Hotel 3 stelle a Hakone

環境：酒店位於山裡，空氣非常清新，夜晚很安靜，旁邊還有一個小河道和小瀑布。酒店距離箱根神社、蘆之湖等景點的距離也不遠。 服務：服務很周到，早飯很豐富，還可以預訂午餐和晚餐。 設施：酒店整體裝修還比較新，房間面積比起東京同價位酒店要大很多。酒店的温泉有室內和室外的，非常乾淨，聽着外面小瀑布的水聲泡着温泉很愜意。

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The traditional Japanese room was spacious and super comfy. The onsen facilities were definitely the highlight, way better than I expected for the price we paid. They have 3 types: 1 indoor, 1 outdoor and 1 mixed. All these are bookable throughout the day, from 7am to 11pm and they are completely private. The ryokan is 15 minutes walking from Gora station, so if you arrive by train and you have luggage I recommend you check on google map how to get there with a bus, otherwise you’ll have to walk uphill for a while. The only negative point I can find is probably the breakfast, I tried both western and Japanese style, they are both quite pricy for what they are and I personally did not enjoy the Japanese one. Despite this I would totally come back if I ever visit Hakone again.

A nice hotel that is a little distant from the nearest restaurants, shops and attractions. There’s a shuttle bus to the local railway station, which is useful but it stops at 6:00pm so after that you have to walk. It’s not too far but it is very steep. Our room was in need of refurbishment, with a stained carpet and tired fittings. That said it had everything we needed.  The onsen was a welcome facility which was very enjoyable. The ‘free-flow’ beverages from 18:00-20:00 was also a nice touch but we weren’t made aware of it and it would have passed us by if we hadn’t heard it being offered to other guests.  Dinner was very nice but a little odd, in the sense that there was no choice and was French cuisine; it was also quite expensive. Breakfast was average with undercooked bacon, good eggs, a nice yoghurt/compote combination but no preserves to have with the (one small) croissant. Service was very good.

Sebbene questo hotel termale sembri vecchio, il personale è cordiale e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Il cibo è davvero unico.

We arrived at noon and found that check in proses was so simple, the owner sent me a pin code to open the door. The room looks exactly the same as what shows on photos, including all amenities. Rooms are clean and cozy, spacious for 4 persons event more. I love the bathtub waters adjustment for spas, and it is so relaxing. Only the hot water is a bit difficult to adjust . Toilet are separate from bathroom and provide handwash as well . We didn't cook our meal because all the stores nearby were closed at 3 pm. Make sure to bring your own food because it's not easy to find in Hakone. Easy to walk to the station and Harbor for boat tours, to the cable car and Black Eggs. Abbiamo prenotato un hotel termale all'ultimo momento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Siamo arrivati ​​presto, quindi il check-in non era prima delle 15:30, ma abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli. Il personale ci ha preparato i letti mentre cenavamo. La cena era varia, ma non ci sono piaciuti particolarmente i contorni. Avremmo preferito il sashimi. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi anche dal dessert servito dopo. Anche la colazione del giorno dopo era molto abbondante e deliziosa. Un'esperienza molto positiva, vivamente consigliata.

Un grande risultato! Calmare ryokan in una parte tranquilla della montagna. Tutti i membri del personale erano super amici e ospitandoci come turisti che non parlavano giapponese. Ogni pasto era delizioso e il personale ci ha voluto dire cosa era ogni piatto e ci ha dato anche qualche piatto extra per aiutarci a provare le cose diverse. Il mio ragazzo e io abbiamo prenotato la nostra notte scorsa il nostro uomo privato e guardato fuori la montagna la notte in cui pioveva, è stata una grande esperienza. La vista sulle montagne era anche terribile. La navetta ryokan ci ha portati al più vicino due stazioni ferroviarie (Gora o Sounzan) al mattino quando ci abbiamo chiesto e ci ha preso alla fine del giorno, quindi è stato molto conveniente arrivare al ryokan anche senza una macchina. Molto consiglia questo soggiorno!!

Really enjoyed my stay at Root Hakone. I reached a little late (around 7:30-8pm) and the walk to the hostel was a little dark (roads on Hakone aren’t that well-lit at night due to it being a forested area). So recommend to reach earlier if you’re not that comfortable with walking in the dark alone! The accommodations were comfortable, single futon bed with lockable room doors, separated by a divider. Was initially expecting just a cubbie with a curtain so this was a pleasant surprise. There’s also a direct bus nearby to Togendai Station if you’re keen to take the sightseeing cruise and ropeway. The drinks made by the staff were also wonderful, enjoyed a cassis soda, cassis oolong and fuzzy navel at a great price. The management also gave a guide of nearby recommended places to travellers too (had the best coffee at Amaze Coffee, recommendation of the staff)! Overall would come back to stay again if I’m ever back in Hakone. A downside is perhaps the lack of availability of food options at night and no near konbini so be sure to grab some supplies at the station prior to heading over.

這家酒店主院很高級，衹接待請得起管家的頂級顧客。我們住的是酒店的偏院老樓，那個掛着“仙境”大字的樓。房間很大，乾淨安靜。衹是沒有電梯，要爬四層樓。有大行李箱的顧客慎訂。

Есть плюсы и минусы пребывания здесь! Плюсы: сам отель, вежливый персонал, чистый большой, атмосферный номер с видом на горы, в стоимость входит общественный онсен, достаточно приятный особенно если вам повезет быть там одному, как повезло нам (были утром). В отеле есть автоматы с напитками и едой, что очень удобно, т к магазинов по близости нет. Можно заказать услугу отправки вашего багажа на станцию, чтоб не тащить самим, но мы не успели к сожалению, ее можно заказать до 10 утра. Минусы: увы они сильно отпечатались, отель находит ся в ужасно не удобной отдаленной локации, прям в глуши куда сложно добраться, вдали от всех достопримечательностей за которыми вы едите, до них мы плыли на корабле, вдали от любых заведений где вы захотите раздобыть еду, заведения мало того что далеко, закрываются рано, открываются поздно, еще и цены завышены, а еда не вкусная. Такси до места проживания вызвать не смогли, т к нужно было привязывать местный номер тел!сначала шли пешком с чемоданами по дороге, потом сели в автобус ( автобусы не принимали наш пасс, карту которую мы специально купили для Хаконэ, хотя автобусы в нее входят. А цена на них без карты явно завышена, 300р чтоб проехать 8 мин в гору. Так как у нас был забронирован еще другой онсен индивидуальный в другом месте (20 мин езды) после него в 21 вечера поняли что автобусы уже перестали ходить, такси без шансов вызвать или поймать , пришлось идти пешком до отеля, а это 2 часа по темной дороге в горах, вокруг лес, и изредка попадаются фонари… ловили попутки никто не останавливается, даже такси. Спустя час дороги в гору (не передать наши эмоции) машина 10 по счету если не больше, остановилась и молодая пара японцев нас подвезла до отеля. В общем сам отель хороший (кстати ночью еще было холодно, грелись кондиционером, но номер большой его сложно прогреть, спасибо были большие одеяла запасные) но все остальное в плане места ужас( Если будете останавливаться, заранее продумайте на чем будете ездить.
