DDauzOnlystayed here for 2 days and 1 night with my family, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The level of hospitality we received was exceptional and genuinely deserves the highest praise.
The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and gracious, kindly allowing us an early check-in at 12:00 PM, which we deeply appreciated as we arrived earlier than expected. Their thoughtfulness immediately set the tone for a seamless and pleasant stay.
Breakfast was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. Special thanks to the chef, Maryam, whose kindness and gentle nature made the dining experience even more delightful. Her warmth, dedication, and personal touch were truly unforgettable.
The room was beautifully appointed with coffee and tea-making facilities, along with complimentary beverages such as mineral and sparkling water 🥤—a refined detail that elevated the overall experience.
Without question, this is one of the finest places to stay in Cappadocia. It is especially ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiet retreat—no children, no noise, just tranquility and breathtaking views. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. This hotel is truly a must-stay when visiting Cappadocia.

RRyan-ngSono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'hotel dopo averci soggiornato per alcuni giorni. L'hotel si trova nel centro di Goreme ed è facile da trovare. Il personale alla reception è stato molto attento. Il prezzo delle mongolfiere è aumentato nei pochi giorni in cui siamo stati lì, ma ci hanno aiutato a prenotarne una più economica rispetto a quelle esterne. Ogni giorno facevo colazione ammirando il panorama della valle. Ero così felice! Il prezzo, il servizio e l'ambiente sono perfetti. È un hotel molto conveniente e lo consiglio vivamente!

My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable.
Thank you very much, I will come back!

NNeol TooHo avuto un'esperienza incredibile al Sultan Cave Suites durante il mio recente soggiorno. Dal momento in cui siamo atterrati, l'hotel ci ha offerto un passaggio gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel, rendendo il nostro arrivo tranquillo e senza stress. Lo staff ha fatto di tutto, con un ringraziamento speciale a un membro del team meravigliosamente disponibile che mi ha aiutato con i miei bagagli pesanti, dimostrando che la forza si manifesta in tutte le forme.
Ciò che mi ha veramente colpito è stata la conoscenza locale dello staff. Nonostante fosse una persona minuta, un membro dello staff conosceva la zona come il palmo della sua mano. Non solo ci ha consigliato fantastici mercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ma ci ha anche guidato verso una gemma nascosta per una deliziosa colazione.
Il check-in tardivo non è stato affatto un problema. Lo staff ci ha gentilmente aiutato a ordinare il cibo durante la notte, assicurandoci di non andare a letto affamati. La posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino all'aeroporto è stata incredibilmente comoda per il nostro soggiorno di transito. La mattina successiva, ci hanno fornito un servizio navetta a un prezzo ragionevole per assicurarci di prendere il volo in tempo, completando l'esperienza senza intoppi.
Devo anche menzionare l'adorabile membro dello staff notturno che non solo era carino, ma anche cordiale e amichevole. La sua disponibilità a condividere spunti locali ha aggiunto un tocco personale al nostro soggiorno.
In sintesi, Sultan Cave Suites è un gioiello per i soggiorni in transito. Sono grato per l'eccezionale servizio e senza dubbio consiglierò questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori.

I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.

UUtente anonimoThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

UUtente ospiteOverall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable.
The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me.
Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback.
Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride.

UUtente ospiteL'arredamento della camera è unico e gli interni corrispondono alle foto su Ctrip. Nonostante fuori faccia molto caldo, all'interno si sta piuttosto freschi anche senza aria condizionata. Naturalmente, l'aria condizionata è disponibile su richiesta. L'hotel può aiutare a prenotare voli in mongolfiera e i percorsi delle linee rossa e verde della metropolitana (i classici itinerari turistici). La vista dal balcone del ristorante è davvero incantevole.

LLay Har YeoWe really enjoyed our stay at Arinna Cappadocia! The owner, Mustafa, and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to ensure that we were fully taken care of when it came to transport and activities. In fact, Mustafa personally checked us in and gave us a mini orientation when we arrived at the hotel, despite it being pretty late at night. 🙏🏻
Regarding activities: if you’re the type of free and easy traveler that doesn’t pre-book their itinerary/tours until you reach your destination, the team at Arinna has you covered. We had already booked two tours prior to arriving in Cappadocia, but when we wanted to do camel-riding, horse-riding and a whirling dervish performance, we only had to tell them when we wanted to do and they took care of everything.
The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning, and WiFi was strong too. Water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING. If I could give some gentle feedback, it’s that one of the rugs in our room was a little worn and the frayed edges made it a bit of a tripping hazard, and the main door creaks quite loudly as well. But truly, these were very minor issues that did not bother us much at all.
