Hotel 3 stelle a Malacca

The room is clean and bright with a garden view (but with CCTV!!) . However the only and biggest concern is their washroom shower spot has a window which covered by half transparent veil only. When u turn on the light it’s totally visible to outside. And worst part is they have a CCTV right outside and the angle of cctv can absolutely capture the shower spot from outside. I brought up my concern to the front desk but they said cannot see but who knows ? However it’s still a turnoff for me. Suggestion to the hotel owner : please fix the window it doesn’t cost u much. Please protect your guest privacy.

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spacious dining area. However, there were quite a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room, which was not very pleasant. The carpet should be vacuumed properly before each new guest checks in. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, which was not enough. I asked the receptionist for more, but was told there was no extra shower gel available and was only given shampoo instead. One of the towels was also torn. The water flow was quite slow, and the mattress felt a little too hard. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and comfort could be improved.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arissa Melaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, and I had a good night's sleep after exploring the city. The bathroom was spacious, with good water pressure and hot water available throughout my stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short drive from Jonker Street and other popular attractions. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or daily essentials. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Overall, Hotel Arissa offers great value for money and is a good choice for anyone visiting Melaka. I would consider staying here again on my next trip. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

The staff is super super friendly and attentive to us when there is an issue. The room is quite spacious for 2 pax and also clean however we didnt turned on the tv as we spent most of the time outside which is super convinient near to jonker street/walk. We went back and forth few times because we forgot to spray on sunscreen. But overall, i will definitely book again as it is really super super convenient. Oh! And not to mention about the gelato downstairs at the lobby too!!

During our staycation in Melaka, we spent a night at Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka. The hotel is located along Jalan Tun Ali, next to The Store and close to several eateries, making it quite convenient if you're looking for food or basic necessities. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The air conditioning worked fine, although it took a little time for the room to cool down. The hot shower was okay too, but the water temperature could be a bit inconsistent at times. WiFi is available, although the connection wasn't the most reliable during our stay. The room also comes with a TV, plus complimentary coffee and tea. Drinking water can be refilled from the water dispenser outside the room, and ironing facilities are provided in the common area. One thing families may appreciate is the small playground and colouring corner in the lobby, which gives kids something to do while waiting around. Overall, it's a simple and affordable hotel that's suitable for a short stay in Melaka, especially if you're travelling with family and just need a comfortable place to rest.
