questo è un luogo ideale per i viaggiatori solitari, le coppie, nonché le famiglie.

I loved staying at this hotel. The manager was very sweet. We were upgraded to the Superior Suite which was a wonderful experience. A hot jacuzzi in our room proved useful for the cold weather. The bathroom had a radiator, so clothes and towels could be kept warm. Complimentary halal drinks in our fridge. There was a prayer mat for us kept in the cupboard. This was very thoughtful of the hotel management to make us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of eggs, cheese, spreads, cereal, fruit, etc. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and can't wait to come again.

Soggiorno di tre notti Pro: - Il prezzo è buono, rispetto a molti hotel in grotta, questo prezzo è molto onesto. - La colazione era buona, con una discreta scelta e una bellissima vista. - Il personale è cortese, disponibile e ha un atteggiamento positivo. - A soli 7 minuti dal terminal degli autobus di Goreme, molto comodo - Terrazza con vista soleggiata e sedia a dondolo Svantaggi: - Il WiFi è molto scarso, quasi non disponibile accanto al letto, bisogna uscire dalla stanza per connettersi alla rete - Il sedile del water non può essere aperto normalmente, bisogna sedersi per aprirlo. - La struttura in ferro che tiene la liscivia nel bagno è arrugginita, l'aspetto non è buono e la pulizia deve essere migliorata - Fuori dalla stanza c'è un ripostiglio per i prodotti per la pulizia e a volte puoi sentire il personale parlare ad alta voce, il che influisce sul tuo pisolino.

L'arredamento della camera è unico e gli interni corrispondono alle foto su Ctrip. Nonostante fuori faccia molto caldo, all'interno si sta piuttosto freschi anche senza aria condizionata. Naturalmente, l'aria condizionata è disponibile su richiesta. L'hotel può aiutare a prenotare voli in mongolfiera e i percorsi delle linee rossa e verde della metropolitana (i classici itinerari turistici). La vista dal balcone del ristorante è davvero incantevole.
