Hotel a 4 stelle in Delhi, India

As senior citizens, we used Uber from the airport to get there at 2:30 AM with no problem. Hotel is located in a side alley from the main street. Very narrow streets. Staff was very friendly. Manager was able to communicate with us in English. Breakfast was modest but filling. We stayed 2 nights so we had the complimentary supper one day and the complimentary lunch the other. The complimentary lunch/dinner is a set menu and are both the same - but enjoyable. Hot water unit in the room worked well as did the fan and the air conditioner. Room well lit - no need for extra lighting. Beds comfortable. Little or no English programing on the TV channels. If you are bringing your own Roku to watch USA movies on your subscription channels, use phone as a hotspot for best results rather than local wi-fi. We were in room 005 and the hotel internet worked well for everything other than the Roku and accessing our USA movie subscription channels.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Immagino che non ci sia bisogno di descrivere la pulizia e il servizio, visto che si tratta di un Novotel. La posizione è buona e pessima. Si trova vicino all'aeroporto, che è piuttosto lontano dalla città, ma c'è la metropolitana Airport Express, quindi si può raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di Nuova Delhi in 30 minuti. Questo posto è anche generalmente più sicuro di notte rispetto ad altre zone della città, e ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze che offrono cucina non indiana.

Il mio soggiorno al Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi è stata una vera e propria esperienza piacevole. Situato nel cuore di Delhi meridionale, è estremamente vicino a Seleziona il centro commerciale e i principali centri di svago, rendendolo ideale per i viaggiatori e i turisti. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e condizionate con letti confortevoli e moderne strutture, le condizioni di manutenzione sono eccellenti e l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel si è sentita tranquilla e accogliente. Il personale merita un apprezzamento speciale cortese, attento, e sempre pronto a aiutare con un sorriso caldo.Dall'entrata all'uscita, il servizio è stato semplice ed efficiente. La qualità dei cibi è stata impressionante, soprattutto la distribuzione del colazione, che ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni indiane e continentali. In generale, Hilton Saket vive fino alla promessa di qualità e comfort di Hilton.

Penso che ne valga la pena come hotel in cui soggiornare per un trasferimento in aeroporto. Una corsa Uber fino all'hotel costa circa 400 rupie. Il trasferimento dall'hotel all'aeroporto costava 900 rupie. Uber è economico, ma è stato un viaggio emozionante fino all'aeroporto, con la frenata costante con il piede destro.

Its a good hotel. Location is quite good rite in the middle of Delhi. Quite and clean as well. Staff was helpful and very courteous. Breakfast was decent for the price they charge. Can have bit more healthier options. Vakue for money

Il servizio era pessimo, abbiamo dovuto andare al bancone per chiedere latte e tovaglioli da accompagnare ai nostri hamburger unti. Ci sono voluti 30 minuti perché arrivasse il tè. I tavoli erano sporchi. Data l'esperienza, abbiamo scelto di non mangiare in hotel, ma di fare un salto al Worldmart lì accanto, che offre un'eccellente varietà di ristoranti e bar. Nella zona piscina non vengono serviti né cibo né bevande, quindi se cercate uno spuntino o un drink a bordo piscina rimarrete delusi.
