GGuest User2025I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I arrived around midnight, and the front desk attendant not only greeted me warmly but also offered free snacks and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long trip.
They also arranged a special deal for my family—two days of breakfast for only $7, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It’s close to Sam’s Club and the Hefei south railway station, which made getting around easy.
Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including extra bottled water whenever we asked.
Highly recommend this hotel for the great service, friendly staff, and convenient location.

UUtente ospiteThis trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel.
At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner.
The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed.
For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option.
There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

UUtente ospiteCon il cane, ho cercato un hotel amichevole per gli animali domestici, ho scelto questa casa, e non mi aspettavo!L'alloggio fornisce un po'di giochi per i bambini di pecora, e l'amore è pieno di giocattoli. Tutti i servizi della signorina e della sorella sul recepimento dell'hotel sono molto buoni, la salubrità della stanza è anche buona, soprattutto: la varietà di colazione auto-supporto è completa e la pulizia è pulita!

EEleonora Del BianchiThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato in un blocco che ospita molti negozi, negozi, ristoranti. Tutto quello che hai bisogno è trovato in quel blocco. Da negozio di vino a negozio di comodità con bevande e snack, ristorante adeguato, cibo veloce o anche bar e karaoke. A notte si può anche trovare cibo per strada.
L'hotel è piuttosto moderno. Belle camere pulite con interi e mobili abbastanza freschi. Ho avuto un letto regina, un ufficio, un piccolo frigo e una bagno pulita. Vorrei restare di nuovo in questo hotel? Absolutamente.

UUtente ospiteStaying at a hotel that meets your expectations can truly cure fatigue! Blue Crystal Hotel is definitely worth a genuine recommendation! The front desk process for check-in was incredibly swift, and there was no need to wait throughout the entire process. The staff were also friendly and attentive. The rooms are fully equipped with smart technology; simply saying “Xiao Du, Xiao Du” can control household appliances, providing a sense of liberation from manual labor. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were spotless, and the bedding was both clean and soft, making for a particularly reassuring stay.
The most crucial aspect is the excellent location. There are numerous snack shops downstairs, making it easy to handle meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without having to worry about finding a restaurant. The value for money is simply outstanding, making it the perfect choice for business trips. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

Las instalaciones son modernas y atractivas, lo que fue una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que algunas de estas no funcionaban correctamente. El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante.
Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante.
En definitiva, el hotel tiene un lugar bonito y buenas instalaciones, pero urgentemente necesita mejorar en varios aspectos, sobre todo en la formación del personal y garantizar que los servicios prometidos estén disponibles y funcionando. Si se enfocan en estos detalles, podría ser un destino que valga la pena visitar. Espero que estas áreas puedan mejorar, ya que el potencial es innegable.
