Hotel con parcheggio a Malacca

I love the location. It was so convenient for me to explore Malacca. Having to be near great eateries too. The authentic Peranakan feel was a surprise. I did not expect to have the toilet door out of the ordinary. Will choose to stay here again when I have the chance.

Viviamo qui in una camera tripla deluxe per 2 notti. La camera è comoda,spazio sufficiente per 3 persone e 3 bagagli.L'acqua è flusso gratuito, non è necessario acquistare acqua minerale. Solo una cosa per migliorare è il riscaldatore d'acqua, il nostro riscaldatore d'acqua non funziona bene, ma il personale dell'hotel viene a risolvere il problema molto rapidamente.

Il servizio di manutenzione è di grande aiuto. Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta. La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

This was our fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. 1. Check-in The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. I had requested a Queen Bed room instead of Twin Beds. However, I was informed that because my booking was made at the last minute (one day before check-in), only a Twin Bed room was available as all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. We accepted the explanation and proceeded with the room provided. 2. Room Condition Upon entering the room, the first issue we noticed was the air conditioning. Despite setting the fan speed to high, the room remained warm and the air conditioner was not cooling properly. 3. Bathroom There appeared to be a blockage beneath the sink, as water was pooling around the sink and toilet area. In addition, the shower holder was broken while we were using the shower. We chose not to complain and continued our stay. 4. Room Door & Bathroom Door The bathroom door could not be closed properly unless it was pulled and pushed firmly. The more serious issue occurred the next morning after breakfast when our room door became stuck and could not be opened. We contacted maintenance, and the team arrived to inspect the problem. From approximately 8:00 AM onwards, we were unable to access our room. Around 8:30 AM, the maintenance team requested approval from the Front Office to move us to another room because the repair would require additional time. However, they informed that changing rooms would incur an additional charge because we were checking out on the same day. I strongly disagree with this decision. From 8:30 AM until our checkout time at 12:00/12:30 PM, we were still paying guests of the hotel. The room issue was caused by a defect on the hotel’s side, and guests should not be charged extra to move rooms due to problems beyond their control. The Most Disappointing Part During check-in, we were informed that no Queen Bed Deluxe Rooms were available. However, while the maintenance team was accessing our room through the connecting room next door, we discovered that the adjacent room was vacant and equipped with a Queen Bed. If the actual reason was that the room was unavailable due to maintenance, it would have been more professional and honest to explain that from the beginning rather than simply saying all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. This experience has left us very disappointed. Every time we visit Melaka, this hotel has always been our preferred choice. However, after this stay, we have decided not to return. I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff during check-in, but I sincerely hope the hotel will improve both its facilities and service standards. Thank you.

Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach. In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. È meglio prenotare online perché durante le festività l'hotel sarà affollato e al completo. Alcune parti dell'hotel sono in costruzione, quindi molti servizi non sono disponibili. Non c'è palestra, né bar sul tetto, né ristorante interno. Il check-in è andato bene, ma la receptionist non è stata molto cordiale. La colazione è di tipo cinese, ma un po' piccante. Nel complesso, il buffet è abbondante per il prezzo. Il parcheggio è gratuito, ma condiviso con altri hotel e forse anche il pubblico può parcheggiare lì perché non c'è un addetto alla sicurezza. Volevo usare la colonnina di ricarica per veicoli elettrici per caricare la mia auto, ma anche se ci sono 4 posti disponibili, dato che lo spazio è limitato, non posso usarli tutti altrimenti bloccherei la strada per entrare e uscire. Mi sono innervosito per le auto non elettriche parcheggiate negli spazi riservati ai veicoli elettrici (nemmeno la receptionist riusciva a capire di chi fossero). La camera d'albergo è discreta, abbastanza pulita e confortevole per il prezzo e la posizione. A parte l'impossibilità di ricaricare l'auto e la receptionist poco cordiale al momento del check-in, consiglierei questo hotel.

La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro, ma la camera con finestra ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo ed è pulita. Purtroppo però c'erano solo pochi canali disponibili in TV, quindi era quasi impossibile guardare qualcosa. Nei fine settimana la colazione era gratuita, ma quando ho soggiornato lì non era durante il Ramadan.

The Apple Premier Suites Melaka – Review Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a good choice for families or longer stays. Having a washing machine and electric cooker was definitely a plus. Do note that there is a mandatory RM150 refundable deposit during check-in. The only downside was that one of the units had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which could probably be due to the drainage system. Other than that, everything else was fine. Overall, it’s a good apartment-style accommodation with convenient facilities and good value for money.

For the price i guess you cant expect much. Firstly positiv there is a d seven Eleven near and a bus stop and you can refill your water. Negative its near a loud road and my room was right next to it window open and it wasnt possible to close it luckily i had ear plugs. Secondly in the bathroom was mold in one area. There is no stuff aswell you call or text them.
