"The room was not well maintained. Upon entering, there was a noticeable pungent smell. The bidet was leaking, and we ended up getting our clothes wet the first time we used it. The wardrobe was also in poor condition, with loose screws and a missing handle. Additionally, the wardrobe door appeared unstable and could potentially fall off on one side. The air-conditioning was inadequate for the room size. Despite setting the 1HP unit to the coldest temperature, it took a very long time to cool the room. The room remained warm throughout the night, and we did not even need to use the duvet while sleeping. On a positive note, the water pressure was good, the breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and courteous. However, room service was rather slow. Another inconvenience was that only one key card was provided per room, which was not practical for guests staying together. Overall, while the staff were welcoming and some facilities were acceptable, the room maintenance and comfort level require significant improvement."

"Struttura un po’ datata, servirebbe una rimodernata…seguendo un po’ lo stile della Hall. Ci hanno dato una stanza comunicante, la porta non isola molto e si sentono un po’ i rumori proveniente dall’altra parte. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi."

Especially the two receptionists one girl wearing glasses and one white guy their service was top-notch. They were very helpful and professional. They truly deserve a raise or bonus. This my second time staying and i choose deluxe bali concept very worth the space is bigger with balcony love it . Would come again ."

"We had a lovely stay here with our family. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The only upstair was that it could get quite noisy at night, especially if you’re traveling with a young child or are a light sleeper. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back."

"Avete avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. La posizione è eccellente e estremamente conveniente. Una farmacia, 7-Eleven, banca, e molti ristoranti sono tutti a pochi passi. Ci sono molte opzioni di cena vicino, e il centro città è a soli 3 –5 km, rendendo facile raggiungere. Il personale era anche molto amichevole, accogliente e utile per tutta la mia permanenza, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. In generale, un grande luogo per soggiornare per i viaggiatori di business e di svago. Molto consigliato!"
