Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

This was my second stay at this hotel. Early check-in was greatly appreciated, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. There are a few areas for improvement. Soundproofing between rooms could be better, and the swimming pool water was quite cold during my visit. The room on the 3rd floor felt a bit humid, and there were some pigeon droppings near the window area. That said, the breakfast was relaxed and enjoyable, with slightly different menu options each day, which I appreciated. Overall, despite a few minor issues, I had a positive experience and would stay again.

The beds were comfortable . Dining: The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, including child-friendly options like pancakes, fruit, and cereals. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, even during peak hours. Service: Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests. Location: The hotel is in a convenient location—close to airport and local attractions, eateries, and transport. Overall: This hotel is a solid choice for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. Bellissima piscina dove mi sono rilassato prima del volo. Il personale del servizio in camera e il concierge sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Servizi non proprio buoni: il tè nella loro caffetteria era troppo costoso. Ci siamo sentiti truffati a 536 rupie per una tazza piccola: tre sorsi ed era già sparita! Il servizio era pessimo, abbiamo dovuto andare al bancone per chiedere latte e tovaglioli da accompagnare ai nostri hamburger unti. Ci sono voluti 30 minuti perché arrivasse il tè. I tavoli erano sporchi. Data l'esperienza, abbiamo scelto di non mangiare in hotel, ma di fare un salto al Worldmart lì accanto, che offre un'eccellente varietà di ristoranti e bar. Nella zona piscina non vengono serviti né cibo né bevande, quindi se cercate uno spuntino o un drink a bordo piscina rimarrete delusi.

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff. Very nice breakfast. Pretty much every single member of staff we encountered was helpful, polite and well trained. We particularly would like to thank the couple of staff who hard of hearing, they were super helpful and we conversed in sign language. Good to see, please thank them on our behalf!

Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di rimanere in questo hotel e devo dire che è stata una grande esperienza! il personale era incredibilmente cooperativo, gentile, e andò oltre e sopra per assicurare che il mio soggiorno fosse memorabile. Mi hanno accolto con facilità le richieste speciali e mi hanno fatto sentire comodo per tutta la mia permanenza.

L'hotel in cui ho soggiornato è davvero ottimo. La cosa più importante è che mi sono sentita davvero al sicuro. E il personale è stato davvero disponibile. Soprattutto il signor Sandeep, che mi ha aiutato molto. L'hotel era facile da raggiungere ed era in un'ottima posizione. Se sei una viaggiatrice da sola, ti consiglio di soggiornare qui. Sicurezza, comfort, buon cibo, ottimo servizio e un'ospitalità molto piacevole. Vorrei anche menzionare il signor Sujit Takur per il suo servizio in camera. Stavo a questo hotel vicino all'aeroporto per la notte dopo il mio arrivo a Delhi, e le strutture erano nuove e ben mantenute. Forniva quattro grandi bottiglie d’acqua potabile, che erano un plus, perché gli altri mi consigliavano di evitare di bere o di spruzzare i denti con l’acqua di tappo. Il pranzo era di grande varietà e includeva anche elementi di cibo cinese come il miele di abete a strofina e la selezione occidentale. Tuttavia, il top era la diffusione di cibo e spezie indiano. Fa il tipico pane e la crema dolce. La stanza era di attese standard di Novotel e mi piaceva prenotare per un buon riposo notturno.

Quite impressive, i like the vibes of the staff and room too, But the outside view is not my type. But overall my experience was good enough.
