L'unico inconveniente è che non permettono a mia moglie di fare il check-in. Permettono solo alla persona che ha prenotato di fare il check-in. È l'unica volta in tutta la Malesia che ho questo problema. Quindi, se prenoto per un amico, devo venire insieme a lui.

Room cleanliness was better than average, and the mattress was comfortable with a clean bed. The lobby was clean, welcoming, and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch.

SSoo Ban OngHo soggiornato in questo hotel molte volte. È strategicamente situato, con molti ristoranti intorno all'hotel. Il personale è generalmente amichevole e utile. Durante questo soggiorno, tuttavia, non c'era nessun personale in servizio quando cercavo di andare a controllare, e dovevo aspettare un po', fortunatamente un membro del personale del caffè mi ha aiutato a cercare il personale in servizio per partecipare al mio check-out. Spero che l'hotel possa migliorare in questo settore.

DDihaw DbaI had a minor accident in front of the hotel lobby—I hit the cement curb/bollard in front of the hotel, resulting in a slight scratch/damage to a floor tile (and this particular tile already had several previous damages from other people hitting it before). Subsequently, an Indian staff member (identified as a supervisor by his colleague) came and took pictures of the damaged tile. The issues I have with his conduct are as follows: He started chatting with a Chinese customer while pointing out the minor damage and simultaneously pointing towards my car, smiling and chuckling slightly as if mocking or being sarcastic. Then, another Chinese man (possibly a customer or staff) approached, and he again showed the damaged tile, smiling and chuckling lightly while pointing at my car. My issue here is: there were also Malay customers present; why did he choose the Chinese customers to point out this issue to, but not the Malay customers? He then approached me and said: ”You have hit and damaged this tile, and you need to know that I will report this to the hotel owner, and you should know that the owner of this hotel is a Chinese person, and I am certain you will have to pay for the damages.” What is the implication of saying, 'the owner of this hotel is a Chinese person'? I asked why he needed to make a scene and involve other customers to talk about the incident while laughing lightly and smiling as if being condescending, and why this incident was being exaggerated when he himself was aware and had mentioned that customers frequently hit that cement curb. Is it now my turn to be made to pay for the damage, after it has been hit multiple times by other customers previously? Am I being made a scapegoat to settle the costs of previous incidents? Where is the commitment to excellent Customer Service in terms of maintaining a customer's 'dignity' or 'reputation' (air muka) in front of other patrons? He made a fuss as if I had brought down the whole building. I am attaching photos of the tile damage and other pre-existing damages.

CCaren 鎂晴Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach. In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. EEBozStruttura un po’ datata, servirebbe una rimodernata…seguendo un po’ lo stile della Hall. Ci hanno dato una stanza comunicante, la porta non isola molto e si sentono un po’ i rumori proveniente dall’altra parte. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi.

UUtente ospiteView from the 25th floor is beautiful. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the lifts though. This block seems to serve mainly visitors, and we waited more than 30 minutes for a lift to bring us down as its fully packed during check out time between 11am to 12pm. Ended up walking down the stairs from 25th floor, and we were faster than the lift while lugging along 2 luggages.

There is no reception desk that is open so you have to talk to someone on WhatsApp and give your tax etc, this meant there was nowhere secure that we could leave our bags, so I'd bear that in mind. Location is quite far from centre, not walking distance, however a grab is only cheap (£1/2) to get there. Was a clean place
