Hotel a 4 stelle in Delhi, India

Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

This was my second stay at this hotel. Early check-in was greatly appreciated, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. There are a few areas for improvement. Soundproofing between rooms could be better, and the swimming pool water was quite cold during my visit. The room on the 3rd floor felt a bit humid, and there were some pigeon droppings near the window area. That said, the breakfast was relaxed and enjoyable, with slightly different menu options each day, which I appreciated. Overall, despite a few minor issues, I had a positive experience and would stay again.

Ho soggiornato di recente presso la vostra struttura e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non ha soddisfatto gli standard che mi aspetto da un hotel a 5 stelle. Durante il mio soggiorno, l'aria condizionata nel corridoio e nell'ascensore non funzionava, rendendo l'ambiente piuttosto scomodo. Inoltre, erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione nel corridoio, che hanno causato un notevole rumore e disturbo durante tutto il giorno. Hotel davvero eccellente, posizione fantastica, personale molto cortese ed educato. Un vero hotel di ospitalità. Ho apprezzato la cucina del ristorante annesso. Tutto il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che non mancassi nulla.

The hotel staff is great and attentive. I would say they can improve on the cleanliness of the washroom. I stayed for 3 nights and the stay is fairly good. Food is great specially the breakfast items. We ordered room service and A la Carte as well,whereas both were great. Loved the hospitality of security staff and FO staff,F&B guys also. Always smiling!☺️

Stavo a questo hotel vicino all'aeroporto per la notte dopo il mio arrivo a Delhi, e le strutture erano nuove e ben mantenute. Forniva quattro grandi bottiglie d’acqua potabile, che erano un plus, perché gli altri mi consigliavano di evitare di bere o di spruzzare i denti con l’acqua di tappo. Il pranzo era di grande varietà e includeva anche elementi di cibo cinese come il miele di abete a strofina e la selezione occidentale. Tuttavia, il top era la diffusione di cibo e spezie indiano. Fa il tipico pane e la crema dolce. La stanza era di attese standard di Novotel e mi piaceva prenotare per un buon riposo notturno.

A questo hotel mi piaceva 4-night-stay. Anche se la proprietà non è di nuovo e alcune aree sono state ristrutturate, tutto è stato pulito e ben mantenuto. La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro della città, ma avendo una stazione di metro vicino, mi rendeva facile andare in giro.La mia stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, e il colazione era delizioso, anche se il sedile durante le ore di lavoro era limitato. Il personale era amico e molto accogliente, e lo consiglio ai viaggiatori di trovare un luogo tranquillo con facile accesso ai trasporti pubblici.
