Hotel pet friendly a Göreme

Stayed 4 nights here in December and we loved it. Our Family Room is quite spacious for a cave room. The large front glass window and door helped eliminate that claustrophobic worries about staying in a cave. The buffet breakfast was good with certain menu items being changed daily. The chocolate cake prepared by the kitchen lady was surprisingly so good and worth mentioning here! The hotel is located in the heart of Goreme and in walking distance to many great restaurants, convenience shop and souvenirs shopping. The hotel runs its own local tour which we took on our first day and was worth it. What we love most about this hotel is that it is a family-run business by 3 brothers (Mustafa, Nuri & Haçi) who really care about their guests and made us feel like home.

We booked 3 rooms for the 8 of us (adults, kids under 10 and an elderly). The location of the hotel was strategic, at the entrance of the Gerome city, with the eateries/shop just a walk away. The rooms were clean, everything in place, heater is working and top notch in everything. The buffet breakfast were also delicious, varieties of local food (you have to order eggs from them to be cooked) and a selection of juices and hot drinks. Even more, it has balcony that you can use to see the hot balloon in the morning or rest at night. The booking is easier with trip.com and we settled our check in and out in less than 10mins. This hotel goes a bit more in making sure their guests are comfortable and that is commendable.

Ho avuto un'esperienza incredibile al Sultan Cave Suites durante il mio recente soggiorno. Dal momento in cui siamo atterrati, l'hotel ci ha offerto un passaggio gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel, rendendo il nostro arrivo tranquillo e senza stress. Lo staff ha fatto di tutto, con un ringraziamento speciale a un membro del team meravigliosamente disponibile che mi ha aiutato con i miei bagagli pesanti, dimostrando che la forza si manifesta in tutte le forme. Ciò che mi ha veramente colpito è stata la conoscenza locale dello staff. Nonostante fosse una persona minuta, un membro dello staff conosceva la zona come il palmo della sua mano. Non solo ci ha consigliato fantastici mercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ma ci ha anche guidato verso una gemma nascosta per una deliziosa colazione. Il check-in tardivo non è stato affatto un problema. Lo staff ci ha gentilmente aiutato a ordinare il cibo durante la notte, assicurandoci di non andare a letto affamati. La posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino all'aeroporto è stata incredibilmente comoda per il nostro soggiorno di transito. La mattina successiva, ci hanno fornito un servizio navetta a un prezzo ragionevole per assicurarci di prendere il volo in tempo, completando l'esperienza senza intoppi. Devo anche menzionare l'adorabile membro dello staff notturno che non solo era carino, ma anche cordiale e amichevole. La sua disponibilità a condividere spunti locali ha aggiunto un tocco personale al nostro soggiorno. In sintesi, Sultan Cave Suites è un gioiello per i soggiorni in transito. Sono grato per l'eccezionale servizio e senza dubbio consiglierò questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. Kind staff men met and greeted us the moment we came and helped with our baggage which was very pleasant. At first they gave us a room with two single beds as we asked while booking but unfortunately there was a very strong smell from the bathroom so we asked for a change and not only did they agree but more than that gave us their best huge room with windows and a balcony🤩we were very sad that both days hot air balloons were canceled due to weather conditions but this room change cheered us up! There is also nice music playing in their cafe till late so be careful if such features usually bother you (we actually liked the vibe even taking into account the fact that we went to bed pretty early). Breakfast was fine and slightly different in two mornings which is great. One of the workers has a cute pug and of course there are many cats around🥰 The location is cool it is pretty close to the sunset view point👍🏻 Highly recommend this hotel!

Questo è stato il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio. Sembra un piccolo resort, molto confortevole e con ampi spazi all'aperto. Il ristorante è eccellente, offre una varietà di bevande e snack, e tutto è a pagamento, quindi puoi saldare il conto al momento del check-out. C'è anche un piccolo zoo al centro della proprietà, il che lo rende perfetto per le famiglie. Anche la posizione è ottima: a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Altamente consigliato!

Molto molto soddisfatto, Servizi: Molto completo, la terrazza ha una vista fantastica e guardare le mongolfiere sulla terrazza la mattina è davvero fantastico. Igiene: molto pulita. Ambiente: ci sono fiori e piante ovunque e l'a**osfera è molto buona. Servizio: Il servizio è stato premuroso. Ci è stato permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo e abbiamo ricevuto la colazione gratuita. Ci è stato fornito anche un servizio di trasferimento gratuito dalla stazione degli autobus.

Grand Cave Suites GCS, located up to the small slope therefore fairly quiet at night. Rooms were nest and tidy what we expected according to the Trip. com photos. The boss greeted our arrival and showed us into our rooms and so nice of him to let us check in earlier because we came a long way from Hongkong throughout the whole night. A lot of restaurants and shops around the GCS area! In Cappadocia, you could do at least 2 tours a day and of course you must try the Hot Air Balloon if the weather is suitable and luckily that what we did! We hope one day, we could come back here again during the summer time.

Sevin Stone — прекрасный отель в Гёреме! Очень удачное расположение: находится прямо в центре города, рядом много кафе, магазины и Migros, всё буквально в пешей доступности. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяев — невероятно душевные, отзывчивые и очень коммуникабельные люди. Они искренне стараются помочь гостям и сделали для нас даже больше, чем можно было ожидать: помогли решить сложный вопрос с потерянным багажом в аэропорту, за что мы им очень благодарны. Здесь чувствуешь себя не просто постояльцем, а желанным гостем. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и с радостью рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Каппадокию!

Quando sono arrivato, purtroppo, la mia stanza non era pulita e pronta, anche se era dopo l'iscrizione, quindi ho dovuto aspettare un po'. La posizione è perfetta, la vista dalla terrazza è sorprendente, e guardare i palloncini al sole è stata una esperienza così memorabile. Grazie speciali a Edip, il personale, mi ha offerto molto aiuto per la viaggia di pallone caldo e la notte turca. In generale, nonostante le piccole inconvenienti al check-in, ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno e consigliere questo hotel per la sua posizione, vista e personale amichevole.

La posizione è buona, è tranquillo in mezzo al trambusto. Il centro città è accanto ed è a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus. Buona anche la colazione, le melanzane 🍆 sono deliziose 😋 La stanza è normale, ma il soffitto della nostra stanza è polveroso e le strutture sono un po' vecchie. Il letto era umido e la stanza aveva un po' di odore. È un hotel in una grotta artificiale, non un vero hotel in una grotta. Il servizio è buono.
